Just prior to my arrival in Macedonia for our international Christian leadership conferences, an angel of the Lord appeared to me in a prophetic experience. Up to this point, I had been in a year of seeking, struggling and waiting on what I had to trust was God's better direction concerning His plan over my life.
I laid down to seek rest in the Lord, and I found myself in a vision waking up in the southern European region, where an angel of the Lord appeared in the brilliance of God's light and love. As he began to speak, the atmosphere shifted into light with his words following a healing smile. In this vision, I saw leaders rising and being put into position to honor God, to bring justice and help to Israel, as well as to others around the globe.
While the angel spoke and the Holy Spirit moved over me, I noticed others around me who were obviously leaders and laity of various Christian denominations, who are predominant in the eastern and southern part of European nations, as well as the Middle East. While in the anointing of God's presence and message, the Spirit of the Lord indicated to me that God's Word was sent on behalf of what Father God had predestined for His people.
Attached to this message, delivered by the angel, was a new direction that would begin to transform my whole walk and ministry into all that has been predestined and paid for by Jesus Christ. This new ministry is not just for me, but also the people highlighted to me in the vision above, as well as others around the globe.
As God's messenger spoke, I could see that the people there were unable to fully hear or understand this visitation, though everyone could sense that something was happening. I realized I was to translate and tell them what was being said—both to those present in the vision and to anyone who reads this. I knew this would activate their faith to respond. A Time of Birthed Destiny - You Waited for the Best!
"In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will..." (Ephesians 1:11)
"Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified." (Romans 8:30)
Though there was a long wait for many of you, be encouraged that now is the appointed time for God's will concerning birthing and destiny. Many shall now emerge as sons and daughters, who've been stretched and disciplined while waiting upon God's timing for "the best" in their destiny.
"For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many nobles are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence." Many who will now arise in all spheres of influence, are those who have believed they have no strong value or talent, or have believed they have failed. Though many have believed they have failed, it was actually God's success working in their lives. The Lord wore them out to the point that they could learn dependence upon Him and completely surrender. He does this so that God's people can learn the difference between their own strengths and ways, and those of God's. These are the ones who have carried measures of favor and visitation, but have been held back for God's best.
Joseph Kept His Vision Experiences
Though Joseph experienced dreams and visions, he had to wait and hold them silent in his heart until God's time and workmanship of heart were ready. When God's time and season came about, Joseph would have the proper nature and character to understand and administer what he was shown. Many who have received dreams, visions and encounters throughout their lives will now be birthed into their destiny; they have matured while coming to a full understanding of what God has desired.
Newness of understanding and awareness of God's nature, love, and ways shall further change and transform the face of what we have perceived as Christianity and the Good News. The first shall now be last and the last shall now be first!
Revival, Restoration and Renewal
Revival, restoration and renewal will now break out in four areas of many societies. Isaiah 60:2 declares: "...Darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee."
Four Areas of Restoration
1) POLITICAL: New leaders like Cyrus in the 45th chapter of Isaiah are already taking their place. These include leaders raised by the Lord who love and value honesty, empowering others, as well as those who value what is right even above their personal livelihood. These new leaders will move in integrity and accountability no matter the personal cost of power, rank and file (leaders in all administrative levels). These leaders will not do it for reward or for price, but out of true care and conviction.
The prisoners (of man's limitations) of nations shall come and line up behind a true interpretation of leadership as they are set free by the nature of righteous governing. They shall be taught and align with them. Many other leaders and peoples shall gnash at the light within emerging new leadership because of the ease of sudden success and breakthrough in political arenas.
The new leaders will bring fresh, integral innovation and international alliances. New and reformed laws will be enacted that are meant to better serve the public in equality and without partiality, alongside the demand for new integral levels of administrative performance and accountability.

2) ECONOMIC: Multinational revivals, healing and restoration will rise in innovative industries with thousands upon thousands of new jobs flowing like rivers into newly exalted nations. This will add fresh life and growth to vulnerable and broken nations like Macedonia, Bulgaria and Albania, along with many African nations and other nations around the world. Soon, some of the southern European nations will heal and form greater relations and dependencies upon one another while aligning with Israel. A great international coalition is already beginning that will act as a type of Joseph to the nations being humbled and shifted into leanness.
3) RELIGIOUS: Great revival, restoration, and a renewed direction will begin within traditional churches and former movements, as well as what remains from the patriarchs of faith and their legacies. Even other religions that have some claim to the God of Abraham shall be greatly influenced and affected by what happens as God shows up on the international scene. Many in Christian church leadership, as well as many others who believe in Jesus, will now rise and be restored in a renewed and fuller light. Countless numbers of those who love the Lord but have been in exile shall return with great weeping and praises as a truer faith and accountability is restored in the Body of Christ Jesus. Divisions shall start ceasing as restoration among many brethren begins. A renewed unity in ONE Holy Spirit will flow like oil, bringing healing to the hardened.
4) SOCIAL: Restoration of families and marriages will break out and spread like the waters of a broken dam. Children will be restored to their parents and parents to their children; rebellion and discontent will start vanishing as years of brokenness, confusion, and smashed identities are healed and restored. Soon, many who left their homes and nations will return with both good tidings and gifts in their hands. These shall bring their faith, wealth, and education back to invest in their own households and countrymen.
The many years of rebellion, injustice, and corruption will be washed away from the soil and hearts of men, women, and children in their lands. Racism and division will fade from cities and nations of light as forgiveness, grace and justice address the many years of curses and death. The life of Christ shall speak once again as the Spirit of the Lord leads the way to the eternal purposes and protection of the nations who revere God.
"And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." (Malachi 4:6)
"'They shall be Mine,' says the LORD of hosts, 'On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.' Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him." (Malachi 3:17-18)
Plenty in Famine
"'Behold, the days are coming,' says the Lord GOD, 'That I will send a famine on the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD. They shall wander from sea to sea. And from north to east, they shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, but shall not find it. In that day the fair virgins and strong young men shall faint from thirst. Those who swear by the sin of Samaria who say, "As your god lives, O Dan!" And, "As the way of Beersheba lives!" Even as greater darkness and deception in this world comes, God has reserved and will restore nations and leaders who shall rise and be like Joseph to the nations in great spiritual darkness, famine and want. God has left a blessing for nations truly hungry and thirsty for righteousness!
Now is the time of great visitation. It is the Lord's will that every man know that He is in every detail and that He is good. Without faith it is impossible to please God. This is a time to remember that prophecy is given to help build-up, encourage and give hope concerning what is in God's heart and will.
