91 DAYS OF PRAYER FOR PROTECTION
PSALM 91
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most
High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is
my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."
Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of
the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers,
and under His wings you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste
at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand,
but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the
reward of the wicked.
Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge,
even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any
plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, to
keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash
your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young
lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore
I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall
call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver
him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation."

HOMELAND SECURITY PRAYER INITIATIVE II
VISION
 In
response to the tragic events of 9/11/01, many leaders called our nation to prayer.
At that time I launched the Homeland Security Prayer Initiative, which was received
with tremendous response across the body of Christ and the nations. God heard our
prayers!
In July of 2004, I was awakened from a dream where the Holy Spirit alerted me to
call forth the Homeland Security Prayer Initiative II of 91 Days of Prayer
for Protection for our nation as we approach these strategic National Elections.
I was warned that the powers of darkness working through evil men would attempt
to release fear across the land through terrorist activity. Take a look at what
transpired in the elections in Madrid, Spain, and you will find a pattern that the
enemy desires to duplicate in this nation as an attempt to alter or spoil the results
of these elections.
With the confirmation of others, I feel compelled to call forth this special time
of prayer. Remember, we do not war against flesh and blood, but against the powers
of darkness.
United We Will Stand as the Body of Christ before the throne of grace on behalf
of this nation. We will call forth a Holy Spirit Border Patrol Guard of angelic
protection all around the entrances of our nation - all transportation systems including
our subways, highways, rail systems, seaports, airports, as well as our landmarks,
large public gatherings, rivers and public water sources, military installations,
etc...
Let's rally together in unity and declare the redemptive word of the Lord over this
nation. We invite you to join us in the Homeland Security Prayer Initiative
II for 91 days beginning August 4, 2004, and ending the day of the U.S.
National Elections on Tuesday, November 2, 2004.
It is the Lord who guards the city! Join us for such a time as this. Let's build
up a hedge of protection and thwart the schemes of the evil one. Let King Jesus
reign!

"We prayed last night that London would be defended and that the enemy would
fail to break through, and God answered prayer. Unless God can get hold of this
devil and bind him, no man is safe. If we have protection for our properties, why
not get protection for the country? What wonderful days these are."
TARGETED PRAYER POINT #1
Pray Psalm 91 every day for 91 days over the United States of America, beginning
this August 4th through Election Day, November 2nd, 2004.

Pray 7 Daily Prayers over the U.S. One for each day of the week.

Fasting will be added to our prayers each Friday or another day of your choice with
additional personal applications as the Holy Spirit leads.

We enter into Your gates with thanksgiving and into Your courts with praise. Lord
we praise You for You are good and Your mercies endure forever. You are enthroned
over the United States of America through the praises of Your people. Let us praise
the Lord together! Honor, power, might, and dominion are Yours forever and ever.

Thursday: PENITENCE for our sins

We beseech You, O God, to pour forth Your godly sorrow which leads to true repentance
upon Your Church in America. We ask forgiveness for having other gods before You,
bowing our knee to the god of mammon, for our pride and arrogance, and for the shedding
of innocent blood. We weep in travail for the iniquity which is upon us!

Friday: PETITION for those in authority

We pray for the manifold wisdom of God to rest upon all who are in authority over
the United Sates. May truth and discernment guide every decision they make in their
public and private lives. Pull down the ungodly and raise up the righteous. We cry
for justice and mercy, truth and righteousness, to be established especially in
our national elections.

Saturday: PROCLAMATION of the names of God

With delight we speak the words Abba Father. You are our strong tower and our place
of refuge. We will trust in You and not be afraid, for the Lord JEHOVAH is our strength
and our song. We proclaim the name, Jehovah Nissi, for He shall be our deliverer.

We cry out to the Lord, Mighty in Battle, to awaken the watchmen to their assignments
for our nation, city, and family. Equip us with Your weapons of warfare. We call
for the release of the angelic hosts to join with Jesus, the Captain of the Hosts,
to war on behalf of America to protect our people and to bring forth His purposes
for such a time as this.

Monday: PRONOUNCEMENT of judgment on the powers of darkness

We place our nation, cities, and families under the blood of Jesus Christ. As we
seek God's face and repent of our sins, we pronounce that by grace no weapon formed
against the United States shall prosper. Every tongue that would rise up against
us in judgment will be exposed and cast down. Father God, may all of Your enemies
bow in submission at the authority of Your word and confess that Jesus Christ is
Lord.

Tuesday: PROPHESYING life!

We prophesy life to the United States. We say blessed is the nation whose God is
the Lord! Blessed are the people whom You have chosen as Your own inheritance. The
snare is broken and we have escaped for our help is in the Name of the Lord. We
prophesy a bright future, a good welfare, hope and fulfilled destiny over our land.
