It's a tangible thing. For instance, while I'm on the air with various prophets, it just feels different, new, changed...or JUST PLAIN CLEAR!
This is how you know God has blown away the clouds or is doing so. It literally feels different and it's a bit hard to put into words.
As you go through activities where you normally want the Lord to really be with you, begin to discern if things FEEL differently than they have recently. Do the skies feel clearer?
If so, THIS IS THE LORD'S DOING. Praise Him for clear skies!

On a recent Sunday night (5/30/21), I was relaxing and meditating on a powerful service that my church had earlier that day, and on the intensity of the past few weeks. I really began to feel a shift and a "clearing" taking place in the realm of the spirit. The Lord began to show me these storm clouds moving out because the storm had passed. As the storm clouds cleared out, I felt the Lord releasing a period of rest and recalibration to His people before it was time to gear up again for the second half of this year.
Clearer Skies Are on the Horizon
This is what I heard the Lord say for this season:
"I feel a fresh wind of the Holy Spirit blowing. This wind is breaking up the warfare that's been over you and your household the past few weeks. Clearer skies are on the horizon for you," says the Lord. "This heavenly wind is dealing with your adversaries. I'm causing My winds to scatter the adversaries and obstacles that have come against you in this season," says the Lord. "As quickly as they came, they will be no more.
"The enemy surrounded you in this season—but look again. Where are your adversaries now?" says the Lord. "They will be no more. You will not find them, for My winds are blowing in your favor. I'm dealing with the adversary on your behalf," says the Lord. "Breakthrough and victory are your portion. Clearer skies are on the horizon." (Photo via PxHere)
"Clearing"
Let's take a look at the meaning of the word "clearing."
Clearing:
1. An open space in a forest, especially one cleared for cultivation.
2. The act or process of making or becoming clear.
3. A tract of land cleared of wood and brush.
4. The settlement of accounts or exchange of financial instruments especially between banks.
As you go through the meaning of the word "clearing" you can map out a strategy for this season.
Strategy for This Season
Firstly, know that God has a space and a place marked out for you. Psalm 18:17-19 (CSB) says, "He rescued me from my powerful enemy and from those who hated me, for they were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out to a spacious place; He rescued me because He delighted in me." The enemy would want for us to get anxious and worried about what "our space" looks like. Sometimes we can't see what God is doing or where our space is, but know that God is making room for you at the table and anointing you with fresh oil in this season (Psalm 23).
Secondly, there is the process of becoming and "making" clear—clearing the debris. God is always faithful to lead us through the process, from one season to the next. Although the process is uncomfortable, it's necessary. Deliverance is always needed as we come into the new. Sometimes we're not able to fully step into our next season because the debris of last season is still in us.
What is the debris that you need to have the Lord clear out in you? You need the Breaker to go before you to clear it out in you so that He can move through you.
Micah 2:13 (AMP) says, "The breaker [the Messiah, who opens the way] shall go up before them [liberating them]. They will break out, pass through the gate and go out; So their King goes on before them, the LORD at their head." Trust the Lord's leadership and "clearing" in your life. He knows what He is doing. In the clearing, the Lord is going to clear out and stretch your capacity because more is required of you in this season (Isaiah 54).
Thirdly, settlements are coming...recompense. What does "settlement"
mean? It can mean an agreement to settle a dispute or argument, a final payment, a payment or adjustment of an account, or occupying a place. I believe the Lord is bringing His people into a time of settling matters, or the court cases in the spirit, that have been open over them. God desires to settle the matters that have been hindering your progress and opening the door for the enemy to have access to you. (Photo via Flickr)
Psalm 92:10-12 (TPT) says, "Your anointing has made me strong and mighty. You've empowered my life for triumph by pouring fresh oil over me. You've said that those lying in wait to pounce on me would be defeated, and now it's happened right in front of my eyes, and I've heard their cries of surrender! Yes! Look how You've made all Your devoted lovers to flourish like palm trees, each one growing in victory, standing with strength!"
Be encouraged, the Lord is dealing with the opposition and warfare that you've dealt with this season. He's anointing you with fresh oil to overcome.
As the Lord begins to release the clearing in your life, expect a shifting of things on multiple levels in your life. He's clearing things out—relationships, warfare, obstacles, etc.—to make room in you so that He can make room for you in this season. As He makes room for you, He will establish you and cause you to flourish and grow in victory!
