"Crush Them the Way I Do"
(The following is an excerpt from a word published on The Elijah List, June 4, 2024.)
I had an encounter with the Lord on May 30, 2025. I was walking with the Lord, hand in hand, and enjoying His presence, when suddenly I saw skinny green snakes rising from the ground like cobras... though they were not cobras; they only mimicked their posture.
In my boldness I said, "Lord, I'll crush them with my hands!"
But the Lord stopped me: "Nooo. Do not do that."
He continued, "You must crush them the way I do."
I asked, "Lord, how do You crush them?"
He replied, "Like this."
He stomped His foot and said, "You crush their heads. Do what I did."
Then I heard Him declare Luke 10:19: "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you" (NIV).
With strength I didn't know I had, I began crushing their heads, one by one. Joy filled me as I realized the power and authority He has placed within us as His people.
The Interruptions Will Release Glory
I heard God say, "June will be a month of divine interruptions—ones that will release a glory you have not seen before."

The Colors of the Iranian Flag
On June 2, 2025—before the attack on Israel—I found the Lord talking to me about the four horses of the horsemen in the Book of Revelation (6:1–8).
This is the symbolic/biblical meaning behind the color of the four horses:
1. The white horse. White = conquest, victory, and possibly Christ or false messiah (Revelation 6:2).
2. The red horse. Red = war and bloodshed (Revelation 6:4).
3. The black horse. Black = famine (Revelation 6:5–6).
4. The pale horse. Pale/green = death and Hades (Revelation 6:8).
Immediately following this, I noticed the Iranian flag (whose colors match the four horses in Revelation), and sensed something was being planned.
Red is a sign of bloodshed, which could be associated with Iran's involvement in war, regional conflict, and persecution.
Green is a color of Islam, sharply connected to the green/pale horse that brings death. I believe this indicates spiritual deception or systems that promise life but lead to destruction. (Photo via Pexels)
White, in both instances, appears peaceful, but in Revelation, it's linked to a rider intent on conquest (a false messiah or political deceiver). I believe this represents deceptive ideologies or regimes that claim purity but bring death.
Immediately, the Lord reminded me of a show I had done with Steve Shultz, where I decreed Jeremiah 49. We are coming into the time of fulfillment for this prophecy.
Jeremiah 49:34–39 (the prophecy concerning Elam):
"This is the word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam, early in the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah:
"This is what the Lord Almighty says:
"'See, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might. I will bring against Elam the four winds from the four quarters of Heaven; I will scatter them to the four winds, and there will not be a nation where Elam's exiles do not go. I will shatter Elam before their foes, before those who want to kill them; I will bring disaster on them, even My fierce anger,' declares the Lord.
"'I will pursue them with the sword until I have made an end of them. I will set My throne in Elam and destroy her king and officials,' declares the Lord.
"'Yet I will restore the fortunes of Elam in days to come,' declares the Lord" (NIV).
A Heavenly Encounter of Victory
On June 18, 2025, as I was in prayer, I heard the sounds of music and dancing, as if there was a wedding. I heard different Scriptures being decreed which released a healing sound. I heard different instruments being played, and they released sounds of deliverance. I saw large golden cymbals being clapped and I heard shouts of victory.
I was invited in, but found it hard to join in the celebration. I felt overwhelmed by so much that was going on. I sensed that these people were celebrating because they had their breakthrough. But as I was pondering and was very reserved, someone came to me and said, "The key to your breakthrough is to join the procession of Christ's victory. The sounds you release during those processions dictate what happens on earth.
He said, "When I first entered those realms, I was very much like you—I was reserved. But I learned to capture the sound of victory and release it here on earth."
He held my hands and brought me in. I was so excited that I couldn't contain myself, so I started clapping and dancing!
I saw the Lord in their midst, enthroned.
I then said to this elder, "I am a drummer, and I used to play drums. Can I play drums here?"
Immediately, I was given a drum, and I started drumming.
As I was drumming, victory was being released. With every drum, a miracle on earth was taking place.
Later, I took this to the Lord in prayer and heard the Lord tell me, "Yvon, My people are releasing the heavenly sounds on earth. My words release a sound of victory. Their prophetic acts release a sound of triumph. Tell My people to release their sound! For I have ears for hearing, and eyes for seeing. I will open their spiritual ears to see and to hear." The Sound of Heaven
There is plenty of music in Heaven. This music can be captured and released here on earth. The Bible calls it "The song of the Lord" (2 Chronicles 29:27).
The writer of Hebrews records a conversation between Jesus and the Father in which Jesus says, "I will declare Your name to My brethren; in the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You" (Hebrews 2:12 NKJV).
David said to God, "You are my hiding place; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance" (Psalm 32:7 NKJV).
These are supernatural sounds released from Heaven that set the captives free. They are so powerful that they can result in setting people free from demonic oppression. We are called to capture the sound and release it. When this happens, the atmosphere of Heaven penetrates the room, and everything changes.
David trained his musicians to "prophesy" with harps, stringed instruments, and cymbals (1 Chronicles 25:1).
Prophetic Acts That Release a Sound
When the Spirit leads the people of God, their actions can have a strong prophetic dimension, which releases a sound:
1. Clapping Hands
God said to Ezekiel, "Son of man, prophesy to them and clap your hands" (Ezekiel 21:14 NLT).
You see God clapping, so you start to clap.
2. Beating the Drums
"At the LORD's command, the Assyrians will be shattered. He will strike them down with His royal scepter. And as the LORD strikes them with His rod of punishment, His people will celebrate with tambourines and harps. Lifting His mighty arm, He will fight the Assyrians." (Isaiah 30:31–32 NLT)
The idea is that the Lord will strike Assyria to the rhythm of the drum beat.
3. Praise
"From the mouths of children and infants You have ordained praise on account of Your adversaries." (Psalm 8:2 BSB)
4. A Shout of Victory
"When you hear the priests give one long blast on the rams' horns, have all the people shout as loud as they can. Then the walls of the town will collapse, and the people can charge straight into the town." (Joshua 6:5 NLT) (Photo via Pexels)
"When the people heard the sound of the rams' horns, they shouted as loudly as they could. Suddenly, the walls of Jericho collapsed, and the Israelites charged straight into the town and captured it." (Joshua 6:20 NLT)
Word of the Lord: A Month of Orchestrated, Divine Interruptions
(The following is a word of the Lord, originally published on The Elijah List on June 4, 2024.)
"As darkness covers the earth and thick darkness the people, I will arise upon you, and My glory will appear over you (Isaiah 60). This is not a normal month. It is a month of orchestrated, divine interruptions. Some will be expected; others will catch you off guard. But hear Me clearly: none of them are a surprise to Me. Some may look frightening or feel uncomfortable, but do not be overwhelmed. I will turn every interruption into divine revelation. Even those sent by the enemy will ultimately reveal My glory in your life. I am disrupting the works of man to demonstrate the power of My hand.
"When Peter was in prison and thought his fate was sealed, I sent an angel to interrupt the sentence. The prison doors opened; he was set free. So too, I will open your gates—gates of opportunity, gates of destiny—and they will remain open. For I have heard your cry, and in My timing, I will accomplish it quickly. 'I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time' (Isaiah 60:22 NKJV).
"This is a month to see My glory, like Isaiah who saw Me high and lifted up, with the train of My robe filling the temple. You will witness My hand through these interruptions and say, 'Surely the Lord is in this place!'
"This is a time of impartation for wisdom like Solomon's—the kind that draws nations; authority like Christ's—to crush the head of the serpent; power like Pentecost—to carry My Spirit in fullness.
"Do not fear these interruptions; welcome them. For I the Lord your God delight in you. You have found favor with Me. I have seated you in heavenly places above every power and principality. This will be a month where you encounter Me high and lifted up. The interruptions will bring My glory, and the glory will release breakthrough, wisdom, favor, and authority. June will be a month of divine interruptions and glory revealed."
