PROPHETS POINT TO "THE CALL - KANSAS CITY"

Since Steve Shultz posted the word on �Remantling America,� the Lord has brought across my path a number of astounding words related to the Call KC. I felt it would be beneficial to share a brief compilation from many voices about what might be immediately ahead.


A Meeting and A Marriage Part I

Lou Engle and Will Ford traveled to the IHOP for what was supposed to be a planning meeting for the Call KC on December 5, 2002. Dutch Sheets was a surprise guest.

As it turned out, December 5 is the 20th anniversary of Mike Bickle�s ministry in Kansas City. On that first night, Mike apparently preached on night and day prayer from Isaiah 62 and Luke 18, where speedy justice is promised by God in context with night and day intercession, (Luke 18). Sustained revival was the prophesied result, as Zion�s name is made a praise in the earth, (Isaiah 62).

The release of justice is now also a predominant theme of intercession for Lou Engle and Dutch Sheets. After focused intercession for the Executive Branch of the US government and more recently the Legislative Branch, Dutch recently received a strong word from the Lord that it is now time for sustained intercession to �shift� the Judicial Branch towards true justice.

As Dutch, Lou Engle and Mike Bickle downloaded insight related to their respective ministries, it became clear that the Lord was orchestrating a �Holy Spirit convergence.� Mike Bickle, Lou Engle, and Dutch Sheets decided to enter into a covenantal relationship to join 3 streams of prayer they represented�Bridal intimacy, Nazarite passion, and Governmental authority in intercession�into one mighty �river.� Again, this �marriage of movements� took place on the 20th anniversary of the IHOP movement, and it was this very night when Steve Shultz released my �Call KC Wedding Word.�

A River Runs Through It

Amazingly, Paul Cain prophesied during last year�s New Years Eve service that the word for 2002 was �A River Runs Through It.� With delight in his voice, Paul shared that there would be a release of the �River of God� in 2002 that would bring healing to broken bodies and even nations. The River of God, by the way, is the title of the Dutch Sheets� second book.

A Meeting and A Marriage Part II

More insight from Paul Cain later. During this meeting, my good friend Will Ford shared an astounding prophetic experience related to the Call. Will is a significant prophetic voice in America and a spiritual son of Dutch Sheets. Many readers may have heard of Will because of the kettle he inherited from his slave forefathers. Generations of slaves from his family line prayed into this kettle during the midnight hours to avoid being heard by their white masters. It became the symbol of the Kettle Tour Prayer Journey two years ago with Dutch Sheets and Lou Engle, as well as the Tabernacle Tour this summer.

On Friday, 11/22, Will and his wife Michelle flew to Kansas City for their first time to the International House of Prayer. They were assigned seats in different rows, and Will sat next to a young lady. The spirit of prophecy fell as they talked, and Will began to articulate details of her life with unusual accuracy. For example, the Lord told him what university she attended in California, that she was a sophomore, a psychology major, and that she had a friend named Tiffany, and more. It turns out that she was a Christian in a traditional Baptist church and was seeking God for direction in her life.

During this time, the Holy Spirit kept telling Will to ask her name. As Will recounts, �Somehow, I knew that it was significant. I asked her name and with tears in her eyes she said, "My name is Zion." If that were not enough, I asked for her last name and she said "Redie" (pronounced like "ready").�

The name of this young lady was Zion Redie� and she was traveling from California to Kansas City for a wedding!


Zion Ready

According to Will, this encounter with �Zion Redie� was a prophetic picture of the events set to unfold on New Years Eve. �The Lord is getting �Zion ready� for a wedding! Just as she was traveling to Kansas City for a wedding, the Lord is calling us to attend this wedding on 12/31. He is re-emphasizing His desire that the Nazirites and the Shulamites join together,� said Will. �These �friends of the bridegroom� joining together is important to breaking the power of demonic decrees in this nation and shutting the door to the culture of death that came in during the sixties.�

Related to this, Cindy Jacob�s released this prophetic word at The Call New York, pertaining to the Call Kansas City. Her words were �I am bringing forth such (Yada) intimacy with My people at The Call Kansas City. The Lord says what will be birthed will be Revival, even as Pentecost was birthed in that heartland region, so I have brought My heart there. The Lord says 'Look and see, this timing is key to the breaking out of Revival to this whole nation for it�s a marriage. There will be a release from this marriage that will affect the whole nation,�'

Key of the House of David

Anyone who has experienced Will�s ministry knows his dramatic testimony related to Isaiah 22:22: �Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder. What he opens no one will shut, and what he shuts no one will open.�

Significantly, the date of Will�s prophetic experience with Zion Redie was on 11/22. In the recent Elijah List word on how God is �Wowing His People with Isaiah 22:22,� Mike McClung pinpointed this very date as the time of God�s release of Isaiah 22:22 on a national and global dimension.


Pearls for the Bride

During this same meeting, Lou Engle shared how he saw the Call KC as the centerpiece of a string of pearls �adorning the Bride of Christ in America.� In a recent email calling the masses to come to KC for the Call, Lou wrote the following. �After one of the most incredible seasons of fasting in my life, I received in one moment of time what I would term a lightning strike of revelation. I saw each of the Calls, no longer as unique and separate pearls, but the seven as a string of pearls, perfectly joined together in strategy and sequence, adorning the bride..�

Calling the Call KC the �pearl of great price,� Lou wrote that �it is the one that's been hidden, whose influence has been seen as regional rather than national. But now, I saw it as the center, of supreme importance.�

�It is the place where we are being called to return to our first love - to Jesus, the Bridegroom,� recounts Engle. �We can't go on to deal with the issues of sexual compromise, materialism and abortion represented in the next three Calls�unless we've had another passion awakened inside of us that's stronger than these powers. It's First Love.�


Mizpah for the Masses

The Lord also told Lou Engle that, just as Samuel gathered his nation at Mizpah, He wanted Lou to sound the trumpet for America to gather at The Call Kansas City.

During this solemn assembly at Mizpah, Samuel called the people to fast, repent, and draw water from a well to pour out before the Lord. I cannot emphasize enough that there is a historic well in the heartlands God is targeting for this Call�a well of revival He wants us to draw from.

Exactly 102 years ago, during a New Years Eve prayer meeting in Topeka Kansas, the Holy Spirit came in power-- and the Pentecostal movement was launched that revolutionized Christianity around the world.

Bartle-man in Bartle Hall

We are believing God for an outpouring of His Spirit with the same magnitude that will shake the nations for Jesus Christ. This might just be the hour! Chris Berglund years ago had a dream about Lou Engle which appears in Digging The Wells of Revival. In this dream, Chris was handed a black book called Revival. He opened the book, and it showed a picture of Frank Bartleman. (Frank was a powerful man of prayer who carried the Azusa Street revival from California to all over the nation). As Chris was looking at the picture, Frank Bartleman�s face changed to Lou Engle�s face. Chris told this dream to Lou and they were stunned. Lou had been crying out to God for hours, asking for Frank Bartleman�s mantle for prayer and revival! Chris�s dream was God�s assurance to Lou that these revival mantles and wells of intercession are available for us today.

When Lou came to Bartle Hall on his visit to Kansas City, you could almost hear this question: "Could it be that Bartle Hall has been looking for the Bartle-Man?" I believe God has been looking for a generation that would contend for previous revival mantles.

Remember, Dec. 31st is also the anniversary of the Topeka Outpouring that birthed the Azusa Street Revival with Frank Bartleman. Our prayer is that these ancient wells of Kansas and California would converge and be released on a new generation.
