Nevertheless, at the moment you accepted Christ, like it or not, YOU DECLARED WAR ON THE DEVIL and HIS EVIL KINGDOM!
I used to be completely ignorant of that fact, so I was victimized way too much and too often, because I felt that others who were good at "spiritual warfare" should do that fighting for me.
Well, they should do that fighting alongside me, but I have my part to play in the war that is now against me by satan.

Prophetic word released on April 29, 2021:
First thing this morning, as I opened my eyes, I heard the Holy Spirit declare, "Those things which have tried to lead you away as captives are being ARRESTED BY ME!"
While many don't really understand it, when we accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and Lord, it was also, at the same time, a declaration of war upon the devil and his kingdom. Even now, the enemy of our souls is trying everything he possibly can to thwart the purposes and plans that God has for our lives; because if we actually become what God destines for us, we will be an unstoppable force against the Kingdom of Hell itself!
Jesus' death and resurrection have stripped the devil of all His power, except the power of deception. As a result, the Holy Spirit is constantly attempting to mature each of us more and more into the image of Jesus Christ, day by day, in order to move us closer and closer into our personal identities in Him. This is something that the devil just cannot permit to happen, for allowing it to continue would spell his destruction and the dismantling of his entire kingdom. (Photo via Pixabay)
"The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works the devil [has done]." (1 John 3:8b)
When Jesus Christ is formed on the inside of us, He will continue His original mandate upon this earth, and just as He walked here destroying the devil's works, personally, now He will continue this powerful work through each one of us!
Jesus Has Taken Your Captivity Captive!
"Therefore it is said, When He ascended on high, HE LED CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE [He led a train of [vanquished foes] and He bestowed gifts on men." (Ephesians 4:8)
Jesus Christ has taken your CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE! Those who think to prey on your life and turn you into a prisoner of war are, themselves, going to be taken away as captives!
All of you who are feeling as though you are being held hostage by sin and the enemy's works are about to not only be completely set free, but those who held you captive are about to become YOUR PRISONERS OF WAR!
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified Me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent Me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes of those who are bound." (Isaiah 61:1)
Those demonic captors who have been holding you captive for years are about to become your personal prisoners, and when they do, those very same chains which held you bound for years are going to become a rallying cry from your own lips, which will release others from those same bondages into the liberty and freedom of Jesus Christ! "So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and unquestionably free." (John 8:36)
If today there's something that is holding you captive in the enemy's grasp, you are not only being released from it, but those things which were holding you in bondage are about to become your personal prisoners!
Don't spend one more minute in captivity, family, because Jesus Christ has taken your captivity captive!
"But unto you who revere and worshipfully fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings and His beams...and you shall tread down the lawless and wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, says the Lord of hosts." (Malachi 4:2-3)
