As I was falling asleep the other night, on November 18, 2020, immediately I began to watch a scene play out in front of my eyes. I saw a car driving down the road, and I knew it to be representative of the spirit of worship. It pulled over, parked on the side of the road, and the worshipers got out of the car. I knew they were weary. They had lost hope on their journey.
Then, beside the car, I saw a line of prophets. I knew them to be the major prophets of the Old Testament. They stood shoulder to shoulder in long, brown robes. I sensed the unwavering faith and strength they carried.
As I continued to watch, I saw the one in the middle hold out a large scroll and begin to unfurl it for the disheartened worshipers to behold. My view began to zoom into the scroll and I peered into it. I was taken into the scroll as if it was a door and then I saw a beautiful, golden, jeweled altar. I knew it represented the altar of Elijah.
I then heard the voice of the Lord say, "Behold, the Great Elijah the prophet." As He spoke, immediately I saw Elijah, and his hand was lifted up in the air to rebuke a vulture that was sweeping to attack him, but because of the anointing on Elijah, the vulture was powerless and remained in the air, wanting to attack but unable to come any closer.
I pondered this encounter, and I discerned what it meant.
The spirit of worship has been in full force over the last few months with the "Let Us Worship" movement pioneering the way of a high praise sound like never before. On December 12, 2018, I prophesied about the high praise sound that would be coming. You can read about that prophecy right here on the Elijah List.
It came through a dream, as many of the prophecies I receive usually do. This dream from 12-12-2018 has fully manifested this year and it is so encouraging to the Church that God is speaking loud and clear. I am so thankful God has trusted me with these words.
Now, let's go back to my vision. The spirit of worship had lost its momentum and pulled over to the side of the road. I believe this is how some in the Church feel right now. We were sidelined by the outcome of the election only days after the Let Us Worship DC exploded with ecstatic praise. We believed we would take the victory in a few days when the people would vote for our freedom. But it didn't happen like we thought, and many pulled over to the side of the road and parked.
What do we do God? You may be one of those thinking everything is lost and that we are on a path to darkness, but it's not over! There is good news! And that news came through a scroll. (Photo via Pikrepo)
The prophets wanted the worshipers to see the scroll which actually contained a message about "the Great Elijah the prophet," as the voice of the Lord called him in my vision. The scroll was a picture of the altar that Elijah built for God; not just the physical altar, but the altar of what Elijah did for God in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. Israel had strayed far away from God and began to worship Baal.
This happened as a result of King Ahab marrying Jezebel, who worshiped Baal. She demanded for the Phoenician gods of her homeland to be worshiped when she married into the land of Israel.
And so Ahab rebelled against the Lord and gave in to his wife's wishes. He built a temple for Baal and with no shame or guilt, they openly began to worship Baal by allowing all kinds of wickedness in the temple. It grew more evil until eventually they offered their own children up to Baal as "holy" offerings in their eyes, but an abomination in God's eyes. This was the most extreme evil a nation could do...taking its own innocent and offering them to other gods.
So I was shown the scroll, the word of the Lord, being given to the worshipers. I was told to "Behold, the Great Elijah the prophet." Why does God call Elijah a great prophet in my vision? Because he was the only prophet to stand up against the worship of Baal and call Israel to repent from its abominations.
As in the Days of Elijah
We are to behold the great zeal of Elijah and what he did to combat this great evil in the land, and in the highest places of government. And we are to do the same today.
We are dealing with this same issue. You can look with your own eyes and see that America and the world have followed this same pattern as in the ancient days of Israel. Little by little we have fallen away from the commandments of the one true God. We must repent and return.
The spirit of Elijah will rise, in this time, upon a generation that have not bowed down to the gods of this world. They are set apart and walk in holiness. They will rebuke the false worship of other gods and idols in the modern world.
Elijah spoke truth no matter the cost, and so will those who have been set apart, living holy lives full of faith and fire. They will preach repentance from the spirit of the world and they will see an entire generation turn back to God.
"There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this." (Isaiah 9:7)
Righteousness will be the foundation! The zeal of God will cause this to come forth!
Israel came back to God when they saw the altar of Elijah burn with the fire of God that descended upon the sacrifice during the showdown with the prophets of Baal.
"And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, He is God; the LORD, He is God." (1 Kings 18:39)

And so, now, there there will also be a showdown in the spirit...in the place of prayer AND in the public eye.
The Prophets with the Spirit of Elijah Are Rising!
The spirit of Elijah is promised to come before the great and terrible day of the Lord.
"Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will turn the hearts of the fathers back to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and strike the land with complete destruction." (Malachi 4:5-6)
The spirit of Elijah will come upon a generation for the purpose of healing the destruction of the youth. These prophets will not allow our children to continually be offered up on the altar of the gods of this world. This must end or, as God has said, destruction will come upon the land. I believe this has already begun because of the mass exodus of youth from their faith and from the teachings of their parents. Destruction has come and we have been walking through it this year. But there is hope!
The purpose of the end time release of the spirit of Elijah is to return the hearts of the children to their fathers, and the heart of the fathers to their children. The spirit of Elijah will come upon preachers to reconcile the young people back to their parents and the parents to their children, bringing a true repentance and total reconciliation back to God, and healing will come to the land!
This must happen before the return of Jesus Christ. The time of repentance is here. The vultures that I saw represent an attack against our vision, our ability to see. Vultures tend to peck out the eyes. They want to take our vision. They want to blind us from the truth. They want to take out the Elijahs! But the anointing on this generation will break that deceptive yoke and they will not be touched!
This generation will not go down without a fight! I'm one of them! Are you? We must fight for the next generation and rescue them from the altar of Baal like Elijah did! Speak truth, save our children, tell them sin is sin before it is too late! We must do it!
These same youth that are delivered from the snare of the fowler will arise with the anointing on them to spread the fire of the Gospel everywhere they go. They want others free. These young warriors can not be stopped! The enemy can't tempt them with the lust of the eyes, the pride of life, or the lust of the flesh. They are free and they will never go back to that bondage. They left Babylon! They left Egypt! They don't want that life! They've tasted and seen that the Lord is good, and they want Him and Him alone. You will be amazed at how consecrated they are. Let's follow that complete dedication to the Lord and return with our whole hearts!
A holy, radical, consecrated generation is rising! They are full of faith and they are full of fire! Their eyes are like flint and they will not relent until we all see the praises of God in Jerusalem and throughout the whole earth!
