HR

One particular day a few weeks ago, I sensed a great urgency to pray. I had already spent my personal prayer time with the Lord, but the pull of the Holy Spirit was very strong. I went into the sanctuary of my church and I heard the Holy Spirit say, "Today, you will pray for not just yourself, but for the Body at large." I began to pray in the Spirit and worship, waiting for further instruction. About 45 minutes later, I heard Him speak to me and say, "Replenish." I wrote the word down and continued to pray. Every time that I would start praying, He continued to speak the word replenish, repeating it over and over.

I went into my office to study out the meaning of the word and to obtain further clarification of what He was communicating to me. I looked up the definition online."Replenish" is defined as "to make full or complete again, as by supplying what is lacking; to supply (a fire, stove, etc.) with fresh fuel; to fill again or anew."

Replenishing What Was Lost

As I read the definition of replenish, the revelation of it leapt off the computer and into my spirit. God said, "Many of My people have gone through seasons of great loss and it has left them feeling hopeless. They look at their circumstances and it looks like total destruction. But now is the time that I am releasing a new anointing of blessing upon them, and they will replenish everything that was lost. It won't be the same. It will be better than before."

After the Lord spoke this to me, I immediately went to the Scriptures to see what I could find about this blessing in God's Word.

"So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'" (Gen. 1:27-28)

God created man and released a mantle of blessing on his life that caused him to be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth supernaturally. The next place in Scripture where the anointing to "replenish" is found was in the life of Noah and his sons. The Bible says, "...Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God" (Gen. 6:9). Humanity had grown so corrupt and wicked in Noah's day that God decided that He would cleanse the earth through a great flood that would annihilate all life. Before the flood of destruction, God made a covenant with Noah, promising Noah that He would save him and his family. He gave him divine instruction on constructing an ark of gopher wood that would protect them from the devastation to come.

Can't You Talk Louder, God?

"And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him; and the Lord shut him in." (Gen. 7:15-16)

Being "Shut In"

Notice the words "...and the Lord shut him in." There are times that God will do this with His chosen. Have you ever been "shut in" by God? I know that I have. Have you had doors closed to you and you could not understand why? Have you had people walk out on you, leaving you in a state of bewilderment? The explanation is clear. God sealed those doors and relationships off for your protection.

Noah was in a tight place with all of his family together on this constricting boat. It was dark, with only one window at the top of the boat. They were jammed in with all the smelly animals. The waters were rough, day after day. They had to have wondered, when would this come to an end? It was definitely not a cruise ship vacation. Are you relating to what Noah must have felt? Have you, too, found yourself in a tight, dark and restricted place with doors closed on you?

This is the time for you to remember that you have a better covenant with God than Noah had with Him. Don't be disheartened. I prophesy to you today: God is opening doors that have been closed off to you. God is calling you to come forth out of your confined place.

"Then God spoke to Noah, saying, 'Go out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and your sons' wives with you.'" (Gen. 8:15-16, NASB)

Furthermore, I heard the Lord say to you, "It is your time to come forth! When Noah came out of the ark, I blessed him. Just as I did for Noah, I am doing for you who have been hidden. I am releasing a mantle of blessing upon you. You will be fruitful and multiply. Everything that has been lost will be replenished."

"And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, 'Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.'" (Gen. 9:1)

God is doing a quick work. His divine acceleration is coming upon you. You will accomplish, in a short time, what has taken others years and even decades to accomplish. The mantle of blessing is being imparted to you today!
