PETER WAGNER -- The moderator of the conference -- Dr. Wagner is the founding president of Global Harvest Ministries, focusing prayer on world evangelism. He is coordinator for the AD2000 United Prayer Track. He is also cofounder of the World Prayer Center and Cofounder and president of the Wagner Institute for Practical Ministry and chancellor of Wagner Leadership Institute.

HITCHING PROPHETS TO APOSTLES - LIKE A HORSE TEAM POWERFULLY PULLING TOGETHER, PROPHETS & APOSTLES CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!

1. Church government is the harness -- the strongest apostle needs a harness. For the first time since the early church, church government is in place (Eph. 4:11). The New Apostolic Reformation is the most radical way of doing church since the Protestant Reformation.

2. Apostles are crucial. A. Vertical Apostle -- Heads an apostolic network. B. Horizontal Apostle - Anointing to mobilize apostles, but no network. C. Hyphenated Apostle - Teacher-Apostle, Pastor-Apostle, Prophet-Apostle, etc. D. Marketplace Apostle -- Under the church covering, but they work in the marketplace. 3. Prophets are crucial -- Prophets are hitched to an Apostle. 4. How the Apostolic teams are beneficial when hitched together. A. Prophet submits to the Apostle - Ephesians 4:21 B. God speaks to the Prophet - Amos 3:7 C. Prophet speaks to the Apostle. D. The Apostle judges, evaluates, strategies & executes the Word. E. The Prophet submits to the Apostle. Two major models: 1) Paul & Silas - ongoing relationship, covenanted together. 2) Paul & Agabus - tied together for a period of time. 5. Execution - He gave examples from his personal life.

Corporate Intimacy results in the birth of Corporate Vision.

BILL HAMON -- The founder and Bishop of Christian International Ministries, and was clearly held as a forerunner of the restoration of the Prophetic office in the Church.

Mark 4:26 Described the paradigm of the Kingdom of God likened to a seed -- blade, mature, then harvest.

Rapture -- This will take place in the fullness of time -- it is not a set time -- it will happen when the bride is ready! The Church has a destiny to fulfill. Acts 3:19-21 Heaven will hold Jesus until the time of restoration of all things. He will return as a roaring lion for vengeance on the ungodly.

Rev. 5:10 Kings & Priests to God & we shall reign on the earth. Heb. 6:13

Steps into Activation -- Hear, Believe, Receive All are acts of Grace -- Ephesians 2:8-9 -- By GRACE are you saved through faith.

BARBARA WENTROBLE -- This precious handmaiden of the Lord stepped onto the platform prophesying over the congregants. She flowed and flowed in the prophetic spirit of encouraging the Body to arise to take their place in these last days -- stepping up into redemption and restoration!

She started off in Joshua 1:10-11 3 days, then cross over Joshua 3:2-4 Follow the ark from 2,000 distance

We must have the King's Discernment -- The Sons of God are led by the Spirit of God!

Keep your eye on the river -- it could suddenly take a turn and you could end up on dry ground.

This is a Season of Separation -- those things that were treasures in the last move are junk in the new move, and vice versa. We must have an Isachar anointing to know the times and seasons -- We are the People of the Third Day.

Hosea 6:1-3 Come, let us return to the Lord! Is 62:2-4 The Lord will give you a new name!

God's purpose is REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION!!!

The Jordan speaks of death -- the Apostolic is holding water back for God's people to cross over the river. Many things are dying -- old ways, practices, etc.

DUTCH SHEETS -- Pastor of Spring Harvest Fellowship in Colorado Springs. Noted author, conference speaker, formerly on the faculty of Christ for the Nations - Advisor to Aglow International -- guest lecturer at Fuller Theological Seminary.

This is a time when God is connecting PEOPLE, OFFICES, STREAMS!

Haggai 1:1-6 -- ...sown much, harvest little, eat but not satisfied .. This describes the Body today. Ezra 1:1-4, 3:8-13 Four obstacles to the Body 1. Discouragement 2. Fear 3. Intimidation 4. Selfish desires

Forget Balance! It is not for this hour! If God only used balanced people, we wouldn't have a Bible!

This year will be the year that determines the course of this nation -- We have a one year window to finally get it right. This is our opportune time! It is time for : 1. Revival! For the breath of God to blow on this nation 2. Repentance -- Judgement is coming unless we truly repent! 3. Passion, Zeal, Desperation -- A holy fire, zeal and passion (Ps. 69).

God has issued a CALL TO WAR!!!! He is much angrier at the Church than he is with the President. God chose our current President -- a man who could go either way, depending on how the Church responded. God selected him and told the prophets exactly the situation -- they could follow the Biblical mandate to pray for our leaders and this nation would enjoy a season greater than anything ever known, with a Spirit filled President -- or they could fail to warn the Church and the Church could fail to pray -- and we would have the situation we now find ourselves in. The prophets warned, but no one heeded. The decision was made by the people, and we are reaping the whirlwind. God can't remove the President without punishing His people -- for they are worse than the President is! If My People don't repent and Pray, I will judge them for THAT ALONE!!! It has been prophesied that Bill Clinton could become the greatest evangelist of our time -- but only if the Church repents and prays!

At this time, Dutch Sheets called Chuck Pierce forward and he spoke the following things:

The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me over a year ago and said we must pray for four things daily: 1. Reconciliation -- Heaven and Earth 2. Repentance -- True, devil choking, vessel cleansing, heartfelt repentance 3. Truth to be Revealed -- First Jesus! He is truth! 4. Miracles -- healing of body, soul and spirit -- manifestation!

IT IS TIME TO VOLUNTEER FOR GOD'S ARMY. IF YOU FAIL TO VOLUNTEER, I WILL DRAFT AND IT WILL BE PAINFUL!!!!!

I CALL YOU TO BE MINISTERS OF FIRE, IMPARTING A SPIRIT OF FIRE! YOU WILL BE IGNORED NO LONGER!!! GO FORTH AND LOOSE THE FIRE OF GOD!!!! I WILL HAVE A CHURCH THAT LOOKS LIKE ME!!! YOU DIDN'T CHOOSE ME -- I CHOSE YOU!!! I WILL REMOVE FEAR FROM MY PEOPLE!!

There are some key months in 1999 when prayer will be of an even more urgent necessity. In those times, we must cry out for the anointing -- speak prayer, mobilize prayer -- be in constant prayer.

February April -- especially Salt Lake City July October

He prophesied several things, including a lightning strike that will leave Las Vegas without power for six days, resulting in revival there. A huge explosion coming in Chicago, and called forth all who live within 50 miles of Chicago for prayer. He called for prayer for the East Coast -- the Atlantic Coast States -- much Masonic influence in the early, founding days of our nation will have to be avenged and set back on course . He saw the Washington Monument coming down, and the dome gone from the Capitol. He did not prophecy that these things would actually occur in the natural physical -- it could well be a spiritual release. The city of DC was laid out by a Mason, and the design has much cryptic Masonic imagery that is a stronghold to be pulled down -- again, he did not say this would be actual physical pulling down -- but a matter of loosing spiritual bondages.

Mention of Y2k was made, and it was said that these problems would be "spotty" -- worse in some places, and hardly noticed in others. Y2k is not to be feared -- much worse is the door this will open for other problems. We will see an increase in terrorism -- not on a large scale, but in a serious scale -- it will be attacks against our children -- school buses in particular were mentioned. This will have a devastating effect on the national psyche. It is not too late to pray against these things -- in fact, there was a call to pray against these things. It was also said that we would experience a season of "tower of Babel" with our communications. Phones, TV, internet -- all will go down for a while -- again, it is imperative to pray against these things! It is not too late! We have been forewarned!

Cindy Jacobs entered extreme travail on the stage, and had to be supported by her husband and others. She called forth for those in bondages to sin -- especially sin of a sexual nature, i.e. pornography, masturbation, lust, porno on the internet, etc. -- to come forward and confess their sins and repent. There was an enormous response from the crowd, going forward, confessing, repenting.

CHUCK PIERCE -- Executive Director of the World Prayer Center and prayer leader for the Spiritual Warfare Network, as well as leading the intercessors of AD2000 United Prayer Track.

THIS IS A YEAR OF REDEMPTION -- THE THIRD DAY CHURCH!!!

1998 (AKA 5758 in the Jewish Calendar) was the Days as of Noah -- a time of rest -- the Beginning of Favor.

1999 (AKA 5759 in the Jewish Calendar) is the Day the Lord of Redemption and Salvation.

We're entering a time of redemption and Salvation -- a time of Transition. This transition ends October 1999!

PHASES OF TRANSITION 1. Ending -- dying to the old 2. Confusion 3. New beginning!

SEVEN STEPS TO SURVIVING AND THRIVING IN TRANSITION AND BEYOND

1. Recognize that these are different times -- think and connect prophetically. 2. Stay alert to activities and the unusual around us. 3. Keep our spirits alive and active so we can discern properly. 4. We must know how to get in touch with each other immediately! 5. We must learn to understand each others ways and methods of communication. 6. We must not let petty issues distract us -- they may be religious spirits. 7. STAY FOCUSED on the mission that the Lord has given each of us!

FIVE FUNCTIONS OF PROPHETIC 1. Comfort 2. Encourage 3. Edify/Exhort 4. Direction 5. Redemptive

THE THIRD DAY CHURCH IS ARISING!! John 2 -- On the Third Day, there was a wedding in Canaan of Galilee Third Day people are obedient -- Abraham was just such a person, and by leaving Ur, he caused all of us to be blessed!

Genesis 1:11-13 -- God spoke the seed principle of regeneration. Genesis 22:4 - ON the Third Day, Abraham saw his place afar off.

YOUR NEW WORSHIP WILL BE LINKED WITH YOUR SUPPLY!!!

Esther 5:1-6 On the THIRD DAY, Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king. He asked her what did she want -- And her people were delivered!!

As THIRD DAY people, we must: 1. Deal with our greatest fear. 2. Understand authority 3. Increase your discernment. 4. Know who co-labors among you. 5. Be in the world, but not of the world -- be wiser than the world 6. Don't reject the messengers God sends to you.

The new church structure emerged in October, 1997.

John 20:19-22 The disciples feared and Jesus appeared and declared Peace -- He breathed on them and said received the Holy Spirit!

After Pierce spoke, he called forth Jim Goll, formerly with Mike Bickle's Metro Christian Fellowship in KC. He is now serving at a church in Antioch, TN. This powerful man of God spoke about 20 minutes, preparing us for communion -- I only wish I took notes -- but the move of God through the sanctuary was awesome -- a tangible anointing filled the house as this man prepared our hearts to receive communion. It was an unforgettable experience.

Afterward, we broke into thirteen groups and spread out into separate rooms for prophetic presbytery. I've never witnessed anything like it in my life. I don't know how many prophets they brought in for this, but it was such a life-changing experience. I spoke to many people afterward -- I heard none with any disparaging remarks from their experience. These were anointed saints, who spoke the heart of God to his children. These Words were recorded on cassette, and given to each individual.

It was a privilege to sit in the audience amongst the children of God -- let alone to be in the same room with so many of his chosen leader/prophets for this hour! Had someone given me the privilege of selecting a dozen speakers from anywhere in this nation, the list would not have looked very different from the agenda. Each was a timely blessing. A Word in Season. I have scarcely touched on all the feast that was set before us -- I look forward to reading what others saw and heard and felt. I felt the presence of the Lord during those days as strongly as I've ever felt in my life!

I completely failed to mention the multiplying of bread during the Thursday night service, after Cindy Jacobs spoke -- she had, I believe, three loaves of bread brought from the church in Baltimore that is experiencing such tremendous revival. She had it distributed, first to those seeking repentance or renewal or some special season of prayer -- there was some left, so she began to have it distributed amongst the remainder of the congregation -- something over 3,000 people. Everyone was served, and there was bread left over!!! It just kept multiplying - and some people took fairly sizeable chunks! It was miraculous! Those loves were the standard small size that comes from a bread machine -- I'm talking less than twelve inches long and maybe six inches wide and high. The whole series of meetings went like that -- it started at 7:00AM and I don't think I ever got in bed before 1:30 or 2:00 AM -- and I was neither early in my arrival nor late in departure. People were there before I arrived, and still there after I left!

Thinking back over what I have sent to you - I left some of the best parts out! There were miracles, deliverances, impartations -- I could go on and on -- but I won't.

PAUL CAIN

This gentleman needs no introduction. Before he began his message from the Lord, he spoke Words to Jim Laffoon, Cindy Jacobs, Barbara Wentroble, Kingsley Fletcher and others of prominence in the meeting, and then to other people in the audience who he called by name, identifying relatives, whom he had never met. Indications were that he was "spot-on" - and he held the audience in rapt attention. I confess I took few notes -- I sat with my mouth agape, drinking in the Word of the Lord.

Rev. Cain says that his ministry has been through many seasons -- but a revelation of simplicity is now marking his ministry -- a return to the simple Gospel of Christ. The Gospel is the Power of God! He says he finds that if he presents the Gospel, signs and wonders naturally follow, just as promised in Mark 16:15-18 -- The Great Commission with Signs Following! Preaching the Gospel with Power and Demonstration!

Scriptures used are I Cor. 15:1-4, Luke 12:51, Galations 1:6, and Mark 16:15-18.

CINDY JACOBS -- Mrs. Jacobs is the co-founder of Generals of Intercession -- a Southern Baptist legacy who grew up in a planting pastors home. She is an international advisor-at-large for Aglow and serves on their International Prayer Council.

Again, I took woefully few notes -- but the message was powerful and so full of spiritual protein! I eagerly await the arrival of the tapes so I can hear it afresh.

Scriptures used : Acts 4:32-34 -- Power, Grace, Provision Ezekiel 43:1 -- Voice of many waters Proverbs 24:6 -- Strategy -- multitude of counsel Jer. 29:7 -- Peace in your city

She spoke of how the prophets involved in this conference had met days prior to the convening, at the World Prayer Center. This included many of comparable stature in the body besides the speakers -- Barbara Yoder, John Sanford, Jim Goll and others. When they first began to seek the Lord, they expected the Lord to speak to them a common message -- it didn't happen. Instead, they came to realize that they each had a different piece of the prophetic puzzle -- individually we prophecy in part. We come together and prophecy in WHOLE! She called them to the stage -- the Glory filled the room while these warriors -- Giants of the Faith - almost reluctantly passed the microphone around. None tried to overpower, none seemed to wish to draw attention or power or glory to himself -- such a spirit of humility pervaded the place. And they spoke of things coming and how the church must prepare. How we've failed our nation, our families, our communities -- indeed, the world. And that through approaching the Father as clean, yielded -- dead -- vessels, we can still prevail upon the Father to avenge Himself with grace and mercy. In fact, the word was that the Father had already agreed to not be as severe as was His original intent -- but unavoidably this nation would be SPANKED. That is the word several of them used.

It was said that an east-west war was coming -- China, Islam, the old communist line -- an alliance that will make the Nazis look like a garden party. It is time for deep, intense, dedicated intercession and travail against these powers.

But we were also reminded that the phrase "fear not" appears in the Bible 365 times!

There is still time for us to change the Fathers mind and lessen the severity of His avenging actions. It is not too late.

I had never heard this gentleman before -- his humility surprised me. That's more a commentary on my preconceived notion, I suppose -- but a pleasant surprise just the same.

RICK JOYNER -- Rev. Joyner is the founder and executive director of MorningStar Publications and Ministries in Charlotte, NC. He has written numerous books well known to the prophetic community, and is editor of the Morning Star Journal and The Morning Star Prophetic Bulletin, and is the director of the Morning Star School of Ministry, the MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries and the MorningStar Fellowship of Churches.

Amos 3:7 -- Prophets -- PLURAL! The essence of the prophetic! Paul said We have the mind of Christ.

Prophetic -- Arises from being a friend of God -- intimacy! Stay close enough to the throne to know what's going on! The job of the prophet is to equip the church.

Romans 6:19 -- Everyone who practices sin is LAWLESS!

Paul Cain said a curse follows uncovering our leaders. The church is about to come under great scrutiny.

We should pray for our government -- the IRS, FEMA, FBI, all government agencies and bureaucrats.

Romans 13 -- No authority except for God.

The Enemies job is accusing Our job is interceding.

If we don't change our direction, we will end up where we're headed!

Kingdom -- Righteousness, Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost -- the church has changed it to Joy, Peace, then maybe righteousness. It cannot be received out of order -- proper sequence.

We are under a mandate for Holiness! Avoid judgement with genuine repentance. Railing against the president will come back to haunt us. We have imparted lawlessness to our children. James 5:12 says to let our yes be yes and our no be no. Anything other than that is evil. Speak reliably.

The only formula for discerning prophecy is KNOW HIS VOICE! What you got away with in the outer court will get you killed in the Holy of Holies.

KNOW HIS VOICE -- RESPOND IMMEDIATELY! We don't keep faith in the Word because we so easily compromise our own words. We have grown accustomed to not taking our words seriously when we spoke; consequently, we don't take His words seriously either!

MIKE BICKLE -- Senior pastor of Metro Christian Fellowship in KC, Missouri, preaches a message of passion for Jesus through the knowledge of the beauty of God. He particularly emphasizes the forerunner ministry and a fasted lifestyle in the context being a friend of the Bridegroom.

Again, I was so enthralled that I failed to keep good notes.

Matthew 22 (also 21) Jesus last public sermon -- the final paradigm. Matthew 23 Jesus acting judicially -- private Matthew 24 & 25 -- Jesus speaking to His disciples in private.

There are 15 paradigms in the Bible -- i.e., military, family, economic, agricultural, etc. -- each is a different facet of the heart of God.

He spoke at length of the Bridal Paradigm -- describing the proper condition, mindset, preparation, dress, festivities, and intimacy of the Bride, and her Bridegroom's role of preparation, celebration, protection and intimacy with the Bride.

He emphasized the necessity of restoring the First Commandment to First Place in our hearts, individually and collectively.

Hosea 2:16

I believe every speaker in the conference hereafter referred back to Mike Bickle and the Bridal Paradigm.

JIM LAFFOON -- He serves on the International Leadership Team of Morning Star Ministries, and is based in Torrance, CA. He also works with Campus Harvest, a resource ministry that equips local churches to reach college campuses, and travels throughout the Body of Christ ministering prophetically. He ran several night meetings at the World Prayer Center early in the week before the NSP conference began on January 28.

His topic was "From Shittim to the Jordan -- Crossing Our Millennial Jordan."

The following is taken from the outline provided by Rev. LAFFOON .

"He opened his message describing the dire situation encountered at the end of the first millennium. After many years of being terrorized by savage Magyars, Viking Raiders, and the hordes of Islam, Christians now faced famine, falling meteorites, and a plague called "St. Anthony's Fire." With the Papacy in horrible decline for much of the century, it seemed that the church was falling into the apostasy that would preceded the second coming."

"Yet, as the church crossed into the second millennium, the advance of Islam had been stopped, the Vikings and Magyars were converted, and the Cluny reform/revival was impacting the Church. Whether it was the supernatural conversion of Olaf Trygvesson or the dream of Queen Charlotte, God brought his people into a new period of harvest blessing. I am convinced that it is no different for us today. We, too can pass through the deadly millennial currents that are swirling around us into an incredible time of harvest for our King. (Historical information taken from The Last Apocalypse by James Reston, Jr.; Doubleday.)"

Laffoon believes Joshua 3:1-3 is prophetic for the Church in North America. The Church is slowly transitioning from Shittim to the banks of Jordan. Many of us are in the three-day period of preparation that preceded the crossing of the Jordan

Shittim -- God's dealings with Israel at Shittim are prophetic for our time. 1. The transition from Moses to Joshua (Deut. 31:1-8). 2. The inheritance of Zelophehad's daughters (Numbers 27:1-11). 3. The assault of Balak (Numbers 23-25). 4. The Transjordan tribes (Numbers 32).

Three days - Whether it was Jonah in the whale's belly or Jesus in the tomb, three days in Scripture can represent a period of darkness, waiting, and fearful apprehension. As we prepare to cross into the next millennium, many Christians are facing increasing levels of fear and worry.

The Jordan River -- As I have waited on the Lord, the Holy Spirit has quickened to me that the Millennial crossing is our Jordan River.

As we face the thickets (Jer. 12:5), Lions (Jer. 49:19), and the Flood Waters (Josh. 3:15), we have His promises to stand on.

His promises to us are:

1. Increased supernatural power and provision (Josh. 3:5) -- We are to consecrate ourselves in preparation for an outpouring of signs and miracles -- Supernatural! It is not about YOUR ANOINTING -- it is about THE TIME WE ARE IN!

2. Safe Crossing (Joshua 3:13)

3. Harvest and spiritual conquest (Joshua 3:15).

The greatest harvest ever is coming! Swift growth will be fueled by six things: 1. Acts 2:1-4 -- Suddenly the Holy Spirit showed up! 2. Acts 8:28-40 -- Philip in mid-harvest suddenly disappeared. Suddenly, He will move, redefine, realign you. 3. Acts 9:1-3 -- Sudden regeneration! Sudden salvations of people you have given up on. 4. Acts 10; Acts 12 -- Sudden answers to prayer -- sudden answer to things long sought. It will take extraordinary prayers. 5. Acts16:25, 26 -- Sudden acts of power, sudden deliverance. 6. Acts 12:21-23 -- Sudden retribution -- sudden righting of wrongs.

We are not the first to face a Millennium -- we're the second 1,000 year of incredible fear. At the previous millennium, people faced a comet visible at night for 3 months!

This summary was easy to do -- almost the entire thing comes from the outline he provided to everyone.

DR. KINGSLEY FLETCHER -- Founder and Senior Pastor of Life Community Church in Research Triangle Park, NC. Dr. Fletcher has a dynamic ministry among UN staff from Moslem nations. During a subsequent session, Paul Cain brought a special word from the Lord that he would wear two crowns -- one spiritual and one physical. Dr. Fletcher confirmed that he would be cornated in Africa in October of this year.

Dr. Fletcher spoke about "What God is Looking For In A Prophet." He used scriptures Amos 3:7; Is. 43:18,19; Is. 46:9, 10.

A prophet is a true covenant partner of God -- they know the present and CAN know the future. The future is more interesting to God and Man -- the enemy loves the past. Is. 43:18 admonishes one to forget the former things. Is. 46:9 says to remember the former things. But Is. 46:10 reminds that He makes known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come -- "My Word Will Stand!"

Prophets attract trouble and persecution. Prophets are strange, misunderstood -- no reputation to protect.

Prophets validate what God is doing in this world. Any time God raises a king, He raises a prophet and an intercessor.

God is restoring the prophetic, but he wants four things: 1. Your mind -- He will renew it. 2. Your heart - He will change it. 3. Your ear -- He will make you hear what he hears. 4. Your eyes -- He will make you a seer.

TED HAGGARD - The meetings actually took place in the church pastored by this man (located across the parking lot from the World Prayer Center. This is New Life Church. He is co-founder of the World Prayer Center with Peter Wagner, an author, teacher, respected board member of NAE, Global Harvest, Every Home for Christ and the Center for Christian-Jewish Dialogue. He is senior editorial advisor for Ministries Today and a member for the Mission to all the World 2000 Board of Reference.

The topic of his message was THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPHECY.

This Man of God spoke of the blending of the offices in the church. The pastor is the local authority, and the prophet must submit to the pastor in the church setting. The act of submission is emphasized all through the message -- submission and the attitude in that submission. He gave some examples in his own church -- adding that humility, humor and love will conquer most any obstacle involving feelings and attitudes in a church setting. He explained that mistakes are made, and will continue to be made, but that does not disqualify one from bringing future Words. He cited a particular example in his church where a brother stood up and began to prophecy (their local protocol is to take all Words to the pastor for his review, and he will accept or decline, and select the forum if it is to be used). The brother began to set dates for the rapture and other outlandish assertions. Pastor Haggard stopped him and reminded him, in love but in authority, that this was out of order -- then had the congregation stand, extend their hands toward the offending brother and tell him they forgave him for the false prophecy and they prayed for the brother. Since then, that offending brother has brought man good Words to the local Body and is loved and respected. In his message, he used the following scriptures.

I Cor 12:28, 8-10 Romans 12:6 1 Cor 14 Joel 2:28 Acts 2:17 Ezekiel 13 -- False Prophets

When you heard the Word of the Lord, you can do one of three things: 1. Go to the prayer closet -- keep it there. Don't tell everything you hear. 2. Enter into intercession -- Let the Words be points of intercession. 3. When specifically instructed -- TELL IT!!! Don't hold back, but don't be out of order either.

He compared phases of our spiritual walk to phases of our human life. Attending a conference such as this is like an expensive date. You dress up, you're on your best behavior, you're still polite with each other and try to put your best foot forward. You obey the rules. On the other hand, when you return to your local church, it is like a marriage. You have a routine, and don't want deviation from that routine, you expect a certain level of respect and accommodation, you want to have a handle in how things go and flow, and you don't mind speaking your mind if you feel the urge.

He spoke about local church protocol for manifesting the Gifts of the Spirit. Each church has their own way of ordering things, and it is imperative to conform to that protocol while in that setting. It might not necessarily be "right" but it is their way and not your place to "fix it."

John 4:24 - God is spirit and Truth and all his worshipers much worship in spirit and truth. Proverbs 12:11, 28:19 -- Work your land -- don't chase fantasy. Exodus 27 -- The Third Commandment -- Do Not misuse the Name of God.

The local pastor must discern Spiritual Integrity 1. Facts of previous Words 2. Attitude of the deliverer 3. Watch for Selective Listening

Over and over, from this speaker and others, it was emphasized that submission to local authority is of the utmost importance!
