As I continued to seek the Lord on what He was saying, He showed me that many have felt like their 'song' had been stolen; their voice had been lost because of the long and hard seasons they had endured. Trauma, disappointment, heaviness, fear, grief, foreboding and weariness had stolen their song. But in this moment of encounter, as the Lord spoke, the atmosphere was filled with the declaration of "NO MORE!"

"A new song for a new day rises up in me every time I think about how He breaks through for me! Ecstatic praise pours out of my mouth until everyone hears how God has set me free. Many will see His miracles; they'll stand in awe of God and fall in love with Him!" (Psalm 40:3, TPT)

A New Song for a New Day

Recently, I heard the Lord speaking over many in the Body of Christ, and He said these words: "I am raising up a new song within you! A new song of hope and freedom for the new day."

As He said this, there was a weighty, heavy sound of the closing of a season and the arising of a new day that resounded through the atmosphere.

As I continued to seek the Lord on what He was saying, He showed me that many have felt like their 'song' had been stolen; their voice had been lost because of the long and hard seasons they had endured. Trauma, disappointment, heaviness, fear, grief, foreboding and weariness had stolen their song. But in this moment of encounter, as the Lord spoke, the atmosphere was filled with the declaration of "NO MORE!"

There was a weighty, divine 'severing' that the Lord was bringing forth – a mighty deliverance and a weighty freedom for His people, by His Spirit, that would see them no longer weighed down, bound or influenced by the things that had stolen their song. (Photo via Pexels)

I then heard His words, so loudly, all around me: "I am raising up a new song within them. It is a song of hope and freedom. It is a song of EXPECTANCY. It is a song of ANTICIPATION for all I will do in this new day."

I began to hear the song of HIS FAITHFULNESS arising. I began to hear new songs of praise to the Lord for all He had done and is doing. But this sound of praise was DEEPER than I had ever heard. There was a deeper place of intimacy and love of the Lord that was flourishing in this place of praise. The new songs were arising from within His people as they saw Him and His marvelous hand at work.

There is a weight of His presence and glory that's being entered into, in this place of praise, that is bringing forth a deep heart-stillness and healing. Deep groans are bursting forth as the majesty of God is being revealed in these places of praise.

You Have Gone Into My Future to Prepare the Way

These words from Psalm 139:5 (TPT) surrounded me: "You've gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness You follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past. You have laid Your hand on me!"

Again, I could feel the Lord's heart speaking so strongly of the new day: "It's time to move forward. It is time to step into the new day. It is time to be free from what has hindered you and tried to hold you tightly to the old season. You are not to sing the songs of Egypt anymore."

Do not look back; look forward. The Lord surrounds you. He has gone into your future to prepare the way, and He is sparing you from the harm of your past. There is such a mighty deliverance that He is bringing forth right now. You will no longer feel like you are living 'stuck.' Now He is breathing upon you and ministering to you, and the new songs He is raising up within you are being birthed in the revelation of who He is. Get ready to run unhindered.

The Time of Commissioning Is Here

A time of commissioning has arrived...a new commissioning for a new day. The season has changed. The Lord is touching your eyes and healing eyes from lenses that have been placed over them from the last season. Wrong filters are being removed and He is increasing your vision. There is divine, panoramic vision that He is opening up; you will see the new land that is blossoming with new life and fruitfulness.

Arise! Your song is no longer stolen. The Lord is raising up a new song in your mouth: a song of hope, a song of freedom and a song of praise unto Him.

"The season has changed, the bondage of your barren winter has ended, and the season of hiding is over and gone. The rains have soaked the earth and left it bright with blossoming flowers. The season for singing and pruning the vines has arrived. I hear the cooing of doves in our land, filling the air with songs to awaken you and guide you forth. Can you not discern this new day of destiny breaking forth around you? The early signs of my purposes and plans are bursting forth. The budding vines of new life are now blooming everywhere. The fragrance of their flowers whispers, 'There is change in the air'..." (Song of Songs 2:11-13, TPT)
