In a time of waiting upon the Lord (on May 18, 2021), I was given a vision. In this vision, I was surprised to see a headless Bride. It wasn't gruesome by any means, but the feeling I got was one of disturbance and repentance.
I watched as this headless woman in a beautiful, white, lace gown fumbled around the foyer of what appeared to be the entry way to a cosmic throne room. The foyer was full of individuals that I knew represented the nations and world systems that are held in bondage to darkness. These individuals stood laughing and mocking the Bride as she tripped over herself and moved about with no direction, no purpose, no real life, unable to see where she was going or to speak with authority.
I couldn't help but feel heartbroken that what I was seeing is the current condition of much of the Church today. BUT GOD! I feel this is a word for the Church and our nation!
I heard the Spirit of the Lord say, "When I am not given first place and Lordship, this is what My Church looks like to the dark powers who hold this world in slavery. Tell My Bride to change the way they think and to put Me again as Lord over their lives. Just as a body without a head cannot stand, neither can a house divided. My house is to be a unified house of prayer, not of division, gossip, slander and jealousy.
I Will Remove the Wolves in Sheep's Clothing
"I am dealing with leaders and individuals in My house who have stolen My glory for self-promotion, who have propagated strife and divisions, who have turned My house into a den of thieves, who have not turned away from hidden sin, who have scattered My sheep and lead them astray with false doctrine based on dead works, rather than on union with Me; who have driven My children away from My house due to their lack of self-sacrificing love for My sheep, and who have made My Bride an object of mockery in the nations due to their twisted conditions on who is worthy to receive My grace.
"Watch as I remove these wolves in sheep's clothing. I will uproot these false prophets and self-seeking shepherds who are invoking fear, confusion and division among My flock, rather than offering them tender-hearted mercy, comfort, encouragement and strength in this hour."
The Head
To have the position of "head" means first and foremost to be chief; chief authority; leadership; supremacy. Prophetically speaking, the head is also the foundation because Christ is head of the Church, but He is also the foundation stone on which the Church is built.
The way we think directs a person's steps. A person's life is built on their thoughts, beliefs and the intentions of their heart. To have Christ as Lord means to come under His head; specifically, to be in submission to His mind, His heart, His beliefs and His intentions for the world around us, and then to walk in His ways and follow His commands. The foundation of all Christ is and all He taught is LOVE (1 John 4:16). We are to dwell in, be built up in and be anchored in His love. He said, "If you LOVE Me, you will obey My commands." If we are obeying God out of fear of punishment then we have not experienced His perfect love that casts out all fear. God doesn't want us to be ruled by fear but by His perfect love that casts out all fear. He is returning for a BRIDE.
What is the purpose of marriage? It is LOVE. The Bride has lost her head because she has lost the understanding of how loved she is by her Bridegroom King Jesus. Without love she is nothing but dead works, because the greatest command given to us by Christ is to love the Lord with all our heart, soul and strength, and to love our neighbor with the same love that we have received from God for ourselves.
A Sifting & Shifting of Leaders & a Fresh Release of Wisdom & Revelation
The prophet Zechariah prophesied against Israel's leaders who failed to tenderly look after the people in their care. He also prophesied Jesus coming as the Good Shepherd who would display self-sacrificing love for His sheep (John 10:11).
God holds leaders to a higher standard of accountability for the condition of His people because what is in the head will permeate the body. If the leader of a church is full of judgment, self-righteousness, pride, competition and strife, it will affect the body in this way too. As leaders in the Church, we must keep Christ and His life of love as our example. I believe that when each of us arrives in Heaven we will be asked by God, as the late Bob Jones was, "Did you learn to love?" James 3:1 even states that those who teach in the Church will be judged more strictly than others, so let that which we teach be the doctrines of Christ, who is the very image of the Father who is LOVE.
God is correcting doctrinal and theological error concerning this topic that has long been preached from many pulpits. A spirit of wisdom and revelation is being released on the remnant to see hidden gems in Scripture that have been lost due to man-made doctrines which have infiltrated the Church over time. He is shining a light and bringing a prophetic course correction to Scriptures that have been taught out of context to fit certain denominational preferences which have been rooted in fear and performance, rather than grace by faith and the finished work of the Cross.
We are in a season where the Lord has not only SIFTED His Body, but now we are being SHIFTED into His desired position in the nations. This means that leaders in the Church and in government whose works have been built on faulty foundations, and not truth and love, will be exposed for their sin and be removed, just like a house built on sinking sand. There are many new leaders and Kingdom builders that will begin to arise and emerge who have a specific message for the millennial generation, and who have truly given Christ first place in their lives and hearts. They are anointed for leadership in this hour because they have learned how to live and walk in radical love.
I also believe that some of the iconic leaders from the older generation in the Body of Christ, who have been faithful servants and trusted shepherds, are preparing to step down so a new generation can step up into their place for their appointed time.
In 2020, the slate for the way we have always done church was wiped clean. We entered a new Kingdom era which requires a changing of the guard, as the Lord leads, to make room for a new breed of warhorses who will carry the glory of the new wine that Jesus wants to release over this upcoming generation. We honor the mature, faithful and trusted shepherds and their influence to us!
This generation also needs the voices of front line warriors of Christ who know what it is like to live in this generation. These arising ones will be like the warhorses spoken about in Zechariah 10:3-12. They will be full of fiery passion and the power of God to do exploits, and they will operate with great authority as they come under total submission to Christ and His love as the supreme ruler of their hearts, lives and ministries.
I Am Restoring Headship to My Remnant Bride
The Lord then spoke again to me in the vision: "I am restoring headship to My remnant Bride in this hour. She will be a leading force in the nations once again. I have sifted My people and now I am shifting the Josephs, Davids and Esthers into their rightful positions of authority in this hour."
I then saw Jesus walk from the throne room into the foyer in all His goodness and glory, carrying something under His arm tucked near to His heart. The mockers turned their heads in shame as Christ approached the headless Bride, bent down in front of her, took from His side the head and placed it on her shoulders! The Bride jolted back to life and stood up at full attention to look at her Bridegroom King Jesus! A light began to emanate from her as she looked into her Beloved's eyes. (Photo via Piqsels)
As I watched them standing face to face, they began to mirror each other. Wherever Jesus moved, she moved. Both were pure and spotless, locked in a love gaze. Like the moon reflects the sun, so was the fire in the eyes of Christ being reflected in the eyes of the Bride.
I heard the Spirit of God say, "Arise, let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you. Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance. Look and see, for everyone is coming home! Your sons are coming from distant lands; your little daughters will be carried home. Your eyes will shine and your heart will thrill with joy as you see the salvation of the Lord in the land and see that My Church, the Bride, the Ecclesia, will again be given leadership in the nations."
I then saw Jesus begin to walk His Bride into the throne room to sit next to her on the throne.
Clean Hands and a Pure Heart
We need to be vigilant to allow God to search our hearts and our motives. Is Christ truly the Head and Chief of our lives and ministries? Are there any dead works that we are participating in that need to be dealt with? Where are the places in our hearts and homes that we have not allowed to be perfected in love? Have we allowed the root and foundation of our lives to be the matchless love of God for us and through us?
God is desiring to shift those with clean hands and a pure heart into their destiny in this hour. He will not promote anyone with pride, bitterness, jealousy and unrepented sin. Let us examine ourselves before the Lord and turn away from the sin and unloving behavior that so easily besets us so that we might be cleansed, healed and HEADED in HIS direction. Let Him change the way we think about ourselves and others so we can change the way we live and walk out our faith! Let us conform to the image of His perfect love and be mature children of God!
You've Entered the Season of the Restoration of All Things - It's Time to Take Your Place
The Spirit of the Lord would say to you, "It's time for My remnant to take their place in the great Hall of Faith. It's time for the new champions to take their seats of authority. It's time for the runners and heralds of the good news to take their positions on the starting line – to take the torch from the previous generation and begin to run their great race of faith for their own generation. It's time for the King Sauls to fall and the humble shepherd boys like David, a man after God's own heart, to take position. The great harvest is at hand.
"My love is the light that will draw all the nations back to Me. My love was My Blood poured out on the Cross and it never loses its power. You have received My Blood and My Spirit to empower you to love the unlovable just as I do. If My love is what changed you the moment you first believed, then trust that it will change everything and everyone around you too.
"You have entered the season of the restoration of all things (Acts 3:21). I am restoring My headship in My remnant and restoring the foundations of My Church so that they might move in the power of My love as a unified force, to redeem this wayward generation and call My lost sheep home. All of creation is standing on tiptoe awaiting for the unveiling of the mature sons and daughters of God to manifest for this generation."
In closing, beloved, I echo the prayer of the apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:16, and I ask God, from the wealth of His glory, to give you power through His Spirit to be strong in your inner selves. I pray that Christ will make His home in your hearts through faith. I pray that you may have your roots and foundation in love, so that you, together with all of God's people, may have the power to understand how broad and long, how high and deep, is Christ's love. Yes, may you come to know His love more fully, and so be completely filled with the very nature of God."
