A Dream of the Liberty Bell

Recently I had a dream that James Goll, my husband Munday Martin, and I were standing at the top of a staircase in Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We were looking at the Liberty Bell hanging inside of a glass case below us. Later after the dream, I found a picture online, of the exact place where I stood in the dream, yet I was unaware that it was a real location where the bell was in history.

This made me know, God is speaking something here! I woke up from the dream thinking, "God, what are You saying? What is the significance of the Liberty Bell?"

When I think of the Liberty Bell, I think of freedom, deliverance, and independence. I think of our nation becoming free from religious rules and traditions; free to become what she believed; free to worship God with her whole heart. I think of an awakening in the hearts of Americans to truly see that this nation is called to a higher purpose right now for the Kingdom of God, and Jesus is about to pour out the greatest awakening we have ever seen in history. Freedom will ring again!

The History of the Liberty Bell

The bell was made in London in 1752, as a token for the 50th anniversary of Pennsylvania's original constitution, which proclaims the freedoms and equal rights of people globally. Also, they needed a larger bell that would be loud enough to ring throughout the growing city of Philadelphia. In its early years, the Liberty Bell was used to summon lawmakers to legislative sessions and to call citizens to public meetings and proclamations.

The Liberty Bell was believed to have rung on July 8, 1776 to invite the people of Philadelphia to hear the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence. In the 1830s, the bell became known as the "Liberty Bell" and became a symbol during the Abolitionist movement which brought about the end of slavery. The bell was transported to different cities across America to remind the people of their freedom. How ironic that Liberty was being proclaimed in a time of great captivity from slavery!

The abolitionist movement proclaimed Liberty to all. The bell became its symbol and was branded as the "Liberty Bell" due to the verse inscribed on its side (and I didn't know about this) which says, "Proclaim LIBERTY throughout all the Land unto all the inhabitants thereof" (Leviticus 25:10). After Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, people were able to pass by the open casket and then the bell, which was carefully placed at Lincoln's head so mourners could read the inscription and be reminded of what Lincoln died for, their freedom. Now, look at what the previous verse Leviticus 25:9-10 together, "Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the 50th year, and PROCLAIM LIBERTY throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a JUBILEE unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family" (KJV).

This is echoed by Isaiah, "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to PROCLAIM LIBERTY to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound." Isaiah 61:1 KJV

And Jesus, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at LIBERTY them that are bruised." Luke 4:18 KJV

After reading the inscription on the Liberty Bell after this dream, I realized that God was speaking through this Scripture to our land in this season, in this time! We are in a jubilee year! Leviticus 25:10 says, "IN THE JUBILEE YEAR...PROCLAIM LIBERTY!"

In the early 1760s, a local church was allowed to use the State House for services and the Liberty Bell to summon worshipers! I can only imagine what it must have felt like to hear that sound ring throughout the city! Come on Church! God is summoning us to Heaven's court! Do you hear the Liberty Bell ringing in the Spirit?

In the Jubilee Year...Proclaim Liberty!

God is asking His people to proclaim liberty to all the people of our land and not just for America but globally! America is part of the global awakening! Let's join the ABOLITIONIST MOVEMENT OF GOD and see the END of the slavery of sin! Let's proclaim the advancement of God's Kingdom!

James Goll is an accurate and tested Prophet of the Lord so he represents the Spoken Decree of God in the earth. Munday and I represent this generation, who will listen to the decree of our spiritual Fathers, and run with it! It's time to agree with God! HEAVEN IS PROCLAIMING LIBERTY! Now go echo Heaven in the Earth and RELEASE JUBILEE LIBERTY! LET FREEDOM RING!
