"A Tornado of Transformation Is Coming to Your City!"

I recently had a prophetic dream that I knew held significance for many people and for different cities around the world. At the beginning of the dream, I was a young boy standing in my home town; the town that I grew up in. I could see the familiar buildings that were around when I child. There were also people that I recognized standing around. They were mostly people I knew growing up and influential people in the town at the time. However, I also saw several demonic forces.

Then the dream shifted; I was older and now in the city I currently live in. There were city officials, religious leaders and other influential people standing around. Again, I could also see several demonic forces. For a moment, it was as if I was standing in my hometown and my current city at the same time.

The Tornado

Then all of a sudden, a tornado started to come towards me. The demonic forces began to scream against the tornado, and the people who were standing around started running away in fear. I, however, was not afraid of the tornado. Instead, I was excited to see the tornado coming into the city. (Photo via Wikimedia Commons)

As the tornado kept moving, it was destroying (spiritually) all the buildings and scenery in its path. But, the demonic forces were also swept away by the tornado. The different leaders who were manipulating and controlling the cities were gone. The tornado came right up to me, and instead of feeling the destructive force of a natural tornado, I felt the love of God. Then the tornado began to dissolve and I could see that the two cities were put back together. The grass was green, the trees were strong and the buildings looked better than they did before!

As I prayed about the meaning and interpretation of this dream, God spoke to me and said, "Sudden changes are coming in the cities." People with wrong motives and with wrong spirits will leave or be removed. Principalities and demonic forces who are controlling cities will be torn down. Religious organizations who are not of God will crumble.

Sudden Changes...Keep Praying!

After these people and demonic forces are removed, then I believe God will send revival and awakening to these cities. Just like the tornado in the dream, it may look destructive at first. However, the tornado in the dream is representing the sudden transformation and change that God is bringing to cities and regions across the earth.

Keep praying for your city! Keep standing in the gap. God is uprooting the wicked and the enemy in cities and regions in order to bring revival and awakening.
