"So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one." [Ezekiel 22:30]

"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem, Who shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent." [Isaiah 62:6]

Prophetic Perspective - Build Up a Wall of Protection
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

   While ministering in Pasadena, California recently at The Secret Place Conference (Tapes from this conference are available at http://theelijahlist.safeshopper.com/170/cat170.htm?582), I was given a vivid dream confirming the needed posture of the church in this crucial hour. We must build up the wall of protection!

   In this dream, I was working outdoors in a garden where an old gray stone wall had been used to protect a very large mansion. The wall had been standing for many years. From a distance, the wall appeared to be stable and well built. But upon closer and further review, it was obvious that the wall was not sufficient for today's circumstances and storms that were being unleashed. The wall had cracks throughout its structure and if leaned upon with very much pressure, it seemed that the wall could easily collapse.

The voice of the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "You must build up the wall of protection."

I then saw myself laboring a few feet in front of the old wall to construct a new one. I was given three huge rocks to use for the construction of the new wall of protection.

Solid Rocks of God's Word
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

   I then firmly placed the first large rock in the ground called "faith" in front of the area where "fear" was permeating the older wall's stability. I then put a second solid rock in place called "peace" where the "varmints of mistrust" had been burrowing below the surface to undermine the old wall's security.

   I was given a third large boulder to put into place called "strength." This was put in place where a bulge was occurring in the old wall. The thought came, "even a little fox could jump on the old wall in this place and it could fall." "Strength" was positioned here where "weariness" had found a home.

   I was awakened out of the dream knowing that we must let the "word of Christ" abide in our hearts richly. As we plant the word into the garden of our hearts, a new crop of faith, peace and strength will be ours. Therefore, let us build up the wall of protection around our lives, families and nation at this hour using the solid rocks of God's Word and Kingdom lifestyles.

An Interpretation and Exhortation - "Let's Put the Rock in Place!"

 This dream is about the House called the United States of America.

The walls of protection surrounding our cities and nation are vulnerable at this hour. Demonic strongholds of fear, mistrust and weariness have been released through the media as people are rushing to the stores to buy duct tape and plastic as the cure for storms that could lay ahead. If this spirit of fear continues its strangle hold - a twin called panic could in turn be released.

   These are the Days when Faith and Fear wage open warfare with one another. But as we become bold laborers in the garden of the Lord, we must find our security in Him. We must cast away and become cleansed of the enemies of fear, mistrust and weariness. We must renew our minds and trust in the "rock of our salvation." We must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus - the author and finisher of our faith. We must build a new the wall of protection around our ourselves, families, cities and nations.

   Let's put the rock in its proper place. Let's build our house on a sure foundation and put on the strength of the Lord. He is our strong tower and our shelter in times of trouble. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress. My God, in Him will I trust!"

My [James W. Goll] Intercessory Burden - A National Day of Prayer

I was doing some cleaning in a closet at my office searching through teaching notes of mine from the last thirty years. As I was doing this, I came across a box of newspapers that I had entirely forgotten about. As I searched through them, they were the front pages of a national newspaper from February 1991. Every headline was filled with the names of Bush, Rumsfeld and Powell and told the stories of the Iraq War of 12 years ago. We were preparing for our weekly Israel Prayer Watch at the House of David when I found these "headliners."

One in particular stuck out to me. It stated, "Bush Calls for National Day of Prayer."

 I knew I had found my next prayer assignment! 12 years later, the new President Bush must call this nation into a National Day (or Days) of Prayer and Humiliation. Join me in intercession, that this present administration would boldly call forth a time where we seek the face of God, humble ourselves, confess our sins, repent of our wicked ways, and call on the one and only true God for strength and help in this hour.

  Let's pray for a National Day of Prayer! Some trust in chariots and some in horses. But we will remember the name of the Lord our God!

Update on the Homeland Security Prayer Initiative
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Let us continue to engage in the Homeland Security Prayer Initiative. Pray Psalm 91 over the U.S. and Israel every day! Over 2,200 ministries and churches have signed up to participate as the word keeps spreading. Focus on the Family has posted it on their web site and The Jewish Voice and Promise Keepers have officially signed on now as endorsers. Pray for the word to spread!

I did a brief live interview with the 700 Club on Tuesday, February 11th.  We hope to post it on our web site soon.  We also have posted a recent radio interview that you can listen to or even download as well.
