Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, convened by C. Peter Wagner,

with all these leaders which also included, among many others,
James Goll, Dutch Sheets, Gwen Shaw, Sharon Stone, Bishop Bill

Dear Breakthrough Believers:
Blessings as you move into this new year. This past week I have been in
Colorado Springs for meetings. On Thursday and Friday the Apostolic Council of
Prophetic Elders met to seek counsel from the Lord for our nation. We prayed a
great deal for the pending war with Iraq, as well as the nation of Israel. This
was a very intense meeting. We will be sending out a report on this.
Personally, the Lord has instructed me to pray for the state of California.
I just ministered in San Diego, I am now in Camarillo and we are traveling next
to Fresno. I will be writing each month to encourage us prophetically. This is
also the month that Dutch and I start traveling across our nation as part of our
50 State Tour. This month we will be in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arizona.
Please pray about this tour, and consider being a part of these gatherings in
your area. I will attach my schedule below. In a few days I will be sending a
40 Day Prayer Focus: Releasing Faith to Overthrow Thrones of Iniquity.
We’re in a war!
We must understand how to dethrone certain structures that are preventing
victory in our lives, families, regions and nation. Pharaoh must let go so we
can worship in a new way and enter into the fullness of our inheritance. What
follows is a prophetic word that is very important for us to begin the year.
A Year to be Consistent
Prophesying . . . .
This is the year I am looking for consistency in My people. I am looking for
consistency in the place that I have placed you. I'm looking for consistency in
you to meet Me at the place and the time I have determined. I'm looking for
consistency in you coming before Me. Many will rise up this year against the
covenant purposes of My people, but a consistent people will be able to
withstand the snares of the enemy.
Discipline yourself before Me this year. If you will do this for 90 days at
the beginning of this year, you will be able to stand when your enemy, the
roaring lion, accuses you. Be consistent and when your enemy tries to cast you
into the lion’s den, you will stand and stand firm. You will sit before your
enemy with great confidence.
Because of your confidence, I will send angelic forces to your aid.
Discipline yourself before Me.
Watch before Me and watch Me deliver you from your enemy.
For persecution will be rising against My people, but I will send help to
overcome their enemies. This will be a year that My people will
begin to flex their muscles and demonstrate their strength (Daniel 11:32).
Though the enemy is lurking, I will anoint you at each place that I have
determined your breakthrough. I will anoint you with My anointing. If you will
seek Me, you will know your next breakthrough strategy before the enemy can
mount his blocking force. Move with Me in the anointing, and any enemy on your
road will be overthrown.
The River Will Rise Again this Year
For I have a River of Glory that I AM releasing and flowing from MY Throne.
Even though you’ve not known the flow of this Glory, get in the RIVER. The
Glory from this River will mantle you.
This mantle will open the doors that were closed in the past season. My
Glory has been the force that has divided My Church in the past. My Glory defies
control. MY Glory is the determining force between religion and reality. Fear
not My Glory! Fear not My Presence! Fear not coming before ME and looking into
My face. I’m giving you access. Come in that you might gain access to that
which has eluded you in the past.
Do not be afraid of the water overtaking you and the Glory rearranging your
life.
You float easier than you know.
If you will listen to My Word this year it will make you buoyant to stay on
top of the water. You will not walk in dread of the sinking.
This is the Year of GOLD! Just as gold will rise in the natural,
the River of My Glory will rise in the spiritual realm. So come in to this
River and allow Me to put gold on you. Allow My Glory to rest on you. Many
have held back instead of coming in. Come in and let go and watch Me arrange
things that you have tried to arrange yourself.
Put Others in the River
Many of you are longing to see a manifestation among certain individuals whom
you have been praying for. Take that one that you want to see delivered and
place them in the River by faith. Place them in the Glory water that’s running
through you, and watch them be delivered. Declare the filth they have been
swimming in to be washed away from ME. Many of you cannot see
deliverance in those you have prayed for because you are afraid they will drown
if they come into My water. You have tried to keep many of these individuals
afloat in your own strength. However, put them in My water. Let go of them,
and watch Me bring them to the place you’ve been attempting to bring them to. I
will overcome them, but I will not drown them.
Choose Your Battles Wisely!
Choose your battles wisely! Choose the battle wisely and wait for Me to say
turn and fight. Do not swing at curve balls sent by the enemy! Do not major on
minors! Do not create mountains from mere dirt mounds! Do not fear the face of
your enemy. Face your enemy in My time! You have turned to battle before My
timing and this has caused you to lose your footing and retreat in fear.
Wait for My command to turn. Turning means repenting and changing your
mind.
You have tried to defeat your enemies with the devices and understanding of
your own mind. In your flesh you are not as shrewd as the enemy. Wait to align
your mind with Mine, so when I say turn you will have the strategy to overturn
the enemy. Be still and know I AM God. I rule the nations. You are one of My
nations that I am setting in order for the victory that you shall have. Listen
for Me to say, “Turn and face your enemy!” I am favoring the nations aligned
with My covenant.
A Sound Precedes the Battle
There is a sound of war that is coming forth in the land. This sound
of war is a sound of redemption. Listen for the war cry of the land. Listen as
the land sends forth a cry of restoration. Listen as the land cries out to be
refreshed with joy! Heaven is sounding forth a sound. The land is responding!
Align your self with this new sound of agreement with heaven and earth and you
will walk in harmony with My purposes! Worship as this sound comes forth.
Optimize Resources. Reorganize for Prosperity in the
Midst of War!
This is a year of understanding My fullness. Be optimistic over My purposes.
Know that I can overcome your enemy. I have placed resources in each of your
hands. This is a year to bring those resources into multiplication. The
supply is already there. However, you must take what you have been given and
transform and multiply it into different forms to meet the needs you have on
your path ahead. This is the beginning of exploits. Those who do exploits take
current resources and turn them into new resources. Reorganize by allowing Me
to determine your times. I can make you efficient. Fear not the war ahead. I
will use the wars surrounding you to make you efficient and effective in the
earth realm. Let Me reorganize your life. Let Me give you a push forward so
you can enter into a new place of prosperity. Do not be stubborn and resist My
thrust forward. Let Me push you into My River of Glory and you will prosper.
2003 Is a Year to “See”!
Look up and see the River of Glory that is flowing from My Throne. Many of you
have not received since you cannot see. Rip your old garment that you are
wearing. Your hurts and wounds and failures of the past have created a veil
that is keeping you from seeing your future. This veil keeps you from seeing
what I have ready to flow from Heaven. This veil keeps you from seeing and
receiving the blessings I have waiting for you.
Rip the veil and receive a new garment. For this is a year of a
MANTLE and MIRACLE.
My Glory will produce new authority within you. That authority will make you
confident to declare and speak what I AM saying. Open your mouth wide. Allow
Me to fill it. Say what I am saying, and watch miracles happen. See the form
that I have in heaven. Speak it in the earth, and watch the form of heaven
recreate.
Ask Me now for a new measure of faith. I will stir what you have and
increase and enlarge your capacity to receive. Let Me increase you now. Open
your eyes and see Me perform on your behalf this year.
