Wake Up to the Greater Glory!
I felt a tap on my side, soft but firm, while I was sleeping. It woke me up at 4:40 a.m. I knew it was the Lord. Immediately, I sensed that the Lord is waking up His Body. He's awakening us to what lies ahead—the greater glory.
The Lord began to speak, saying that there has been a contention for new territory. With that has come intense pushback from the enemy against the people of God through unexpected health issues, financial setbacks, family divisions, strange accidents, doctrinal deception, and more.
I heard the Scripture "Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour" (1 Peter 5:8 ESV). Then I heard the Lord say, "Many of My leaders and forerunners are drunk, not with wine but with hopelessness, discouragement, and indecision."
There truly is a devil prowling like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. But Jesus has given us the antidote for this season: Stay sober. The word "sober" means to make or become more serious.
I believe the Lord is calling us to become serious—serious about breakthrough, serious about driving out the enemy, serious about hope, faith, and taking back our land.
Time to Raid the Enemy's Camp
I was reminded of the old song "Enemy's Camp" (by Lindell Cooley):
"I went to the enemy's camp, and I took back what he stole from me."
It's time for the Body of Christ to move forward, not just hold ground. We must demand the return of what's been stolen, and believe for sevenfold restoration. (Photo via Pexels)

I asked the Lord about what we've been seeing in the Body of Christ. He reminded me of a spiritual insight He gave me many years ago. It's found in Revelation 12:12: "He [the devil] is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short" (NIV, brackets mine). The Lord showed me that one of the enemy's strategies is to send out spirit watchers on assignment to disrupt marriages, health, finances, and unity, trying to hinder the work of God.
While interceding recently for our region, I clearly saw in the spirit what chaos had been released in the airways over our churches, families, and leaders. As I was led to cancel these assignments and command these spirit watchers to return to where they had come from, I released the angels of God to wage war on our behalf. Instantly, I saw a vision of that spirit fleeing into the mountains.
Rule in the Midst of Your Enemies
Let me remind us: There are more for us than against us. We are in a spiritual war, but it's a war that's already been won. We must continue to take back the ground the enemy has tried to steal. Let's command increase in our land, strike the ground for harvest, and plead the blood of Jesus over regions and nations.
This is the hour where we'll see the enemy retreat, atmospheres shift, and the prayers of the saints answered. Stay sober-minded and vigilant. We are the glorious Church, without spot or wrinkle. We must wake up and exercise the authority we've been given to rule in the midst of our enemies.
"The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying, 'Rule in the midst of your enemies!'" (Psalm 110:2 NIV)
