Posture for the Position
One night, while sitting down in prayer before bed, I heard the Holy Spirit say, "Position and posture." I pondered this phrase and heard the Lord say, "There are people in position without the heart posture for it. I'm coming now to pour out anointing on those with the posture for the position."
After that word, I went to bed and had a dream. In the dream I found myself talking about position and posture. I began to speak about how Saul was positioned as king in Israel, but he was not postured for it. I said, "The anointing 'found' David because of his heart posture." I declared in the dream that God is now finding and anointing the hearts of those who are truly postured for His positioning!
Positioned at the Table
Then I had another dream. I saw a table of Kingdom leaders. I didn't recognize a single face or name. However, I knew that many of these people were well known and respected in their spheres of leadership or influence. I also discerned in the dream that many of these people sitting at the table, who had started out well in posture, had grown proud, entitled, and even compromised in the weighty responsibilities of their "position." Yet, they demanded a place at the table.
I saw several "outsiders," who were humble yet bold, given an invitation by the Lord to sit at this table. Those already in "position" at the table knew that these outsiders were invited to sit, but it was clear they didn't respect or care what God thought about these humble leaders, and they made no room for them. What also became clear is that several of these leaders who were already positioned at the table had seated themselves because they wanted "positions of honor."

They sat without complaint and ate food from the floor. In that moment of the dream, I knew by revelation that the anger of the Lord had been kindled against those in position who were not postured for it. I knew what was coming next was a turning of the tables, and those who were positioned without the proper heart posture were going to be removed from their places, and their seats given to those being anointed for their heart posture!
"When Jesus noticed how the guests were choosing the places of honor, He told them a parable. 'When you are invited by someone to a wedding banquet, don't sit down at the place of honor in case someone more important than you was invited by the host. Then the host who invited both of you would come to you and say, "Give this person your place." In disgrace, you would have to take the place of least honor. But when you are invited, go and sit down at the place of least honor. Then, when your host comes, he will tell you, "Friend, move up higher," and you will be honored in the presence of everyone who eats with you. Because everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the person who humbles himself will be exalted.'" (Luke 14:7–11)
Many Tables Are about to Turn
I believe many tables are about to turn. This phrase is meant to highlight a significant shift in the positioning, power, and control of a situation.
Let me prophetically declare: The tables are about to turn and remove the positioning of Sauls! Those with "more distinguished hearts" are now coming forth!
I believe, across the seven mountains of society, we are going to witness the turning of the tables. From government positions and business industries to church leadership, God is turning the tables!
Like the prophet Samuel, who found and anointed David—because "God looks at the heart, and not the outward appearance" (see 1 Samuel 16:7)—so again is the Lord finding and anointing hearts who are fully His! Those who haven't felt seen, known, or valued, yet have the right posturing for the position, are being called up!
Warning: Others started where you are but didn't finish well. As God turns the tables, prepare your heart to maintain a trajectory of proper positioning so that it doesn't detach from the posture required for it!
