WHAT PROPHETS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE IMMEDIATE DAYS JUST AHEAD!

AND: HOW PROPHECY ACTUALLY WORKS!

I want to share with you some of the things prophetic ministries (who I have confidence in) are saying about the immediate future---the days just ahead. But before that, I want to share with many who are new---just how this thing called "PROPHECY" works today-- in the New Testament era.

Whether Old Testament or New Testament, God has always--and I mean ALWAYS-- seen the end from the beginning. With Him, 1000 years are as a day, and a day is as a 1000 years (2 Peter 3:8). That means (for the analytical ones among you) that one day to God can be like 365,000 days (1000 years) or each minute on earth can be like 365,000 minutes (get your calculator and check it out). In other words, He is seeing simultaneously, with no problem, the very end from the very beginning.

This is how Christ could be slain from the foundation of the world (Rev. 13:8). It was pre-seen, and prepared for--before God ever said, "Let there be light."

THE PROPHET'S PERSPECTIVE

===========================

Now for the prophets. They don't have the luxury of the "end-from-the-beginning" perspective. They get to see itsy bitsy tiny pieces of information about the past, present and future. But nevertheless, they do see. Since we can all prophesy (1 Cor. 14:31), we can all see and hear from the Lord!! But some are more practiced, more seasoned, more accurate than others. The most accurate among us, are often the prophets (but not always). The rest of us simply prophesy--and we continue to grow in our gifting.

The rub on all of this is that any prophet or prophetically-gifted person only sees "in part." (1 Cor. 13:9) And the part they see is what God wants them to see. No more. No less.

THE ELECTION DEBACLE -- AS A PROPHETIC EXAMPLE

========================================

This is why during the election debacle of George W. Bush, some prophets were saying, "If I've ever heard anything clear in my life, I've heard this....'if we don't pray, God's choice for President will NOT be elected." They heard and prophesied correctly.

Yet, at exactly the same time, other prophets who I know and trust were telling me, "I know what I've heard. God told me clearly he's going to "plant a new BUSH in the White House." (They also heard correctly)

Who was right?

They BOTH were right. With their "part."

God knew that George Bush would only get in --IF His people prayed. So His people had a choice ---and we prayed.

But at the same time, God showed other prophets that His people WOULD PRAY and that George Bush WOULD get in. So they confidently stated that fact--and they were right!

Again, both were correct in their prophesying. Because they prophesied their "part" as they heard it.

The same is true of this time period--- both preceding and immediately following the tragic events of September 11.

WE SIMPLY MUST WAR--WE MUST PRAY--WE MUST FIGHT IN THIS BATTLE

Again, the Church is being called to prayer as never before. It is our choice, in many (not all) cases how the events will turn out--that is, IF we pray, we can either lessen or prevent terrorist activities. God knows right now if we will do our part to pray. To some prophets He is calling for intense prayer. To others he is sharing where we will pass or fail in our commitment to pray. Of course, many who are learning to prophesy are getting things wrong completely.

God set up an odd system. I wouldn't do it that way if it were me (Ducking for cover from the lightning now!)! The Lord said, "You have not--because you ask not." (James 4:2) He also said, "Whatever you ask, believing you have ALREADY received it, then you WILL be given it." (Mark 11:24)

Confused?

Join the prophetic club. Hey, join the Church!!

With that in mind, I have sought some of the prophets for what the different parts are that they are hearing at this time, at this very hour. Just as Agabus in the New Testament (Acts 11:28) spoke of a famine so the church could both pray and prepare, so prophets are getting some VERY SPECIFIC words for the days just ahead.

THE JONAH SYNDROME

===================

Are you aware of the Jonah Syndrome, by the way? That's the syndrome that is experienced by modern-day prophetic people who prophesy the very things that God has shown them. Even disasters. Then, just as the Church should do--they pray their hearts out and God relents from disaster or judgment, according to Joel 2. Then the prophet looks silly, just as he was afraid it would happen. Please pray, if you will, for the prophets because the Words of warning need to be delivered--even if people pray them away and the prophet looks silly by prophesying what they hear.

Can you relate? Then please pray.

Here are some of the things prophets are saying. There is by the way, an IMMEDIATE call to pray for November 1 through November 11 from some prophets--and there are some calls to pray earnestly for specific cities. Others have gotten no dates whatsoever. Still others sense no impending danger.

Please take note!

Just understand that God is giving many different pieces and we must all be listening to both God and one another who are hearing from God. I Cor. 14 speaks of letting a few prophets speak and the others evaluating or passing judgment on what is being said. That would be good for each of you to do here (not to write an evaluation--- just in your mind, evaluate what you are hearing!)

UNITY AMONG THE PROPHETS

=========================

Unity among the prophets does not mean all prophets get and present the same revelation. Not even close. It means that each prophet or member of the Body of Christ gets and presents the Word from the Lord to others, while still walking in love with one another according to I John. . .

"No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us." I Jn 4:12

During a time of great persecution in the church, Paul, who is an Apostle and Prophet tells Timothy: 1 Tim 2:1-4 1 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone-- 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

A) Pray in Thanksgiving

D) Pray for ALL in authority

E) Pray to live peaceful and quiet lives

Dear Intercessors,

We have been receiving numerous prayer alerts from intercessors around the country saying that they are burdened for November 11th.

One woman shared that she had been woken up and alerted to 11:11 on her digital clock and felt that it was significant. Others have had dreams regarding November 11th and the number 11, others have received strong alerts in their spirits.

Due to the many revelations that have been shared with us, we feel to be responsible to them by praying up a hedge of protection. You might want to join us. We believe that the Lord could possibly be alerting us of an impending attack. Let us believe for the thwarting of every assault of the enemy and for the glorification of the Lord on that day!

Could you please consider the following directives in your prayers: 1. Pray for the exaltation of Jesus Christ in His church with fervency of passion, love, service and worship. This posture in the church aids in establishing His operative authority over nations. 2. Pray for an alertness in the spirit for the Body of Christ. 3. Believe for strong prayer focuses and gatherings to be called in the next week or so. 4. Pray for the grace for fasting and supplications/mourning/intercession. 5. Believe for the uncovering and discovery of evil plots before they are launched or fulfilled. 6. Pray for protection of families and nations from the plots of the evil one. 7. Intercede for the release of the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ. 8. Pray for wisdom for government leaders, security departments, intelligence agents, health and law enforcement personnel and officers. 9. Pray for Christian leaders -- alertness and wisdom. 10. Pray for strong conviction through the Holy Spirit for those who would be planning evil. Believe for their salvation. 11. Believe for the dispatching of angels to bring help and support. 12. Subject: Continuing on in the Watch of the Lord

Dear Hedge Builders:

Thank you for participating in the 21 day prayer watch. We are in the middle of this now. Remember, this began on the 23rd and continues through November 12. I am glad we were already in this watch and alert before the media and government began to declare the necessity for it. The Body always needs to be paving the way. I am so appreciative for all the insights you have been sending. I had an unusual day today in Chicago where I had time to catch up and read through most of your emails. What incredible revelation, warning, and interpretation of the circumstances we are living in.

I am in Chicago for the Advanced Deliverance Seminar. The nature of this gathering is to equip the Church for deliverance ministry. There is a hunger in how to deal with the demonic. Seeing so many come together for training and impartation is truly rewarding. If the Church is to move forward in days ahead we will need to see deliverance ministry established and functioning in the local church.

Since we began the watch, I find myself waking up about three times per night, and the Lord leading me to pray over areas where the enemy could target and bring destruction to the people of this land. I also find the Lord giving me many dreams. This is an unusual season for night visions and revelation. I have had several, and they all seem to be clear revelation from the Lord over how to pray NOW. Dreams must be interpreted properly by the Word of God and the supernatural gift of interpretation. Dreams must be interpreted properly because they can be a product of one's imagination, or a vehicle of God's communication. I believe God is going to start communicating more and more in dreams. We will have to become key interpreters of dream revelation just as Joseph and Daniel did biblically.

Prophetic Focus:

Joel 2:17-20 says, "Let the priests, who minister to the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar; let them say, 'Spare Your people, O LORD, and do not give Your heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'' Then the LORD will be zealous for His land, and pity His people. The LORD will answer and say to His people, 'Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, and you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations. But I will remove far from you the northern army, and I will drive him away into a barren and desolate land ... because he has done monstrous things."

1. I see the Lord bringing the Church to the "front of the door of the Holy Place." This is the sort of positioning the Body of Christ is going through. We have been far removed corporately from going into the Holy Place. However, we are getting positioned to go in. We are going through individually, corporately, and territorially.

2. There will be key solemn assemblies in days ahead throughout our nation. We will see much repentance in days ahead, but it will be focused repentance. We will not see rambling asking of forgiveness of everything we have done in the past. However, we will come together and really deal with the issues that have brought defilement to our land.

3. We will also see key worship gatherings. When you see these arising in your area, please join in. Corporate, prophetic worship will dethrone and overthrow territorial demonic forces that are holding back harvest. Watch for these key gatherings to arise in your area. They are a sign that the heavens are about to open.

4. We are going to start seeing conversions from dead religions. We are going to see a new move of God in stagnant denominations. Many will be coming out of legalistic structures and seeing their gifts released. This is a time that the gifts of the army must be released.

5. The Lord is preparing to send new supply. "Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil." Declare for the new flow to begin.

To add to the previous prayer points please pray for the following: 1. Electrical plant complexes 2. Stadium gatherings 3. San Diego, Miami, Dallas, Nashville, Jacksonville 4. Pray that the military come into an understanding of "the strongman principle". 5. Air traffic control systems in your regional airspace 6. Pray for our national neighbors, Mexico and Canada 7. Continue to pray about our covenant relationship with Israel. Keep praying. We are setting a hedge around this nation.

Greetings Steve,

In response to your letter, we actually have been getting the early part of November as dates of significance. In fact, Wanda had a dream a few days ago in which she saw five evil men receiving assignments of terrorism to be carried out as plans of the enemy. In it she was given 11-2 and 11-9. The scriptures Isaiah 11: 2 and Isaiah 11:9 were given as antidotes for the enemies evil plans. From our perspective, it seems we were given understanding about the enemies plans and also insight into the Lord's heart for this season from the passages in Isaiah.

In situations like this, we are normally very careful not to prophesy the plans of the enemy but rather share the insight concerning his evil plans with intercessory people in order to nullify or at least minimize their effect. On the other hand, we do prophesy the Lord's intentions with the purpose of manifesting His desires in the earth. Unquestionably, Isaiah 11:2 is a pivotal Scripture for NOW and should characterize the soon emerging leadership. The time has certainly come for the knowledge of the Lord to cover the earth as waters cover the sea.

We were unaware that others were getting approximately the same dates. With so many getting the same season, clearly something must be up. At this point, we do not feel that we have enough understanding to put out a public word except to share those days with the Lord's praying people in order to offer a prayer shield against our adversaries plots.

Unless Bob has gotten something in the last day or so, he hasn't mentioned the first part of November with any significance. I will get in touch with him to see if the Lord has spoken something recently.

Hey Steve,

I did talk to Bob Jones and he indicated he had not gotten any specific dates but in a vision yesterday he saw the enemy "start a fire" . This was to indicate another "shot" from his bandoleer. Fortunately, in the vision, he saw the saints quickly extinguish the fire with prayer and a minimal amount of damage was done. He too, felt the ultimate target is the economy and trying to instill fear in the hearts of the American people.

This is a time for the dispersal of wealth. I believe it will mark the emergence of the "Joseph Ministries" as we have described in the Shepherd's Rod. The spirit of fear would function as a controlling influence effecting the ability of our economy to recover. That is the plan of the enemy. With prayer, we can do just the opposite and release a spirit of faith and recovery.

Pray for the poor, endangered, sick, wounded, lame, halt, blind, captured, bound, lost and unsaved. Pray for revelation of the Christ in all these circumstances.

Steve, A few weeks after the September tragedy I was awoken around two or two thirty in the morning. My television was on and as I watched, this is what I saw and heard.

"I was watching a group of Christian leaders from all over the world. They had come together under grave circumstances. The man that was speaking repeatedly said exactly seven and one half weeks after the September 11, event the world would not be able to deny that we are now in very serious times. Seven and one half weeks was key."

Steve, as I have expressed earlier I feel November 1-5 and also November 11 are key strategic dates to keep in prayer. I see a definite ploy of the enemy to come in and render us defenseless, vulnerable and to catch us off guard. I believe they are planning some things that will surprise us and render us incapacitated.

One of the areas I believe we need to cover in prayer is our satellite and communication systems, both in and outside the United States. I continue to see suitcase bombs being deposited throughout the United States. Some of these are literal bombs as well as biochemical. My prayer sense is to pray that these are neutralized, exposed and rendered harmless.

The other thing I am seeing is our Military. In one vision I see a nuclear submarine. This particular submarine is in a strategic location. I see this submarine intercept the plan of the enemy. It is a chance meeting. I see the enemy trying to take the submarine out before they can submerge and communicate to headquarters. In another vision I see our undercover commando and intelligence teams stumbling onto strategic information. Again, they stumble onto key information, uncover key people and bring exposure and truth. I believe a prayer directive is to continue to ask the Lord to bring divine wisdom and revelations to our military leaders as well as those serving in heat of the battle and to keep them covered and protected. I, also, see the Lord assigning angels to protect, guide and direct our men and women in service so that they stumble upon strategic information, uncover the enemy and their resources. Again the words here are uncover and exposure and divine intervention.

The Lord has burdened me for these particular areas-Vermont, Mt. Vernon, Tallahassee, Houston, Seattle-Puget Sound, Portland, Maine, Omaha, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., and certain areas of Canada. Over the last twenty-four hours the Holy Spirit has been pressing upon me to pray for all the state capitals.

As I prayed for protection for our individual states, I was caught up in a vision. I saw the Father moving upon our elected officials and leaders in a greater way. I saw their hearts soften and begin to beat in unison with His heart. As they came into agreement with the Lord a window in heaven opened. I then began to see our elected officials, our leaders, their constituents, our military, etc., begin to get down on their knees and pray. They joined the saints in prayer, in unity, in one accord. They prayed with a new authority, new passion and zeal. The seeds of unity, reconciliation, salvation and revival the Lord had planted in the Heart of His Church began to blossom, ablaze and echo throughout the land. A major move of revival had been launched fueled by this prayer. (For weeks I have been hearing the song Shine Jesus Shine)

Another issue of urgency to pray for is our economic condition. One the tactics I believe is a driving force by the enemy is to weaken our economic foundation. I am led to pray that fear be removed and to give our economic and financial decision makers divine wisdom on making sound decisions.
