All 50 STATES PARTICIPATE WITH 'THE KEY' IN CAPITOL PRAYER ON OCTOBER 31 - NOVEMBER 2, 2004

Whew! That's a lot of names, but this is important.

Yesterday afternoon, we here in Oregon, along with all 50-states, met at our Capitol Buildings in the State Capitals around the USA.

Our group was completely diverse, not from any one organization, but from many prayer networks -- from a few hours north to a few hours south of us.

I've attached some photos where you can see how -- in our case -- we had approximately 50 people on the Capitol steps who humbled ourselves -- literally -- on the top steps of the Salem, Oregon CAPITOL Building. We came to pray and ask God to take charge of the Government of our state and the United States of America.

We did not alert the media nor seek attention. We simply showed up, humbled ourselves, and began to pray.

As we began to kneel, a police car drove by slowly to check out what was going on. After all, it was Halloween from the World's perspective, but for us, it was ALL SAINT'S DAY! After watching us kneel in prayer, the police car simply drove away quietly. (I figure he was praying with us!)

We took the key (read more about it below) and, symbolically, I held it out in front of me. We prayed that, according to Isaiah 22:22, with the symbolic key that was in my hand, (one of which was commissioned for each state) -- the LORD would open the door in our state, and our nation -- that no man could shut. And, that HE would shut the door in our state and our nation that no man could open. In other words, our prayer was that God would be in charge!

We blessed, in prayer, our Governor and we blessed our legislators that meet constantly in the building at which we were kneeling.

Around the country, other groups from as small as one person to large groups, met at their own State Capitol Buildings, while many of you prayed from home who could not get to your State Capital.

And, here's the good news. It's not too late to participate.

Simply, wherever you are, read the Scriptures below and place yourself in a posture of humility to pray for your State and your Country (even if it's not the USA of course). Ask God to take charge of the Government of the land on which you live.

Be sure you bless your leaders, each and every one of them, according to 1 Timothy 2:1-4

"I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone - 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth."

I hope you are doing well. On my last trip to Washington D.C., I was presented with a unique key. Actually, this key was one of 50+ keys specifically made for prayer for the upcoming national elections. Rebecca Kambourian has developed an incredible blessing for each one of you. As you know, as Dutch and I traveled throughout the 50 States, we would declare that each state would get the "key" that would shift their state into the next dimension of spiritual life. I am overwhelmed that Rebecca has made each one of you a key and that someone has assisted her with the cost to be sure that you received this. I consider this a "key of favor" that God will have you use strategically in your state. When you receive this, please send back your blessings to her.

Dear USSPN State Coordinator,

God gave me an assignment to fulfill, and part of it requires your participation. I designed and had made decorative keys representing governmental authority. Then, God gave me a vision that these keys would go to the President and all fifty states for use before the elections.

This vision was confirmed by prophecy and then fifty keys were commissioned (purchased by one donor) to go to all fifty USSPN prayer coordinators for use BEFORE THE ELECTIONS. In other words, someone has purchased for you a decorative key to use in a prophetic act. This key is for you to keep. However, I am asking for your help in completing this strategic prayer assignment. This is a tremendous move of God that I can't accomplish by myself. In order to fulfill this assignment, I am asking that you or someone you assign, take the key and go to your State's Capitol on October 31, 2004 to make declarations for the government of the United States to come back under God. This is for the express purpose of unlocking the door to God's government and God's chosen leaders, as well as closing them off to unrighteousness.


Here were some suggested scriptures to be read and declared: (And you can still declare them from your church or prayer closet)


Matthew 16:19
19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." (NIV)


Isaiah 22:22
22 I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. (NIV)


Isaiah 11:1-11
1 A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. 2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him -- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD -- 3 and he will delight in the fear of the LORD.

He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; 4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. 5 Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.

10 In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest will be glorious. 11 In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the sea. Romans 13:1
1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. (NIV)


Isaiah 33:22
22 For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is he who will save us. (NIV)


Declare that the government of the United States and your State would come back under God; the judiciary, the legislative, and the executive branches.

Declare an opening of the door to God's chosen leader and a closing of the doors to worldly governing.

Declare that government is the Lord's. Each of you may have specific things that you choose to open and close through prophetic declaration that is specific for your State. Feel free to do as you are led by the Holy Spirit.

I believe this key has an anointing to bring people into their God-given identity, as well as an anointing to bring people into intimacy with the Lord. It symbolically declares that Israel is centrally embraced by the body of Christ and that Jesus is what makes things work.

Thank you for your participation in completion of this assignment. Only God knows the end from the beginning. We just humbly follow his prompting. May this key begin many exciting journeys of closing off curses, and opening up blessings in your life.
