John Mark Pool is a fiery preacher and it spills over into this writings! In other words, he writes as he preaches. Many are speaking about this year's Pentecost which comes next month—that it'll be a big one. Prophets are having a heightened sense about God bringing a holy wind like the first one...where the Church moved out in mighty ACTS.
Makes me want to pray in to God bringing a fresh wind and baptizing fire to His Church once again. As John Mark shares: Ready, set...FIRE!

Ignition has Been Released! The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand!
Go, Preach the Gospel—Cry Aloud
And as ye go, preach, saying, "The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give."—Matthew 10:7 KJV
In Matthew chapter 10, verses 7-8, Jesus gave His disciples these words in order:
1. To preach the Gospel.
2. To confirm the doctrine they preached to be of God by miraculous operations: healing the sick, cleansing lepers, raising the dead, casting out devils.
Jesus instructed His disciples to go preach (in the Greek,
kerysso), which literally meant "to cry like heralds"; this was something like Isaiah's commission, in Isaiah 58:1, "to cry aloud," and is a word meaning "to lift up their voice like a trumpet."
The Kingdom of Heaven is today truly at hand. It is at your very fingertips. Grab another person's hand, and be sure they know it! God is blowing the shofar to announce the coming of the anointing of the Holy Spirit's wind—He is now fanning the flames of the Fire of Pentecost again. Let the wind blow, let the fire fall, because the Pentecostal fire is now burning brighter than ever!
Kingdom of Heaven Doctrine is Confirmed by Signs, Wonders and Miracles
Jesus taught the disciples that "the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" should be the sum of their message; the same thing which John the Baptist preached (Matthew 3:2), which Christ preached (Mark 1:15), and which Jesus directed the seventy to preach (Luke 10:9). It was not that they weren't to use any other words, but that all the words they used were to have this Kingdom subject, to declare that the time was now come, when God had fulfilled His promise of the Messiah, who was setting up His Kingdom in the world, and whose Words of Life they were to be obeying rather than the religious rulers of their day.
This doctrine from Jesus concerning the Messiah's fulfillment of the Kingdom of Heaven was also a charge from Christ that they were to confirm by miracles. He gave them a mandate of authority whereby they should work miracles, signs and wonders freely, without receiving any reward other than the visible confirmation that the miracles being used were the pure proof of their doctrine. When they did this, the Father then would see to it they were well cared for, both then and eternally.
Pentecostal Fire is Falling!
Today, we are about to experience a wave of anointing as no human has ever witnessed. We, as fire carriers, are about to be the signs and wonders with miracles that only the Spirit of God could perform through His faith-filled Believers.
We are about to enter a "Second Coming" form of Pentecost, in such a way that the wind, the fire and the signs will lead us into a move of the end-gathering harvest of a magnitude which will cause more earthquakes and volcanoes as never seen before. Yes, this time, the natural has only a pale copy of the spiritual Pentecostal explosion—as patriarchs and prophets of old hoped to see, yet passed on to their rewards with such a prophetic dream.
My friends, I prophesy that you are about to see this Holy Ghost explosion which all of history has prophesied, and is soon to be viewed across TV networks in our nation and worldwide!
No devil in Hell wants this Holy Ghost outpouring like God has poised for such a time as this. If you have ever heard, "Get ready," well, this is that time. Get ready, get ready, get ready!
Jesus said it best as they were about to see the outpouring for the first time:
"For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence."—Acts 1:5 KJV
The Lord reminded me that "not many days from now" is exactly what we are about to experience, where the second-coming wave of the Holy Spirit's outpouring is a sign before the return of Jesus to this earth as He promised.
The Courts of Heaven are in Order:
God Our Judge, Christ Our Advocate and
Holy Spirit Our Counselor
We will not be as "wandering orphans" who do not know how to hear the Father's voice. Jesus described this to His disciples, that the Holy Spirit would be a Counselor that helps them when the Messiah goes to Heaven. We are to be His intimate children who will be intently listening to the voice of Pentecost's wind and fire breathing a new anointing into our hearts, minds, and bodies. We will then indeed be a new breed of witnesses as the main sign, wonder and miracle into all the world.
When others heard the disciples speaking in many new tongues on Pentecost, as the Spirit gave them utterances, they understood the message of the Father's heart in their own language; but more than their natural ears, their spirits heard a new fiery tongue of anointing that caused the message to leap into them as life and life more abundantly! That is the anointing of the Holy Spirit to do what no flesh can counterfeit. We must now become that miracle to the whole earth.
As Jesus was leaving His new followers, He did not want them disobediently to continue hoping for a "carnal kingdom," one that is devised by man's hands for man's plans.
Acts 1:6-7 When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him, saying, "Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?" And He said unto them, "It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in His own power."
This confirmed to the disciples that their Messiah's commandment would cause the fulfillment of the prophets to bring about the birth of a New Kingdom completion—the Church built by Jesus. This Church was one not made from those who expect the sword to win the battles but by the fire of God's Holy Spirit as general contractor. Once the outpouring took place, the Lord's disciples were never the same. That is exactly the way we must live after this Pentecostal fire hits our land!
Changed by the Fire
After this time, Peter, whose name meant "pebble" or "little rock," became the foundation stone in the Rock Mountain of God's Church that the gates of Hell could not prevail against.
This is the time when all ingredients had come together in one place, in one mind and one accord for the Lord. The hearts were to become one in constant prayer and meditation. As they did, the flesh became the "kindling" or the "tinder in the box" (also known as a "tinder box" in early pioneer days for fire starting), ready for other fire components. When they obeyed and stayed, the flesh became so "dried out" that they were literally ready for the Ruach (or oxygen) portion to be the "sudden mighty wind" that blew on their anointed "tongues of fire," to ignite an explosion no one had ever before experienced!
The upper room indeed was transformed into the "tinder box" that burst into flames with the kindling from the Cross of Calvary only a few days before, as their hearts were ablaze with expectation of this great outpouring that the prophet Joel prophesied, as did the Messiah!
We have very dry splinters from the Cross (wood as fuel, who are the followers of Jesus); we have the "rushing, mighty Wind" as representing the air (oxygen needed for any fire to start); and then we have the spark into this mix that indeed exploded this mixture of God's fiery anointing of the outpouring of Pentecost—the Pentecostal glory fire explosion!
Peter is now a solid rock of God's anointing that begins to announce the fulfillment of Joel 2:28-29, found in Acts 2:15-18:
"For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: and on My servants and on My handmaidens I will pour out in those days of My Spirit; and they shall prophesy.'"
We are in the last days, as this was shown to be fulfilled upon the outpouring of Pentecost.
Pentecost Celebration 2010 is Going to be a Powerful Sign for Breakout!
Fire in the hole! Ignition has been released! The Holy Ghost Pentecostal Glory Fire Explosion is an out-of-control blazing fire of God's anointing! As we enter this season of Pentecost, the fire of God will be poured out in new waves of anointing and will be burning across the nations as no human has ever experienced! We must now become the obedient fulfillment of the Pentecostal fire to the harvest in a way no human has ever seen.
My friends, this is an anointing to give the world a "hand". The Kingdom of Heaven is truly moving from our hands to theirs. It is just as if Jesus were leading the relay race, and as He was ascending up to His throne in Heaven, the Holy Spirit was ready for His hand off. And now it is in our hands and will be in all the world's should they receive the message of the fire of anointing as sent from the Holy Spirit's fire!
I think we could have labeled the anointed disciples as "the fire carriers" immediately following the first outpouring at Pentecost. How is it with us today? Are we anointed "flame throwers"?
I prophesy that we will now begin, through the anointing of the Holy Spirit's fire as spiritual "lava" flowing around this globe, to bring nations to know and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior—in a day! As we do, we will literally begin to "lend to nations" as they are in need of more from the Lord, as monetary restoration comes once again to an obedient nation.
When the fire of God falls on us, we will be seeing all of those things which are not of God burned out. Sin will hate the wave of anointing of the fire of Pentecost invading earth as it is in Heaven. Fire of the Holy Ghost will transform our nation back to the heart of the Father, and the children of God will burn brighter than ever as His flame-throwers who usher in the latter day move of God, which all generations before had hoped to see!
Let the fire fall, let the wind blow, and let the glory come down!
Ready, set...FIRE!
