Dear Key Intercessors for such a Time as This:

Many of you are now watching the tragedy that our nation is in. Both Peter and Doris Wagner and Ted Haggard of the World Prayer Center are staying very alert and finding God's mind for prayer. Mike and Cindy Jacobs at Generals of Intercession have touched based several times this morning, and of course, are on the wall as well.

If you do not have a copy of Future War of the Church, please get one and begin praying through it now.

Psalm 20 says: 1 May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble; May the name of the God of Jacob defend you; 2 May He send you help from the sanctuary, And strengthen you out of Zion; 3 May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah 4 May He grant you according to your heart's desire, And fulfill all your purpose. 5 We will rejoice in your salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the LORD fulfill all your petitions. 6 Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the LORD our God. 8 They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright. 9 Save, LORD! May the King answer us when we call.

Here are several issues we must be focused over:

1. This is a time we must cry out for mercy.

2. This is a time we must not bow to fear and hopelessness. We must remember we have a future.

3. The Word of God tells us to pray for authority. Like never before we must begin to pray for every authority we know. This includes both spiritual as well as civil authorities. Cindy just called and said to specifically remember our President and Senate.

4. We must cry for discernment. The Lord says if we ask for wisdom He will give it abundantly. It is a gift and the Lord will liberally release this to us. Wisdom dismantles the plans of the enemy. Remember, we war not with flesh and blood, but dark ruling forces.

5. We must heed our warnings.

6. We must come into a new dimension of awareness of God's presence. We must allow Him to direct our every step.

7. As the Lord brings this nation to travail, we must be willing to submit our hearts to be used mightily by Him in prayer. Pray that the Body of Christ unite in prayer on behalf of this nation.

8. Ask God to expose any strategy concerning germ warfare in this land, and that we would be on alert to any unusual happenings around us.

Solemn Assemblies

Pastors should be bringing their flocks together at the appropriate times and begin to pray for this nation. Listen for your spiritual leadership's direction for prayer.

Below are prophecies that might help you pray. The Word of God says in 1 Timothy 1:18, "This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare".

APOSTOLIC COUNCIL OF PROPHETIC ELDERS

November 30, 1999

A time of shakings is increasing on the earth (Haggai 2:6-8; Heb. 12:25-31). These shakings will affect the following areas:

A. The economic structures: It is time to be right with God because in the midst of the economic shakings the church will arise and enjoy increased protection by God as we walk in faith, in holiness and in purity; and as we learn God's Kingdom principles for economics. It is important to invest in Kingdom structures rather than in the world's economic systems in this hour.

[Cindy Jacobs gave a word in Williamsburg over 30 days ago (August 2001) during the Kettle Tour over economic shakings and depression. She specifically warned against another great depression that could be coming. Therefore, we must pray for financial wisdom now.]

A Shakings in the elements: There will be an increase in severe weather patterns, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes and other disasters.

B Governmental shakings: God is going to shake governments. Rulers will bow their knee to the Lord of Glory and dedicate their nations to the Lord Jesus Christ.

C The government of God's Kingdom will be established through the apostles and prophets laying the foundation for the church. We will begin to recognize the apostolic and prophetic authorities in cities and nations.

U.S. Military

A warning was given that we needed to intercede for the military for revival and that God would have our nation battle ready. The prophets were not giving a Word about a battle, but we did pray about this and felt that we should give a warning to pray for the military without further direction from the Lord.

"And I would say to you, My prophets have been afraid to declare war, but I say even now, in the innermost part of your bellies I have put the word, war. Now the declaration is beginning to rise up! When it comes, I say the war that I bring within this nation will cause a reconciliation of the races," saith the Lord. "For it will reconcile My church. I say to you that I will muster together all of those that will come together to be one in My Kingdom and one in My army. For I've already put deep within their cells the ability to see and to know when justice starts moving in this land."

"I say that when the prophets declare war with boldness, that war will be released, and I say, then I will reconcile My Body in this land!"

"And I would say to you that even in My prophets Satan has come to cause this area of war to be a point of division. But I would say I am going to pull that down. And I am going to put My people and My prophets on the same prophetic team!"

"I am getting ready to shake ideologies and opinions of man. I'm getting ready to turn some things upside down, from the work that has been done in the heavenlies. At this meeting," says God, "you will see a change begin to happen. For even those prophets that have been affected by that Quaker pacifist spirit, are even being turned," says the Lord. "And even you will see what effects the dynamics of this group."

And Father, in the name of Jesus (and I believe we need to do what the Lord said, to stand to our feet and to declare war)...Let's just do it out of our bellies. Come on! (Much loud declaring! We Are Warriors!)
