I heard the Spirit of God say, "This is the beginning of a brand-new season where I will surely demonstrate the ease with which I bring My people out of waiting. Never mind how the seasons past have been prolonged by the consequences of premature actions, for I have called a troop from the wayside to assist in your deliverance. Look to the left and, yes, look to the right; yet focus your gaze on My Word in due season, for I have awakened a Spirit of redemption to enliven your forthcoming movements."
Positioned for a "Pushing Back"
While many of the saints of God have been feeling the strain of the waiting game pulling them asunder, I was reminded of a powerful vision that opened in the spiritual realm recently during a time of worship. In this vision, I saw the Holy Spirit's activity positioning the Church with the movements of His person for erupting profound personal breakthroughs.
The Lord began to show me what was on His heart. I saw a new guard of angelic hosts arriving in the valley of decision for pushing back and scattering the enemy's plans. These angels were sent to help us gain further traction where the Lord had promised that His reprieve would establish open doors of divine provision.
The Sword and the Sound of Breakthrough!
In the vision, the angel of the Lord, carrying swords of fire and arrows anointed with our assignments from the Book of Life, opened new wells of personal revival by overcoming power, and many in the Body of Christ were loosed of mind-binding clutter.
Through the sword of the Spirit, a new fortitude pierced old mindsets while depositing a greater authority to help us walk by faith and not by sight into the targeted areas of our seemingly unchangeable circumstances.
As the arrow of the Lord went forth like lightning on behalf of those contending in real time, the sound of breakthrough was heard for those in the "in-between seasons" of trusting the Lord with all their hearts while not leaning on their own understanding. (Photo via Wikimedia Commons)
My observance of these angels' activities (through the seer anointing) was not just a spectacle to behold in the spiritual realm, but a divine intervention that deposited greater authority within us, while also removing the spiritual clutter that had been deceiving our hearts and had been embedded in our conditioned reasonings.
Even as I watched this new company of angelic hosts arrive, I saw the recoiling of the enemy's demands through the guise of false expectations. This was when a great shaking and a mighty rumbling smashed ancient strongholds for those who were yielded to the Lord, even through temptations of hope deferred and doubt.
Regional and Positional Changes
Upon writing this, I sensed unexpected regional and positional changes for those of you who have been shedding an old wine skin that's ultimately been holding you captive to former ways. This is the Achilles' heel that's been preventing many from breaking the camel's back of mundane routine and tradition. Scripture reminds us to be faithful in the small things (Luke 16:10) but also to expect the extraordinary from an extraordinary God (Ephesians 3:20).
Partnering with Heavenly Assistance
I'm also reminded of the story of Jacob in Genesis 28:10–17, when God opened the heavens over Jacob during a moment of transition. Jacob encountered the gates of Heaven through an open portal as angelic hosts dropped in on Jacob's plight, while the voice of God spoke into Jacob's destiny. Through this divine encounter with the angelic realm, Jacob was promised new land, heavenly expansion, and generational blessings for altering Jacob's God-ordained destiny.
As we navigate the challenges of this world, Scripture reminds us not to fear for God is with us! The Bible also tells us that we, as Believers, are assigned a company of angelic hosts who join with the Holy Spirit to keep us in all our ways (Psalm 91:11).
Interacting with angels who are sent to watch over, protect, comfort, and even give encouragement and instruction for reaching our prophetic destiny is biblically demonstrated in the Old and New Testaments. It is through this faith that our eyes are opened and our senses are activated to work with the angels assigned to our lives, empowering us to fulfill our divine destinies.
