When we come to Christ and when we want more of the KINGDOM, there is work involved. God rarely (but sometimes) downloads all that is required. He rarely makes it easy.
There is work to do. We are even told to STRIVE (work) to enter HIS REST.
Bathe in HIS GRACE. I do. But be willing to do the work. It will be worth every choice and every act of obedience!

Let Go of the Past
It is time to let go of the past and press forward into what God is calling us to for 2021 and beyond.
"...But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 3:13-14 NIV)
The Lord is saying it is time to forget all the disappointments and press on towards what is ahead. We all have the work of the Kingdom to do, and the plan of the enemy is to distract you from this. The Lord is releasing plans and strategies for you, personally, and for cities and nations.
We need to get our eyes on the prize! The Lord is calling us to rise above the swirl of confusion, fear and violence that is ruling the airways and streets.
Trust the Lord
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV)
When God does something new, it is sometimes outside of our current understanding. This is why we need to ask the Lord for wisdom and understanding.

A New Path Is Opening
"You make known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand." (Psalm 16:11 NIV)
It is time to step into joy and the presence of the Lord in the midst of the storm that is still here. Watch for the path the Lord has for you to open over the next months.
God Is Raising up a Remnant
"So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace." (Romans 11:5 NIV)
In the midst of all the confusion and distractions in the world, the Lord is raising up a remnant of people who will hear His voice and run with the revelation that is being released.
Watch for strategic relationships and divine alliances to begin to form. There is a major realignment happening to bring people together with a like-minded mission of moving forward. It is time to stay focused on what is ahead and find others who are on the same path. Don't get pulled in to battles that are not for this season.

The Lord is releasing spiritual instructions about your assignments and greater calling. This will come in the form of dreams and visions and prophetic words from the Lord.
Fix Your Eyes on the Lord
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith..." (Hebrews 12:1-2 NIV) (Photo via Pexels)
I keep hearing the same theme from the Lord: Step away from all arguments, disappointments and hurts from the past season. It is time to get a clear picture of what the Lord is doing and run the race that is set before us.
How to Pray
Here's a good Bible verse to decree this month:
"You make known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand." (Psalms 16:11 NIV)
Lord, open the pathway for me to move out of the season of the storm. Fill me with joy! Bring Your presence and increase my authority over the attacks.
There is a powerful release of God's peace and power here. Step into it and you will flow in the river of the Holy Spirit and not the torrents of the world.
