Dear Friends and Faithful Prayers:
I hope you are feeling the Lord’s Hand and favor on your life this year.
Pastor Dutch Sheets and I have begun our travels to the States of our
nation. We have been in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arizona for statewide
gatherings, to begin the fulfillment of the mission of mobilizing and
covering our nation in prayer. We are calling this "The 50 State Tour". Our
first three meetings have been incredible. The purpose of these meetings is
to gather together God’s leadership, identify and draw together the
intercessors of a state, and then align strategic intercession with
apostolic, prophetic, pastoral leadership. We also feel this is the
defining year for this nation, so we know that it is important to rally the
Body of Christ in each state. God is raising up an army. You are such an
integral part of this army. Therefore, we look forward to seeing you
sometime this year. We are leaving today for Florida, Louisiana and
Mississippi.

Friday, February 14: Cypress Cathedral in Winter Haven, FL
(Tel: 863 422-6336). The Transformation Conference begins on Friday night
at 7 PM and runs through Saturday noon. I will also minister on Sunday
morning at a joint church service that begins at 10:30 AM.
Sunday, February 16: Baton Rouge Christian Center (Tel:
225 756-2161). This meeting begins on Sunday evening at 7 PM. Dutch and I
are then scheduled to minister on Monday morning.
Monday, February 17: Cedar Lakes Assembly in Biloxi (Tel
228 392-6279). This meeting will begin on Monday evening and continue on
Tuesday morning.

New Mexico: January 19-20, 2003
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Because New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arizona have the greatest concentration of
Host People in the lower 48 states, we chose to start our tour there. Our
first 50 State Tour meeting for 2003 was held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Pastor Jack Webb, our SPN State Coordinator for New Mexico hosted this
gathering at Church on the Rock. Both the sanctuary and overflow room were
filled to capacity, with still more standing along the outside wall. People
literally came from all across the state to partner with us and cry out for
a shift in New Mexico. We felt we were to begin in New Mexico because the
oldest recorded civilizations in our nation are in that region. News Mexico
has had a spirit of isolation upon it, so it was good to see so many come
together. The "Land of Enchantment", as this state is known, has a very
supernatural atmosphere that actually creates a ceiling against the move of
God. The Spirit of God fell on the gathering. We declared that a 'Jesus of
Nazareth blood bought prophetic people' would arise in New Mexico, having
greater wisdom than the supernatural forces presently operating there.

Prophetic Word for New Mexico

As Pastor Dutch began to minister, he declared Isaiah 35 over New Mexico.
He declared that the desert will bloom. The following cumulative prophecy
came forth:
"The moving of My Spirit is on this land, and the first fruits of My Spirit
will be manifested here. There will be an outbreak of the supernatural,
with a first fruit's demonstration of miracles. Welcome My Spirit, for
there are many spirits in this land. I am the Revelator. From this day
forth, the prophets will be able to sound a clear trumpet in New Mexico.
Watch the winds for they are a sign. Don't hide yourself from the wind but
allow the wind to blow away that which has grown dusty. Many who have come
into the supernatural, but not by My Spirit, will now come into My Kingdom.
I will bring in the witches and the warlocks, and a great conversion of
those that have experienced the supernatural dimension of the enemy. I am
getting ready to bring them in and raise up prophets in your midst. Current
leaders who stand in My pulpit, will stand to speak, but the spirit of
prophecy will come upon them. I am releasing mysteries, strategies and
revelation. Cry out for the leaders of this state to receive the prophetic
mantle. New Mexico will surprise the nation! The hidden will be revealed.
A supernatural "something" will happen that will shift the economy of this
state. This is a time of springing forth in New Mexico. Have faith for the
pueblos for I will invade them with faith. Death and destruction has been
in this state, but faith is coming to the pueblos. Invite faith into the
pueblos!"

Oklahoma: January 20-21, 2003

From New Mexico we traveled on to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I was trying to
rest on the flight from Dallas to Oklahoma, but I opened my eyes and looked
out the window. This is something I never do, since I don't sit by the
window. I looked down on the ground and actually saw a dove imprinted in
the ground. It looked like it was outlined with fire with liquid glory in
the middle. I heard the Lord say, "I AM present in this state. I AM
redeeming this ground. I AM moving. I AM here. Honor me because I am in
the midst of these people and will change the course of this nation. This
is a day of your visitation. Visit the tribes for I will be visiting the
tribes. Go to all the tribes that exist in this state and take to them a
gift that says I AM in your midst and I AM coming to visit and invade and
restore and reconstruct them. Visit each one this year and in your visiting
I will visit, and the Glory that I have will flood this land."

To the apostolic leadership of Concerts of Prayer in Oklahoma:

"This is a time of gathering. Because I have marked this land, gather one
of every tribe into this place, and as you gather them in I will restore My
mind with My people and they will go forth from this place and carry My
Glory across this land."

To the gatekeeper of Norman, Oklahoma, Bill Sanchez, where the University of
Oklahoma is located:

"Go to that campus gate and declare that I will interrupt it this year for I
am in this land. I will interrupt the sports events. I will interrupt
everything that is going on for I will interrupt and invade that campus and
it will be seen in the nation." To some of you who have been striving to
break in and see prosperity come: "I am in the land. I am cutting forth a
way where you could not enter in, in the past. You will enter in, in this
season."

and Pentecostal Holiness’ headquarters):

"Tell them the Glory is in this land and I will invade what they stand for!"
Oklahoma: Moving Into A
Season of Multiplication
John Benefiel, our SPN State Coordinator for Oklahoma, coordinated our
gathering as part of the Oklahoma Concert of Prayer. Once again, both the
sanctuary and overflow rooms were full, with many along the back wall.
Dutch ministered the first night and was very excited. The Lord had given
him a message coming from Denver that we had reached the fullness of time,
that the Lord had declared the land holy, and that we are now moving into a
season of multiplication. He had never spoken anything like this. I can't
tell you how the glory and God's presence came into this place. There is no
way to describe it. The Native people were overwhelmed, wailing and
crying. Dutch began to encourage us to think of the door of Heaven being
opened vertically, not horizontally, and to move through the gate of
covenant to receive revelation. I then taught on the keys for prosperity,
and how to optimize resources and reorganize for prosperity in the midst of
war.
"I'm Going to Remove Those Rocks Out of My River of Revelation"
On Tuesday, January 21, I saw a picture while
we were worshipping. I saw many in the river, but some were actually caught
between two rocks. They had gotten into the river and couldn’t go any
farther. As a matter of fact, the Lord has put us in the river. He carries
us down the river and eventually brings us to a place where we begin to
catch a fire for His purposes. For some, it is not that your head was under
water, but that you were caught and trapped. You did not know how to move
forward into the new things and into the Spirit of God the way He wanted to
release and move you, into a whole new dimension. It was as if the Lord
said, 'You are resisting the current instead of just getting still; you're
fighting to get loose. If you'll stand still I will begin to get you
through this narrow place and take you on into a whole new dimension of My
Spirit, of seeing and victory.' Just for a moment, stand still with your
arms straight up and surrender to Him; with those arms straight up, notice
that He will begin to loose you to move on.
I released the following word: "The River is flowing from the Throne Room.
Many have heard My voice and come into My presence. Many have heard what I
would like to do for them. But on their way back to accomplish My purposes
in the earth realm, the enemy has blocked their way. I'm going to remove
those rocks out of My River of revelation, and what you saw I will
accomplish." I declared a loosing, I declared a release, and I declared
movement. I thanked the Lord that He has a people ready to move in a new
way. I declared we would move past those confinements that have been around
us and that would keep us from moving forward. Some of you have been in
very hard places this past year and it's as if you haven't quite allowed the
Spirit of God to do the work of that hard circumstance. So right now just
surrender yourself anew and afresh.
"This Is A New Day of Gathering"
The prophetic word continued, "This is a new day of gathering. And I see
My people and I see from heaven that which has stopped you. I see that
which you have strived with. I see that which has attempted to wound you
and stop you from moving forward. But it's a new day of gathering and it
is I that is beginning to gather in a new way. I have future prosperity
and in this season of gathering it is My season. Therefore I will teach
you to gather. So you must move forward into a place with a mind for
gathering. For it is that mind of gathering that will draw in the
resources for the future. This is the day of covenant and this is the day
of release. And though you have not understood the multiplication factors
I will teach you now to multiply for it is My day of gathering. I am
moving you forward. Even now there will be an ending of the old way of
gathering; you will see that ending in this state. And then there will
be a release. My people would go forward in a way like never before to
snatch away those that the enemy has captured. In this day of gathering
you know your enemy. Some have resisted knowing the enemy; therefore the
enemy has taken the spoils. Know your enemy this day. Know your enemy
this day. Stand still and watch Me give you revelation of that which has
confined you. Know your enemy, for you have settled for normality instead
of settling for multiplication. Know your enemy and you will take the
enemy's spoils back. For this, My day of gathering, I will enter through
the door of the enemy and it is you that I will enter through with. I am
sending you in through the door the enemy has held shut. It will now
open. Stand still so that you know how to move quickly, take the enemy's
spoils, and advance My kingdom in this earth. The last season of Saul is
ending this year. Many of you have not mourned properly over the Sauls of
the past. But this will be a year that you will see the ending of Saul
structures that have held back the move of My Spirit. Mourn over that
which did not come to completion and then I will release an anointing to
complete and bring forth the fullness of what I have for you. Look and
even say, 'Lord, this did not happen and this did not happen and this did
not happen.' When you see clearly and you see the blockage of those that
didn't have a heart for My Glory, I will remove that blockage and then I
will give you the plan of completion. Mourn first, then rejoice for
completion is coming.

Arizona: January 24-25, 2003

"The Spirit of Barrenness Is Being Broken"
Our time in Arizona was coordinated by
BridgeBuilders, headed by Hal and Cheryl Sacks. Cheryl also serves as our
USSPN State Coordinator for Arizona as well as the USSPN Coordinator for
the Southwest Region. The meeting was held at Word of Grace Church.
There was great attendance from all over the state. The Lord began to
encourage the people by saying, "This is a prophetic city (Phoenix) and
state!" However, people are not fully perceiving what the Holy Spirit is
saying at this time, and they will not reap the harvest in certain areas
as a result of this lack of perception. Since the flow of revelation is
not steady, a shift is needed. This region is very connected laterally,
but not vertically. Arizona must learn to hear prophetically and then do
battle in the heavenlies. We entered into a time of cleansing the state
of the quenching of the Holy Spirit. Competition has led to accusation.
"This state is more important than you know.
You control the flow of the river. I long for the River to rise within
you. You regulate and cause it to flow out to other places. But
accusation has damned the river. Declare that this death over the church
from accusation, will lift. The mantle and shroud of death is lifting
this hour. The spirit of barrenness is being broken."
Cheryl Sacks then declared that Arizona needed to shift from a Church that
"survives" to a Church that overcomes; it is a well-watered garden and
takes authority. The Lord encouraged them to expand their hearing, for if
the do not, they would not expand their faith (since faith comes by
hearing). Learn to hear God's prophetic voice in multiple ways. I then
taught on the issue of there coming a time when the old ends (like when
John the Baptist was beheaded) and the new begins. Dutch decreed a
marriage of prophetic intercession with the administrative/pastoral. We
then called forth the apostolic gifting that had been locked up in the
pastors of the region. We released a new voice in pastoral leadership,
and declared the gate of revelation was opening up!
"What Has Been a Desert Will Become
Fruitful Planting"
I then prophesied to Cheryl Sacks for the
state: "You are about to build a greenhouse over this state, a covering of
deliverance over Arizona. Find 14 key anchor points around the borders
and throughout the state that will erect the tent. You will lead a group
and troop in these points, and then they will go out from these points. I
am removing the old covering. I am beginning to erect a new covering.
You will mobilize and I will anoint you with favor to go. There is a
troop arising! What has been a desert will become a fruitful planting.
Deliverance is forming. By next April, deliverance will be flowing in
this state and many will recognize who I AM."

Worship Warriors Arise

We leave today for the next three states of Florida, Louisiana and
Mississippi, so please pray with us. I am also preparing to travel to
Australia. John Dickson and Aaron Smith will be going with me. We depart
on February 21. Finally, watch for a 40-Day Prayer Worship Focus that
will be released from March 6 – April 16. It is so key for us to enter in
to the abiding place of Psalm 91 for our nation. God began to speak to
both Cindy Jacobs and me about this at the Congress on Strategic
Intercession at the end of January. You will be receiving more details in
days ahead. The key to our nation's future is for God's worship warriors
to arise.
