"Dear Men and women of God, I cried when I read the news that Nora Lam went
to her heavenly home. Nora was forced to work in awful prison camps during Chairman
Mao's Cultural Revolution. She was a warrior for China's underground church
after her escape. Nora Lam, Fushia Pickett and Vestal Goodman went home to be
with Jesus already this year. Last year, the men warriors went home (Bill Bright,
Derek Prince, Kenneth Hagin to name a few). We need to STAND TODAY as women
of God and move forward, leaning on our beloved Jesus, clothed in his purpose
and power to minister his love and message."

all we've needed. Now, The Elijah List now seeks a Full-Charge Accountant. Experience
desired: P/L, B/S & G/L for multiple business operations. Software experience

Welcome to each and every one of you to our Women On The Frontlines devotional
email. For those of you new to our email, our previous devotionals are available
for further study and meditation by accessing them through our web site in the
archive file at www.MichalAnnGoll.com.
Well, I'm sorry I couldn't be with you last month. As many of you know, I had
to have some major surgery done the day after Christmas. I am recovering well,
very well, as my doctors attest! The prayers of the saints have worked mightily
on my behalf, and the Lord is receiving much glory through all this! I give
my thanks to all those who have been lifting me up, and lifting up my family!
Thank You!
Also, note that in the future, this monthly devotional will come on the last
Wednesday of the month. We are making some administrative adjustments on the
schedule of our work. So it will still come to your home with the same love
and care as before!

I want to share with you a little from my experience this past month. What a
whirlwind! I'm not sure how long this will end up being - it may be very short!
Most of my experience is still too new, too fresh to talk about right now, so
please extend grace to me.
I want to speak of His abiding presence! It's so amazing how He walks with us,
is always near us, even when a thousand voices seem to be screaming at us! He
makes a deposit within our spirit every time we meet with Him, talk with Him.
Then, when we enter a time of difficulty, He downloads those deposits, pulls
them right up on our screen, and speaks the very essence of exactly what we
need to hear, even when we don't feel like we are hearing anything. This "hearing"
that I'm speaking of is difficult to explain. It certainly isn't the audible
voice of God, it isn't a Scripture jumping off the page at us, and it isn't
a prophetic word through someone. It is that deep, deep place inside our gut,
where no specific language is spoken; it is the language of the Spirit that
goes beyond words!
I want to share with you what the Lord shared with me during this past month.
For clarity's sake, let me rehearse a little of the past month. I had a colonoscopy
done which revealed three cancerous growths. As more testing was done, it was
discovered that I also had gallstones and a fibrous growth (that means non-cancerous)
in my uterus. I was advised to have my entire colon removed, and also to have
my gall bladder and uterus removed. Three organs were in jeopardy! The condition
of my colon, if left intact, could jeopardize my life! What was I to do?
Desperately Needing
to Hear
I had many things to attend to. The kids were out of school, and Christmas was
soon approaching. I had gifts to buy, food to cook, office work to keep up with,
plus, of course, keeping our personal finances in order! I felt like I was running
a 1000 miles an hour, and desperately needing to hear the counsel of the Lord.
I didn't have time to sit still for hours, although I did spend many hours in
the night before the Lord, asking, waiting, listening, and trying my best to
abide!
In the midst of all this, this is what I heard, "I am my beloved, and He is
mine!" Over and over again this comforting word came to me. No audible words,
no dreams, just the "knowing" that I belonged to the Lord, and He belonged to
me. How I longed to have an angel come visit me, a healing angel would have
been wonderful in my opinion! I longed to have the Lord come to me, and cried
out for Him to come! Ah, but He was already here-deep inside!
The Word was Written
on My Heart
I was given the best "word" I could have possibly received! It was the most
important "word" I needed to hear. I needed to meditate, think on, digest, and
keep ever before my eyes, my heart! Bottom line, this is it! When the devil
would come to assail me, and he came often, I just flashed the mirror into his
eyes, so he could see what was written on my heart - "I am my beloved, and He
is mine". This silenced the threats of the enemy, it doused water on the flames
of his torment, and melted his threats of intimidation!
This is His Word to you, today, take it, live it, and breathe it! Let it soak
deep inside of you. Remember, He knows this truth much more that you do! He
is jealous on your behalf! He loves you with an everlasting love. His covenant
with you is forever!
Be encouraged! Be strengthened! Let Him love on you today, deep inside your
being, beyond the world of words!

Prayer -
Dear Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, Your Son. Today we want to
experience Your abiding presence in an ever-deepening way! Help us to hear what
You are saying to us today. Help us to hear the language of the Spirit, from
deep inside You - to deep inside of us! Thank you, Lord, that You speak to us
exactly what we need to hear! Give us grace to learn of Your faithfulness and
Your great and awesome love for each one of us! We love you, and praise Your
name today!
In Jesus' Name - Amen
Applications -
1) When you find yourself in the midst of uncertainty - believe in God
- that He is not in that place! He is never uncertain! He knows and He has the
answer you need!
2) Confess and proclaim His faithfulness.
3) Proclaim over yourself that you will hear what the Lord will speak.
(That is scripture!)
4) Thank the Lord for His covenant with you.
5) Rest in the assurance of all these things!

5 copies to give to people who maybe don't have e-mail capacity, perhaps to
some of our elderly brothers and sisters in Christ.
