Dear Steve,
Paula and I returned from Taiwan yesterday. You might be
interested by what happened there.
The conference was sponsored by 160 churches, more than 1200
in attendance. Never have we been so lavishly loved and well
received. The organizers felt that this series of teachings
and prayers would be for the healing of their nation! We taught
10 times in two days, Thursday and Friday the 19th and 20th.
Here's what I thought might be of interest to you - something
I didn't know, that surprised Paula and me - there is a group
of 12 tribes there whom they call the "aborigines." These are
the original people who were pushed off their good valley lands
into the inhospitable mountains, just like our American Indians
were pushed onto poor soil reservations. They have been rejected,
looked down upon, and slurred just like us American natives.
The occupying "Taiwanese," the Hokka people, the later Chang-Kai-Cheks,
and the following refugees from the mainland all are groups
who polarize, hate and struggle against one another. On Friday
morning, Paula and I taught about intercessory prayer and how
to pray for the healing of nations - and then turned the meeting
over to the local leadership. They called representatives of
each group to the stage. There followed a long time of prayers
of forgiveness, reconciliation and healing, for one another
- with many tears, and great celebration following. It was so
beautiful and powerful that Paula and I sat there in tears of
joy and thankfulness.
We believe they impacted the entire nation for healing and
vast changes to come. God bless and keep you. Yours in Christ,

"THE LEADERSHIP
WHO ARE JUMPING SHIP - AND THE SOLUTION"

Maybe it's unfair but I seem to get most of
my revelation while I'm on vacation. Last week--no exception. I
had a prophetic dream so specific and profound (which included Bob
Jones) I decided to call Bob and get his take on the dream.
He said he'd just gotten the same revelation that same day (not
the same dream, but the same essential revelation for the church.)
With that in mind, he encouraged me to share my dream and the interpretation
we worked through together.

THE DREAM- JUMPING SHIP
==========================
In this dream both men and women (but by far more men than women)
were ending their careers, and sometimes their lives, by jumping
out of boats they were riding in with their spouses. There were
many TYPES of boats and the fact that men were "disappearing" from
their wives was very prevalent in the dream. Again, some just disappeared.
Others were committing suicide in the dream.
Bob Jones was in this dream and he was an old country doctor. He
prescribed several things for this situation. One was a DOUBLE DOSE
of antibiotics.
In addition, he gave me (I assume this was to keep me from doing
the same thing, should the temptation arise) an old, used, wrinkled-yet-padded,
long and narrow bicycle seat (such as would have been used on an
old Stingray bicycle). He also gave me a similarly shaped old, leather,
wrinkled-but-padded catcher's helmet. It looked quite like the bicycle
seat - long and narrow, going from the top front of my head and
curling over the back of my head.
I was going to pay Bob for his "doctor'n," but he casually said,
"Naah! It's old fashioned."
I looked across the way and saw a newer catcher's helmet, just like
the ones worn today. It covered the complete forehead, and the entire
head also--very different

INTERPRETATION OF THIS "JUMPING SHIP" DREAM
====================================
Those jumping from the boats were leaders. There is a crisis in
the LEADER-"SHIP" of the church. Many, including both men and women,
but far more men than woman, are jumping ship . . . that is, they
are leaving their ministries, or are about to.
This is a concerted, strategic attack by Satan to cause them to
do just this very thing.
Especially for the men, there was a danger of them not only leaving
their ministries and their "careers," (ministry careers are not
a bad thing) but were leaving their wives and justifying it. And
some were ending their lives because they simply couldn't take it
any more.
God is giving this revelation to forewarn, so as to forearm the
leadership of the Church.
Because their was much about the HEAD and having a padded covering
over it, God is speaking to his leadership this one thing. . . This
is a quote from Bob Jones:
"Satan is loosing evil spirits of sensuality and perversion on a
level we've NEVER SEEN BEFORE. Pastors must put on protection on
their head . . . .their soul and their thought life."
The long, narrow, padded seat and the long, narrow, padded head
helmet speaks of sitting in, and walking in, and thinking along
the STRAIGHT AND NARROW. And the fact that the Doctor needed to
prescribe a DOUBLE DOSE of antibiotics is the fact that this infection
(of the mind) is completely systemic . . . that is, it has infected
the whole BODY . . . the Body of Christ.
The enemy's plan, having sown seeds of impure thoughts, is now ready
to strike with great force and intensity to bring his plans--which
will bring "death" to many ---to end the lives, ministries, and
marriages of many.
But the Scripture declares:
Ps 1:1-3
Blessed is the man
who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked
or stand in the way of sinners
or sit in the seat of mockers.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Whatever he does prospers.

 The
old country doctor, represented by Bob Jones, is the prophetic ministry
leading the LEADERSHIP back to the straight and narrow, and the
old DOCTRINES (Remember that Bob was the old country doctor who
was "doctor'n me" [doctrine] ) are what the Lord is calling His
Church to return to. The Straight and Narrow way.
Scripture is repetitive about our need to remind ourselves, our
children, and the Church about the things already clearly taught
by the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. We must not stray from
these ancient paths but constantly strive not to sit in unprotected
"seats of mockers," nor dwell on that which is impure.
William Branham was visited by an angel many times, and on one of
those visits, he was told by the Angel, "Tell the people that their
thoughts are heard louder in heaven than even their words."
Phil 4:8
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are
true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever
things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there
be any praise, think on these things.

To keep ourselves from falling (and notice that the above Scripture
speaks of PRAISE TO GOD), we must think on those things that are
pure and good, lovely and honest.
For the last year, God has been speaking to Bob about the Church
moving into Holiness. That very term, "Holiness," scares many off
because they've seen abuses. I asked Bob about that issue several
months ago, since I myself watch the news to stay "up" on world
events.
"Bob, should I not be watching the news?" I asked, "Is that what
Holiness looks like?"
"No, you SHOULD be watching the news. You need to know what's going
on in the world."
Then Bob began to expound on what the Lord has been showing him
about the character and nature of Holiness. Yes, we MUST turn off
the TV or turn the channel when impure things present themselves.
The same thing for movies that are impure, and impure things on
the internet. And yes, we must push back and pray away the evil
thoughts that the Devil puts into our minds. All Christians have
thoughts that come from the devil, or are even by being drawn away
by their OWN lusts. We must battle these thoughts in the strength
of the Lord, but we MUST BATTLE!
Nevertheless, the Holy Spirit came to define true Holiness and Purity
like this:
First:
Isa 26:3
3 You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,

Bob went on to explain that--- one of the most important Scriptures
for HOLINESS that few connect with Holiness, is this. . .
John 14:16-17
16 And I will ask the Father, and He will
give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate,
Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever
—
17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome,
take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize
Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly]
and will be in you.

Note carefully, from the Amplified version above (which Bob Jones
taught me out of on this subject), that the Comforter, the Holy
Spirit's job, as the Spirit of Truth, was to comfort us.
How does He comfort us?
The answer is critical, because how He, the Holy Spirit, the Comforter,
comforts us, is how we must comfort one another. And it's the "one
another" references that Jesus spoke of so much that are very important
in a true definition of HOLINESS. Holiness is a lot more about what
you do regarding "one another," than what you don't do, as far as
works, etc.
John 13:34-35
34 "A new command I give you: Love one another.
As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this all
men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."

Our focus is to be on one another. . .
John 14:16-17 should be considered the "HIGH
WAY" to HOLINESS. It might even be considered the test for us to
see if we are walking in true Holiness. Are we doing the work of
loving one another as Jesus taught, and of being COMFORTERS as the
Spirit of Truth came to do . . . ?
WHAT DOES HOLINESS LOOK LIKE?
I asked Bob how to know if I was being Holy. Below is pretty much
what he said . . .
Ask yourself THESE QUESTIONS-- FROM THE AMPLIFIED
VERSION OF JOHN 14:16-17
1) Who have you encouraged in counseling today, with a spirit of
comfort and truth?
2) Who have you helped today?
3) Who have you interceded for today?
4) Who have you been an ADVOCATE (attorney) for today, who is being
accused by his/her brothers and sisters?
5) Who have you strengthened today?
6) Who have you stood by today, just as the Holy Spirit stands by
you, even when you mess up?
When you look at holiness this way, how you have (or have not) acted
in a similar way as the Holy Spirit . . . it sheds a whole new light
IN YOUR MIND and HEART about what true Holiness is.
Cast off evil that comes in through your eyes and ears, and your
thought life. But to really advance in Holiness, ask yourself the
above questions.
Go find someone who needs help, strengthening, who needs an advocate,
or to be encouraged . . .and for the Sake of Christ, BUILD THEM
UP!
Then you will begin to grasp HOLINESS from the Lord's perspective.
