The last-day generation is called to be a sign and a wonder, a manifestation of God's glory. These are apostolic saints who have gone into the grave, have risen in resurrection power, and are now moving out from the throne of God to serve him. They are sons of oil, standing beside the God of the whole earth, moving under his divine authority. Living under the shadow of the Almighty, they are constrained by the Holy Spirit, immovable and unshaken. Their lives will be the undeniable evidence of God's reality, power, love, and mercy. The faith of Christ fuels their journey, and they are undergirded by his everlasting arms.
Will You Walk Through These Doors?
In Scripture, at the completion of the tabernacle, and after the temple was built, the glory of the Lord filled the house (Exodus 40:34; 2 Chronicles 7:1). Having gone through a process of crucifixion, a set-apart people have now arrived at a season of completion of God's work in the tabernacles of their bodies, souls, and spirits, and are ready to arise in resurrection power and glory. This is a unique generation called to a unique season, marked by a time of overcoming and a resolve to step into destiny.
The double doors are opening to divine purpose and assignments that must be fulfilled and have been fashioned from before time. Will you choose to walk through these doors?
As Esther was called "for such a time as this," so too are God's people called to rise and seize this moment. This is the appointed time for the people of God to step out, to move forward in strength, to speak boldly, and to fulfill their divine callings.
The victory of the Jews, as recorded in Esther 9:5, was achieved through a people of fierce determination and the power of the sword, which is symbolic of the authority and Word of God.
Dominion, Authority, and the Call to Build
The building of God's house is never the work of a single entity; it is implemented by a unified people, each offering their unique gifts and resources. However, it must be undergirded by the singularity of divine vision. Ministry and businesses alike must align with God's divine vision and purpose to reach their fullest potential. When God's people come together, bringing their offerings and talents with willing hearts, to build the house of the Lord according to his pattern, his presence is manifested.
When believers take dominion over the sphere of influence given by God, they begin to operate in their divine callings, releasing the expression of Christ that's unique to them. At the tipping point of their preparation, they are released into the fullness of their call and become aligned with the prophetic blueprint of God's plan for their lives and their work. Achieving such a level of influence and success in their assignment requires a profound partnership with the Holy Spirit, characterized by radical obedience.
The prophetic call demands action. When God reveals his plan, it must be pursued with robust faith and singular determination. The work ahead is great, and it cannot be accomplished with human strength. It requires the power of the Holy Spirit for its successful fulfillment. The fields are ripe, and the King is now at work in the fields of all spheres. Now is the time to rise, build, and embrace the fullness of God's calling without compromise or capitulation. Giving All to Birth His Vision
The vision is so spectacular that God is calling all to give all for its manifestation. Just as the Israelites gave freely and abundantly for the construction of the tabernacle, today, the trumpet is sounding out from the throne, calling all believers to invest their resources, talents, and lives into the building of the house of God. God intends to impact all spheres for the fullness of the times, "the summing up of all things in Christ" (Ephesians 1:10 LSB).
At that time, the Israelites gave so generously that they had to be restrained from giving more.
"Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whom the LORD has put skill and intelligence to know how to do any work in the construction of the sanctuary shall work in accordance with all that the LORD has commanded...
"And they received from Moses all the contribution that the people of Israel had brought for doing the work on the sanctuary... and said to Moses, 'The people bring much more than enough for doing the work that the LORD has commanded us to do.'?So Moses gave the command, and word was proclaimed throughout the camp, 'Let no man or woman do anything more for the contribution for the sanctuary.' So the people were restrained from bringing, for the material they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more." (Exodus 36:1, 3, 5–7 ESV)
Why were the people so moved to give everything? I believe they were stirred by the awe and wonder of the vision implanted by God in their hearts. The vision was a revelation of the impossible becoming possible, of preparing a majestic house as a dwelling place for a holy, omnipotent God—LORD of all creation—who chose to live in their midst. This is the exact same vision God has assigned to this generation. Has the loss of this vision—his dream—caused us to become passive, sleepy, and complacent? Or maybe we have never caught the fullness of that vision and what it means.
"Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me a contribution. From every man whose heart moves him, you shall receive the contribution for me.? And this is the contribution that you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze... oil for the lamps, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense... And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst." (Exodus 25:2–3, 6, 8 ESV)
Embrace the God-Sized Vision
God is now calling his people to expand their thinking and enlarge and align their vision with his. If vision is small or limited, it then becomes easy to give up in the face of challenges. But when believers embrace the magnificence and vastness of God's plan, they gain the required endurance to push forward. Greater vision demands greater faith and greater preparation. If something seems unattainable, the question should not be whether it can happen but rather what steps must we take to get there?
The bigger God's dream is for an individual's life, the more pruning there will be of what is non-essential, and more grit will be required to push through to the prize. The vision must remain bold, vibrant, and marked by great expectation.
Faith enlarges your capacity to hold and birth the dream. Those who expect more from God will be empowered to handle the greater weight of their calling. A small vision limits your reach and level of impact, but an expansive, God-sized vision allows believers to rise above any obstacles, knowing greater things await them.
Call forth your future into the present by faith. Our future is not determined by our past or our present; it is determined by God! God is saying to now move your expectations for the future into the now. The days of thinking "I will accomplish this in five, ten... twenty years" are gone. The Lord is saying, "Do it NOW! Begin NOW! Seize the day. Seize the moment I am presenting to you!" (Photo via Unsplash)
There is nothing to wait for when we are moving with the God of the impossible. God's vision for your life, entwined with his vision, is not served by your capabilities, wisdom, or strength. All is accomplished in the power of his might.
"So, what are you waiting for?" he asks.
He is calling you now into harvest fields, where the King himself is at work and waiting for you. The time of your harvest has come, and in your fields, treasures await you.
To his crucified ones, God declares, "You are rooted and firmly anchored in me, guarded by my righteous right arm. You are the son of my strength! Your enemies shall stumble and fall. Praise my name in the morning and at night. Listen for my whisper to guide your steps. Hide my word in your heart, and you will never be shaken. Come! Embrace your call and let us go into your field together."
I believe God is asking his people to prepare their hearts and their finances to give a breaker offering of faith at Passover that he will use to smash through the gates of bronze and open the double doors of divine destiny.
"Thus says the LORD to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held—to subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the double doors, so that the gates will not be shut: 'I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the LORD, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel." (Isaiah 45:1–3 NKJV)
