US Treasury Sets New 1-Day Tax Receipt
Record Of $85.8 Billion
Tuesday September 19th, 2006
WASHINGTON--(Dow Jones)--The U.S. government recorded record-high
overall and corporate tax receipts on Sept. 15, which was a quarterly
deadline for tax payments, the Treasury said Monday.
Total tax receipts were $85.8 billion on Friday, compared with the
previous one-day record of $71 billion on Sept. 15 of last year, the
Treasury said.
Within the overall figure, corporate tax receipts Friday were $71.8
billion, up from $63 billion in September of last year.
Treasury Undersecretary for Domestic Finance Randal Quarles said
Friday's numbers provided a "continuing demonstration of the strength of
the U.S. economy."
"In fact, Friday's gross receipts were the largest in a single day in
the nation's history--20% higher than receipts on the same quarterly tax
payment date last year," Quarles said in a statement.

We are once again in a decisive season for America, and God started speaking
about the critical hour we are now in more than two years ago through Dutch
Sheets and
Chuck Pierce.
Right now, if the church will pray, we could win a massive victory against
abortion and the spirit of death in our country.
On 2/22 of this year, South Dakota lawmakers approved the nation's
farthest-reaching ban on abortion, setting the stage for legal challenges that
could lead to the overturning of Roe v. Wade! This ban was signed by the
governor, and makes it a felony for doctors to perform any abortion, except to
save the life of a pregnant woman.
This date is no coincidence, but is a sign of divine authority being released to
shift things in the Heavens, and to overturn the old order! As you know, this
date has been significant to us for many years, and the Lord has always used it
in reference to Isaiah 22:22.
"I will place on his shoulder the key of David; what he opens no one can shut
and what he shuts no one can open." Isaiah 22:22
Kingly authority to close the door of Death, and open the door of Life is being
released from Heaven in this hour!
This is the chance to reverse a generational decree of destruction.
Almost two years ago, before this bill was passed, Dutch Sheets and Chuck D.
Pierce gave this prophecy at an event in South Dakota, and recorded it in their
book, Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation, pages 379-381 (to
purchase book, scroll to bottom):
"God is going to use this state very strategically to tear down national
strongholds...If we don't get breakthrough in South Dakota...we don't get
revival in America...South Dakota will become a very conspicuous place...from
this place the nation will begin to be legislated. There is something here
that has to happen that is going to release the nation, and if we don't get it
here, the nation can't go into what the Lord wants."
This is an incredibly accurate prophetic word through Dutch and Chuck...and
they'll share more about this with us on the conference call, Saturday,
September 23.
The new law was immediately challenged in court, and a judge ruled that the
voters of South Dakota must now decide whether or not to outlaw abortion in
their state!
Could South Dakota Do to Abortion, What Alabama Did to Segregation?
This is incredibly strategic! Here's why: if voters approve it, this law will be
challenged again in court, and would be heard by the Supreme Court, which would
be faced with the decision to either rule against the will of voters in an
entire state, or revise their earlier pro-abortion rulings!
Not only could the South Dakota abortion ban embolden the Supreme Court to
overturn abortion, but it is being watched very closely as the test case for
abortion bans being considered in at least a dozen other states, creating a
domino effect as this law either stands or falls in the November elections.
Planned Parenthood understands what is at stake here. They have rushed into the
vacuum, and opened up vast financial treasure chests to sway the vote in a state
that has fewer people than the city of Indianapolis! Unfortunately, it appears
to be working, and support for this law has waned under a barrage of advertising
and media coverage.
In the face of this onslaught, we must win the war in the Heavenlies!
We cannot allow South Dakota to fall; we must stand with this state in prayer.
HA HA Tornadoes
Here is one of the many prophetic events related to this battle:
Just prior to the 2004 elections, we were preparing to travel cross-country to
DC, to take part in a national fast. A prophetic friend was driving down
Interstate 70, when a massive tornado touched down behind his car and followed
behind him along the freeway! Afraid that he would be killed, he sped away and
barely escaped. He later said that it felt as if there was a real personality
behind this phenomenon.
Two days after this terrifying event, he dreamed he was being pursued by two
huge tornadoes with the letters "H" and "A" on them. He understood these
tornadoes with "HA, HA," were two mocking Goliath spirits unleashed against the
Church to bring destruction to the nation. He knew the "H" stood for
homosexuality and the "A" for abortion.
When our prophetic friend told us this, we had already made our travel plans to take the same
route, Interstate 70. Someone felt led to read Psalm 70, and we were stunned by
what it said:
"Let them be ashamed and confounded who seek my life (the children in the
womb)...Let them be turned back because of their shame, who say,
"Aha! Aha!"
Psalm 70:2-3
Two years later, we are once again on the verge of elections, and the Ha-Ha
tornado dream's significance has deepened. South Dakota is not only voting on
banning abortion, but homosexual marriage too, and-- the largest county with the
most influence is "Minnehaha!"
This is indeed a "Mini Ha-Ha," a microcosm of the fight for the soul of our
nation! What happens here will have repercussions for years on the fight to end
the spilling of innocent blood in our land.
I feel what is going on in South Dakota is similar to what happened in
2 Kings
14:11. King Jehoash comes to Elisha, and the Lord offers him a prophetic window
of opportunity for victory. He is told to strike the ground with an arrow, which
symbolized victory on the battlefield, a microcosm if you will, of the bigger
battle. His response of faith to the prophetic word in this "small thing" would
actually determine the outcome on the battlefield! But his apathy and unbelief
cost him what could have been an easy victory!
Prophetically, I believe the Lord is saying that a victory in South Dakota is
that microcosm, that prophetic "Mini Ha-Ha."
Practically and politically, if we cannot hold the line on this ban in the post
pro-life state in America, we will suffer a serious defeat. However, if we
prevail in prayer, the goliath of abortion will soon tumble!
We Cannot Be Passive Right Now!!
With the election a matter of weeks away, we need to engage like never before.
We are saying to South Dakota, "You may be an Esther for America. Who knows for
such a time as this, that you've come into the Kingdom?" Let's stand with her in
concentrated prayer on November 7.

urgent hour.
