 "Overtaking
the Thought-Realm To Come Into Agreement with the High Purposes of Heaven"

In this present hour
there is a pronounced release of revelation that is consolidating the Lord's
thoughts and plans for this generation with spiritual language that articulates
His purposes. The Bible declares:
"Now we have received, not the spirit of the
world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely
given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human
wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts
with spiritual words." 1 Cor 2:12-13
Various revelatory truth is being set before us through words that are not
taught by human wisdom, but by the Holy Spirit. It is the consolidation
of spiritual truth with spiritual language in and through those possessing
the Holy Spirit. There are corporate and personal messages proceeding from
the heart of God relative to our destiny and position in the economy of
Heaven.
There is an escalated re-positioning taking place to transition us into
a more fruitful posture. Individuals are being stationed in the place of
their calling and authority. Churches are re-focusing their mandates and
commissions to more fully cooperate with the plan of Heaven. Many are receiving
an understanding of the thoughts and plans that the Lord has for them; they
are plans for welfare and not for calamity. (Jeremiah 29:11)
Cooperating With Heaven for A Great Future
The more pliable we remain in this season, the more capable we will become
to hear from Heaven in this progression. We are living in a season of spiritual
confrontation and advancement. The Lord is sending "angels that gather"
to remove the stumbling blocks and those who commit lawlessness. (Matthew

A first-fruits harvest is imminent. These will actually be the harvesting
of future leaders to be used in the "great harvest." Our admonition at this
time is to "gather" and "guard" this harvest for a season of preparation
and grooming before they can be released for even higher purposes. This
strategy will require a cooperative effort between Heaven and earth as we
beseech the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers. These laborers will be
both Christians fully submitted to the Lord and ministering spirits with
the spiritual assignments to empower us for this duty.
We are called to forsake our unrighteous thoughts. Isaiah 55:7-9 states:
"Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous
man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion
on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. 'For My thoughts
are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,' declares the LORD. 'For
as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your
ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.'"
Unrighteous perceptions could plainly be defined as any thoughts that we
have that are not consistent with the nature, character, and plan of Heaven.
God has wonderful "thoughts" for us according to the Scriptures. If we perceive
Him in any other way, then we are thinking in an unrighteous way. His love
for us is profound. It would be unrighteous for us to think of His love
in any way less than perfect.
Our perspective of the Lord must be in the balance of truth. There is both
the kindness and severity of God. The revelation of the Lord's justice is
a blessing for those who have submitted themselves to Him and allowed His
redemptive process to be complete. There's nothing to fear in the revelation
of the Lord in His justice when we are in agreement with Him, having forsaken
our unrighteous thoughts that are contrary to His nature. Our expectation
then becomes lofty in the realization of His spiritual blueprint for this
notable day.

Many years ago Bob
Jones had a profound revelatory encounter in which he was shown the Mississippi
River. In the experience he was told of a significant application of this
river in the strategy of Heaven. It was portraying the River of the Spirit
with specific application to the Lord's plans for this nation.
"Bridling" for the High Purposes of God
Recently, he was given another experience in which he again saw the Mississippi
River. Only this time he also observed four evil spirits that were represented
by crocodiles. Although he was given a sharp sword to deal with these evil
oppositions, he was instructed to harness their mouths and render them powerless.
He put a bridle on their mouths and used their strength to move through
the River at a great pace.
That in itself is a prophetic message to the church. Putting a bridle on
our mouths can help nullify many of the schemes of the adversary set against
Christians through words we speak. Oftentimes we articulate the plans of
the enemy when our revelation unknowingly comes from the "second" heaven
rather than the third heaven where the plans of God are formulated.
The River was originally intended for fruitful spiritual purposes. Unfortunately,
counterfeit spiritual authority hijacked the high purpose of Heaven for
the River and the Lord is indicating His intent to take back possession
of the River. According to Psalms 74:13-14:
"You divided the sea by your strength; you broke
the heads of the sea monsters in the waters. You crushed the heads of Leviathan;
you gave him as food for the creatures of the wilderness." Psalms 74:13-14
There is a present work of the Spirit to sanctify the gifts and callings
of Heaven so that they can be used for their ultimate destiny. Many of the
false prophetic voices, the occult, and psychics to this generation actually
possess genuine gifts that have not yet been sanctified. Once purified,
then the gift becomes the food of the people. The same is true for many
musical and creative gifts that are being utilized in the world rather than
its highest purpose. The Lord is announcing His intent to redeem and reclaim
those spiritual endowments.
Authority for Pulling Down Strongholds
Authority is being given to pull down the strongholds, arguments, and every
high thing that has set itself against the pure knowledge of God. This is
the River that is to be purified. The Bible declares:
"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the
flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying
speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God,
and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and
we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete."
2 Corinthians 10: 4-6
The weapons of our warfare empower us to refute unrighteous thoughts set
against the knowledge of God. Every proud and lofty imagination that is
harnessed against the true knowledge of God will be brought into captivity
to the obedience of Christ. That is the sanctification process presently
unfolding.
"The Lord's Thoughts For Us Are Lofty and
Powerful"
Unrighteous thoughts do not merely consist of sinful actions that we perceive
as incorrect behavior. More fully, it includes any thought process we have
that is not consistent with the nature and character of God and His word.
These are the strongholds and dominions that attempt to taint our knowledge
of God and the plan of Heaven for this generation. The Lord's thoughts for
us are lofty and powerful...we must come into agreement with that perspective.

The term "Shepherd's Rod" comes
from Ezekiel 20:37 stating, "and I shall make you pass under the rod, and
I shall bring you into the bond of the covenant." This Scripture symbolically
portrays a shepherd extending his rod as the sheep pass under his staff
for evaluation. In this same way we, as the Lord's sheep, pass under His
staff during this season as further described in Jeremiah 33:13 and Leviticus
27:32.
The purpose of this booklet is to simply outline the revelations that were
received on that date in order to Biblically convey the revelation to the
believer. It is not the intent of this outline to completely cover all the
truth associated with these revelations. It would take a large book to adequately
elaborate on and communicate all of the Biblical truth realized through
these revelations.
It is our prayer that the believer will study these revelations during the
course of this year to extract all the understanding the Spirit of Truth
will reveal. Much of the truth given in the Shepherd's Rod is like seed
that, once planted, requires time to develop and mature. These revelations
apply to the year that it is given and the years that follow as each revelation
provides greater clarity and focus for the Lord's heart for this generation.
