"HOMELAND SECURITY PRAYER INITIATIVE"
a 91-day prayer initiative beginning January 1, 2003 - April 1, 2003

Three Targeted Prayer Points

Targeted Prayer Point #1
Pray Psalm 91 everyday for 91 days over the United States of America and Israel beginning January 1 and continuing through April 1.

Targeted Prayer Point #2
Pray 7 Daily Prayers over the U.S. and Israel -- One for each day of the week. (These will follow in this communiqué.)

Targeted Prayer Point #3
Fasting will be added to our prayers each Friday and additional applications as the Holy Spirit leads.

Seven Daily Prayers

Wednesday: PRAISE to God
*Jan. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29  *Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26  *Mar. 5, 12, 19, 26

We enter into Your gates with thanksgiving and into Your courts with praise. Lord we praise You for You are good and Your mercies endure forever. You are enthroned over America and Israel through the praises of Your people. Let us praise the Lord together! Honor, power, might and dominion are Yours forever and ever. Praise the Lord! Amen! Rev.1:4-6, Rev.7:12, Rom.12:1, Psalm 100:4-5 Psalm 22:3

Thursday: PENITENCE for our sins
*Jan. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30  *Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27  *Mar.6, 13, 20, 27

We beseech You, O God, to pour forth your godly sorrow which leads to true repentance upon your Church in America and upon your people Israel. We ask forgiveness for having other gods before You, bowing our knee to the god of mammon, for our pride and arrogance and for the shedding of innocent blood. We weep in travail for the iniquity, which is upon us! Ecc.4:1, I John 1:9-10, Nehemiah 9:1-2, Matt. 6:9-13

Friday: PETITION for those in authority
*Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31  *Feb.7, 14, 21, 28  *Mar. 7, 14, 21, 28

We pray for the manifold wisdom of God to rest upon all who are in authority over America and Israel. May truth and discernment guide every decision they make in their public and private lives. Pull down the ungodly and raise up the righteous. We cry for justice and mercy, truth and righteousness to be established.

Saturday: PROCLAMATION of the names of God

With delight we speak the words Abba, Father. You are our strong tower and our place of refuge. We will trust in You and not be afraid, for the Lord JEHOVAH is our strength and our song. We proclaim the name, Jehovah Nissi, for He shall be our deliverer. Come, Jehovah Sabaoth, the Lord of Hosts, and thrust out the enemies before us.

Sunday: PROTECTION for our land

We cry out to the Lord, Mighty in Battle, to awaken the watchmen to their assignments for our nation, city and family. Equip us with Your weapons of warfare. We call for the release of the angelic hosts to join with Jesus, the Captain of the Hosts, to war on behalf of America and Israel to protect our people and to bring forth His purposes for such a time as this. Jer. 29:7, Ezek. 22:30, 2 Chron. 7:13-14, 2 Cor. 10:4

Monday: PRONOUNCEMENT of judgment on the powers of darkness
*Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27  *Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24  *Mar. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

We place our nation, cities and families under the blood of Jesus Christ. As we seek Gods face and repent of our sins, we pronounce that no weapon formed against the United States and Israel shall prosper. Every tongue that would rise up against us in judgment will be exposed and cast down. Father God, may all of Your enemies bow in submission at the authority of Your word and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Is. 54:17, Ps. 149:6-9, Eph. 6:10-20, Rom. 16:20, Phil 2:9-11, Revelation 12:11

Tuesday: PROPHESYING life!
*Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28  *Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25  *Mar. 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1

We prophesy life to the United States and to Israel. We say blessed is the nation
whose God is the Lord! Blessed are the people whom You have chosen as Your own inheritance. The snare is broken and we have escaped for our help is in the Name of the Lord. We prophesy a bright future, a good welfare, hope and fulfilled destiny over our lands. The best is yet to come! Ps. 124:7, Prv. 18:10, Ez. 37:1-10, Jer. 29:10-11

Primary Scripture - Psalm 91

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust; Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
