God's throne has a foundation. It is odd to me that God needs a foundation for His throne but here it is: Psalm 89:14, "Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; love and faithfulness go before You."
If you do a word search you will discover that God is very much into justice. Therefore, we should as the people of God, not look to others only but adhere to this Scripture: Micah 6:8, "He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?"

Did You Know there was an Angel of Justice and Mercy?
Vision for Kenya received August 3, 2010:
Whilst in prayer for Kenya's forthcoming referendum (which was on the 4th of August, 2010), the Lord unfolded prophetic imagery, which I interpret by the Spirit of the Lord as follows:
The Governmental Angel of Justice and Mercy
I saw a mighty angel positioned over the Government (building) of Kenya, and he held a set of scales in his hand. One of the scales bore the word "Justice" and the other scale bore the word "Mercy." The scales were held in balance by the angel who had been endowed with heavenly governmental authority to assist Kenya at this important time of national referendum.
Simultaneously to the appearance of the angel, a dark demonic cloud was revealed to me as it hung suspended over the nation of Kenya. Within the cloud I discerned various demonic beings, some of whom were firing arrows into the nations. These arrows bore the words "Division," "Witchcraft" and "Corruption." This speaks to us of the intention of the enemy and clearly reveals active enemy activity at this time.
As the evil agenda sought to engulf Kenya, the Angel of Justice and Mercy shouted out, "Numbered. Numbered. Kenya will you be counted among the righteous?" The angel raised a sword against the demonic aggressors, slaying many of them. At the same time as destroying some of the satanic army, a glorious light began to penetrate the darkness as the angel's sword cut through the demonic "mist". With this I was able to discern an adjustment of people's perceptions as to their understanding of truth and grace, where previously there had been an inability for some to comprehend and receive divine truth because of the demonic weight of oppression on the people.
I was reminded of Daniel's interpretation of the inscription given at the time that the mysterious hand wrote on the wall:
"This is the inscription that was written, Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin. This is what these words mean:
"Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians."
Then at Belshazzar's command, Daniel was clothed in purple, a gold chain was placed around his neck, and he was proclaimed the third highest ruler in the kingdom. That very night Belshazzar, king of the Babylonians, was slain, and Darius the Mede took over the kingdom, at the age of sixty-two.—Daniel 5:25-31
I believe that this Scripture indicates there is a choice before Kenya at this time, and there is a battle for righteousness to prevail over evil. God is calling His Church to arise and agree with the angelic decree of the Word of the Lord over Kenya—that God has numbered the days of the evil one's reign and is bringing it to and end, and that the righteous priesthood of the Lord is to rise up to take her place in humility, grace and love.
Just like Daniel, the Church in Christ is robed in "purple garments" (speaking of the kingly, royal anointing) and has been given power and authority to be Christ's priestly ambassadors on the earth. As a priesthood, God is calling the Church to pray and proclaim His Word and His truth in Kenya. If the Church will take her place in righteousness, God will raise up the standard of His holy reign in Kenya and display His power by dethroning demonic rulers and destroying evil altars and covenants, establishing His reign and rule, as idols fall in judgment at the feet of Christ so that His Kingdom may advance.
Christ Appears with a Fiery Sword
in His Hand—"Church! Legislate!"
Wondrously, Christ appeared in the latter part of my vision with His sword of glory extended toward Kenya. Holy fire burned upon the sword of the Lord as Jesus proclaimed, "Church! Legislate!" With the speaking out of this apostolic decree, words began to flow from His sword into the heart of the nation. Jesus is calling His Church to arise and to pray with apostolic authority and wisdom the words that are written on His heart for Kenya. It is time for the Church to take her place and pray, proclaim, and act with righteousness, peace and joy. The Church in Kenya has been anointed by Christ to take a governmental stand for justice and mercy. It will take the weight of Christ's apostolic authority and wisdom to pull down the strongholds of the enemy, but with God all things are possible.
Dear Heavenly Father, today we stand in prayer with Your beloved Kenya and ask for Your truth, justice, mercy and righteousness to rain down on the nation. May Your angels stand guard for Your divine purposes and plans for Kenya to come forth in this hour. We take authority over the plans of the enemy and break and annul every satanic curse and evil assignment to bring despair, hopelessness or chaos to Your people, in the name of Jesus. We command every murdering spirit to be bound up in Jesus' name, and we loose the resurrection power and glory of Christ at this time of national referendum in Kenya. We command each and every lying and deceiving spirit to be slain by the glory of the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Father, we stand in the gap and repent for witchcraft and corruption from the highest levels to the lowest. We ask forgiveness, Lord, for witchcraft operating within the Church and for witchcraft operating in society. Holy God, forgive church leaders who have succumbed to the temptation of seeking power and influence from demonic sources. Father, in judgment remember mercy.
Lord, we ask You to raise up a righteous, holy priesthood for this hour in Kenya. Mantle Your Church with grace and glory, sanctify and anoint the hearts and lips of Your people to pray and to act with diligence and faith. Lord, bathe the nation of Kenya with Your Presence at this time of referendum. May Your will be done and Your Kingdom come in Kenya; as it is in Heaven, may it be so on earth. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.
