"The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face SHINE upon you, and be gracious to you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace. So they shall put my NAME on the children of Israel, and I will bless them!" Numbers 6:24-27. SHINE IN 1999! This seems to be what is surfacing as the key phrase for this year! The above scriptures are known as the Aaronic Priestly Blessing. The Lord told Moses to have Aaron bless the people this way. This blessing was not only released for individual blessing, but as a corporate blessing as well. Those grafted into the covenant of Abraham use this blessing worldwide. What the Lord was saying here (paraphrased) was this: "If you will worship Me, I will keep you from harm and increase you in prosperity. I will take pleasure in your worship and release My grace and favor upon you. This will give you the ability to supernaturally do what I am asking you to do. You will have a supernatural ability to accomplish My will in your life, no matter what circumstances and adversity attempt to withstand you."

YEAR OF TESTING AND ADVANCEMENT

This is a year of both testing and advancement for the people of God. This is a year of preparation so we can abound in the future. We need to shine so we can accomplish our role on earth. We need to shine to be the ambassadors of our Lord's authority in our cities and states. Job 11:13-20 says, "if you would prepare your heart and stretch out your hands toward Him. . . remove iniquity from your hands. . .then you could lift up your face and your life would be brighter than noonday. Though you were dark, you would be like the morning and you would be secure, because there is hope!" WOW! What a word for this year! When His light is shining upon you, you can declare a thing and it will be established for you (Job 22:28). When His light is shining upon you, you are delivered from the hand of your enemy (Psalm 31:16). When His light is shining upon you, His way is made known on the earth-salvation arises (Psalm 67:1-2). When His light shines upon you, He restoration begins and life springs forth (Psalm 80:3).

FIVE SPIRITUAL DYNAMICS THIS YEAR

Let the Lord draw you into a new place of worship and intimacy. From that place, may He shine upon you. This intimate abiding place will cause us to receive a new anointing (to be smeared with oil) and begin to shine. We must receive a new anointing this year as we face the future. There are five spiritual dynamics that I see the Lord renewing and equipping the Body as the Church approaches the new millennium: Apostolic Leadership, Deliverance, the Prophetic, Worship, and Evangelism. This is important for us to understand as we move from one level of glory to the next. Remember the Lord said in II Cor 3: 18: "But we all with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory." As we begin to receive the revelation and methods of administration for the future in each one of these areas, we will begin to experience our next level of glory. We must pray as Paul prayed for the Ephesians and ask for the spirit of wisdom and revelation to rest upon us. "A man's wisdom, makes his face to shine" (Eccl. 8:1). Wisdom dismantles demonic forces that resist our victory. This is a year we must have wisdom to have victory.

WE'VE FOUND THE STOREHOUSE NOT READY FOR THE HARVEST

Many of us have seeds of evangelism within our genes. There seems to be a frustration because we have experienced renewal, had levels of healing, gained new strength, but still have not brought the harvest in to the storehouse. As we review the dynamics above, we find the "storehouse" still not ready for the harvest. The Lord has begun His process of anointing and divinely connecting the apostolic leadership for the future. Very few churches in the United States have viable deliverance ministries. The prophetic ministry in most churches and regions is weak, misunderstood and in need of accreditation. We have not heard the sound of revival in our worship that has an intimate war cry that releases provision and unlocks harvest. Therefore, we hear the Lord saying, "Let Your Light Shine!" Our light must be lit with a new passion and fire. This is the year for the lighting. It is the time to pull our Lights from under the basket and let them SHINE!

THE YEAR OF REDEMPTION AND SALVATION

This is the Jewish year 5759. The name given in relation to the numeric significance of this year is, "The Year of Redemption and Salvation". Salvation is deliverance from death. Redemption is setting captives free from oppression or a slave free by the payment of a ransom. When you study the number "9" further, you find it not only has to do with "redemption" and "light", but is linked with "hidden judgment" and blessings awaiting "birth". This is a year when the natural and the supernatural will meet to produce signs that will point to the "way" the Lord has for us in the future.

SPIRITUAL TIMING IS EVERYTHING

I believe the prophetic is being released at this time in history so intercessors can pave the way to our Lord's glory and the Body's overcoming stand. There are several issues we need to understand to pray effectively: 1. " We must be at the right place at the right time." Spiritual timing and place is very important for the intercessor's victory this year. 2. "We must be willing to stand in the place God calls us this year." 3. "In our churches and cities, we must open the GATE of heaven so angelic forces have free access to assist in our territorial warfare." 4. "We must understand how and where the Presence of God is moving." The Lord said to me going into to this year to: 'Watch the Ark'. We must be flexible to flow with the Spirit of the Lord as He moves freely, restoring the Glory of the Lord on earth." 5. "We must understand the process of division, for this will be a year of dividing."

QUARTER BY QUARTER PLAN

Spiritual Timing is a real key this year. This is what I see the Lord doing, by Quarters, this year. The First Quarter is a time of PREPARATION. To prepare means to be fastened and fitted together. To prepare means to erect the frame, set the order, and be ordained to perfection and completion. I see this as a time the Lord is releasing mercy and grace that will preserve us (Psalm 61:7). To preserve means to watch after and secure our future. "Then Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced that God had prepared the people, since the events took place suddenly (2 Chronicles 29:36)." If apostolic leadership will prepare in the sphere of authority, the Lord has given them; they will see the suddenlies occur! The Second Quarter is a time for

EMPOWERING AND RELEASE. There is going to be released a new immersion of God's love within His people. This will produce a new manifestation of the Spirit of God within in us and will equip us for harvest. The prophetic anointing will be released in a new dimension. This will create a new level of prophetic accuracy that will be the tool that unlocks the harvest. In the Third Quarter, we will enter into WARFARE. Do not be afraid. We will be warring from a new level of anointing. This will create the openings in the heavenlies that will release God's blessings. Revelation 12 will be key for us at that critical crossroads in the history of the Church. Here is where we will become known as "Breakthrough Christians" and the Breaker Anointing will be upon us. Churches all over America should have their prayer strategy and their Prayer Room positioned and operating. Those will be the churches that the Lord of the Harvest uses to open up the harvest of the area. He will mantle them with new authority for their region. The Fourth Quarter will be when the Lord gives us eyes to "see" the HARVEST. Prepare your storehouse and make ready the way, for the Harvest is ripening!

I am encouraging all I know to develop prayer strategies in the months of February, April, July, and October. We will then face the future without fear. A new boldness will be within us. We will have strategies for victory and increase. Finally, we will not be the tail, but the Head will be leading us and we will see the Church rising, possessing the gates of the enemy!

REPORT --NORTHWEST INTERCESSORS CONFERENCE

We just finished our first-ever Intercessor's Conference. Dick Eastman, Dutch Sheets, Rachel Hickson, Chuck Pierce, Julie Anderson, George Otis, Jr., and others were our guests. It was not only a time of equipping for prayer and intercession, prophetic intercession and interceding churches, it was also a time of celebration and intercession for the Northwest.

Many of the guests, especially Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce, had prophetic messages about the Northwest. They proclaimed that a great revival is about to breakthrough in our area, including a revival of signs and wonders.

There were general sessions in the morning, workshops in the afternoon, and explosions in the evening. Friday evening may have been the highlight of the week. We had a powerful time of worship and intercession. Chuck Pierce then got up and began to say that revival was coming to the Northwest and that even tonight an explosion would take place. As he said it there was a "boom" and all the lights went off in the entire area. We found out that there had been a natural gas explosion at the Bonneville Dam. It only made the congregation more excited. We spent the next two hours cheering, interceding, worshiping, listening to prophetic words about the revival of signs and wonders coming, etc.

At one time Chuck had the elders of City Bible Church come up to the front and we all ended up in a pile. He prophesied that we would host and lead the coming revival. Jamie Owens sang several songs.

Just after 11:00 our Pastor, Frank Damazio, got up and said that we had done all we were supposed to do and that the Lord's will had been accomplished. At that moment all the power came back on. More cheering, etc. It was a breath-taking night.

This was the largest conference we have ever hosted. One of the things I was very pleased to see was the number of young people in attendance. There's no doubt about it: GOD IS UP TO SOMETHING IN THE NORTHWEST!
