This has been a year of great change for the nation of Thailand. The country elected their first female Prime Minister in history and they've also experienced record floods stemming from the north that have shifted the infrastructures of the nation. My brother and his family live in Bangkok, and we're so thankful that they were all kept safe during the floods.
Thailand continues to be the sex-capital industry of the world, with the majority of the women and young girls coming from NE Thailand, where I'm from. I'm praying into this word by Chuck Pierce – and I truly believe that the fire of God is about to sweep through Thailand. I've seen visions of a youth movement coming to Thailand and the children saying, "No more" to the darkness there. Thailand is crying out for change and for the sons and daughters to be revealed.

Thailand - Prepare for the Fire of God!
When I was in Thailand in August 2008, we were in an incredible meeting of 2,000 people. The Spirit of the Lord began to move powerfully. A portion of the prophetic word that came forth:
"I will draw the young generation to this city and they will camp and worship. Every strategy that the enemy has to hold captive the youth of this city will break. It will begin to be heard worldwide how Bangkok is changing. Because there is a sound rising up, as you worship, it will rain and the winds will blow and you will worship more. The cities will flood but the churches will be filled with My worshippers and My sound will overcome the sound of the enemy in this land."
Most of you know that Bangkok has experienced incredible flooding. Thousands and thousands of people have needed to evacuate their homes in the worst flooding seen in over 100 years, if not in their history. On Sunday, the Body of Christ gathered in that city for a time of worship.
One of our contacts there sent us this amazing report:
I have exciting news to inform you. On December 4th, we had a big worship gathering at The Royal Field across the Grand Palace in the old city of Bangkok. This is the area that our intercessor team went to pray for several times. It is the site for national rituals and ceremonies, most of which are spiritual. It's also the place for political activities and of course, bloodshed. So many, many Believers joined together and worshipped with all our hearts. I believe the Lord is laying down His new foundation in Thailand. I'm so excited; it's like my dream is really come true!
The group who organized this is the Protestant Committee of Thailand, which represents every denomination in Thailand. I don't know why the government allowed us to worship there; it might be because of the flood that made the Thai people in great trouble, so the government [Ministry of Religion] just granted anything that would give moral support. I could feel God's presence strongly on that night.
In August 2008, I also shared how a new generation was rising, filled with passion and fire, and how from that night forward, the Spirit of God would start circling this nation. I knew the Lord's fire and passion would come alive in such a way in Thailand that the fire of God would begin to burn in that nation. I prophesied, "I will move into this city in the next 3 years. There will be a Great Awakening in Bangkok, Thailand. Do not despise a small beginning, for I already began in this nation!"
Continue to pray for the new generation rising in Thailand - that their worship would fill houses of worship and flow into the streets, and that the fire of God would sweep through that land.
