Rise of the 'Eagle Eye Prophets'
"Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer." (1 Chronicles 29:29, KJV)
I hear the Lord saying, "I am raising up seers who will peer through the veil, receiving blueprints and scrolls from Heaven; seeing for their government in hopes of change and the will of the Lord reigning over their nation.
"Yes, for indeed I am calling forth My seer prophets who will carry a statesman anointing; who will find favor with kings, princes, and government officials. I will place My words in their mouths as I have done in previous times, and I will cause them to regulate the governments of this world with their keen sight and skillful knowledge to convey what Heaven is doing, and what it is I require.
"They will be known as My 'eagle eye prophets' – those who are pure in heart and those who seek no attention from man, but who will speak My word uncompromisingly, and with no hesitation, but will obey at My very command.
"I will bring them into the courtyard of kings, courtrooms of judges, and among the palace of princes. And the government will be upon their shoulders, bringing forth My divine will and legislating what it is I have purposed for My people.
"No need to fear, seers; no need to fear, for I the Lord thy God will cover you, equip you, and protect you. Haven't I told you, be strong and courageous? Haven't I told you, don't be afraid of their faces? Yes, I will make you as bold as a lion and as strong as a fortress in this hour, because I have need of My seer prophets.
The Statesman Anointing & the White Eagle
"You will render justice throughout the land and peace within the nations, establishing honor back unto My Kingdom, causing repentance to break out and reminding leaders of My law. These seer prophets will carry the statesman anointing once again, clothed with a mantle of authority and a spirit of notability. For I am watching over My word to perform it," says the Spirit of the Lord.
The definition of "statesman," according to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, is "one versed in the principles or art of government especially: one actively engaged in conducting the business of a government or in shaping its policies."

Recently, on 3/17/2022, I had an amazing encounter in an early-morning awakening dream where I was shown a huge, white eagle lifting me up as well as covering me. I was in the middle of a street (or road, perhaps), when this eagle swooped down and lifted me up, with its claws upon my shoulders. I was carried by this beautiful eagle who then took its wings and engulfed me in them. As I watched, it was like the eagle had this amber-type-of-color that shone when it opened its wings.
I remember flying away with this eagle in my dream to various places, and then, suddenly, I awoke. However, upon awakening, I heard the Lord say, "I am lifting My prophets up on eagles' wings in this hour, and these prophets will be My seers who carry a statesman anointing. They will be rejuvenated, refreshed, strengthened, and will have a new lens to see within kingdoms. And men will seek them out because of the word of the Lord I have placed in their mouths, and the revelation I have shown them."
After a few days of pondering and praying over this, I believe the Spirit of God wants to rest upon His prophets in this hour, as well as raise them up on eagles' wings, as many feel discouraged and weary. This is the time that the Spirit of grace wants to encourage you, His prophets, letting you know that you're not alone but that God is with you, and He is here to vindicate you. There is divine protection being rendered unto the prophets. The Spirit of the Lord is ready to take many of you into new realms and dimensions so that you may see and hear even more in this season.
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (Isaiah 40:29-31, NIV)
"For he will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." (Psalm 91:11-12, NIV)
Another major aspect of this dream that really stood out to me was that the eagle was white. Biblically speaking, the color white is symbolic for purity, holiness, and righteousness.
I do not believe it was a coincidence that the eagle was white, but I do believe that God is wanting to use seer prophets in this hour who are pure, who walk in righteousness, and who understand the meaning of holiness.
These seers will partner with the angels of the Lord to carry out the plans of the Lord within the earth. They will also experience many angelic encounters that will, in addition, bring a reverence back to God and His Word.
We will see the statesman anointing incorporated as these seers yield themselves to the will of God and make a conscious decision to serve Him and only Him. This will be the hour that the prophetic grace will truly be established like never before in the Body of Christ, and many will benefit from how the Lord will use His seer prophets, especially as many take hold of the statesman anointing.
The Time Is Now - Wear the Mantle He Has Given You!
It has always been the will of the Lord that prophets would be visible and present throughout the governments and kingdoms of this world. The Spirit of grace would say, to the many of you who are reading this, that the time is now; the time is now to wear the mantle He is giving you. Wear it well. Wear it with integrity, honor, and decency. Value the grace and anointing He is placing on you and never forget where your authority comes from, because authority that is granted is also authority that can be taken. (Photo via UIHere)
The Rise of Great Generals
Over the next few years of this decade, we will begin to see this type of seer prophet emerge on the scene. They will be likened to great generals of our history in the Church who operated in this grace; those like Kim Clement, Paul Cain and Billy Graham. These were men who understood the importance of impacting the world by sharing the Gospel and prophetic revelation with those in highly esteemed positions in many nations across the globe. Their obedience and pursuit in these arenas have paved the way for the new emerging seers to take up the baton so that we, also, can see change and impact in our nations as the world grows colder and darker.
From these great men of God and seers, we can learn a lot in this modern time about what to do and what not to do; but most importantly, we should learn the art of bravery and courage. They had a heart of bravery because the Spirit of the Lord was with them in their time of service. They placed their lives on the line for the sake of the Gospel, because they comprehended and understood their duty over their desire.
"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'" (Isaiah 6:8, NIV)
Prophets, This Is the Hour! Take Your Rightful Place
Prophets, this is the hour that the Spirit of the Lord is calling many of you to get back into your rightful place, and as you do so, He will begin to show you things you know not of (Jeremiah 33:3). I encourage you to go deeper; I challenge you to rewrite the vision; and I charge you to be the seer God has designed you to be. You are needed, you are vital, and the world is waiting on you. This is the hour and season that God is raising up and launching seers who carry a statesman anointing (the white eagle).
"But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may enquire of the LORD by him? And one of the king of Israel's servants answered and said, Here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, which poured water on the hands of Elijah. And Jehoshaphat said, The word of the LORD is with him. So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went down to him." (2 Kings 3:11-12 KJV)
