Kim Clement was just with us in Albany, Oregon, and it was awesome! Below is a word he spoke during one of the nights in Albany, mostly about "restoration."
As with all prophecies, it's not about only the place where the word is spoken though he refers to Albany, Oregon. It refers to any person or place who will grab hold of the prophecies and war in the spirit for the prophecy to come to pass in their own lives.
We need grace at this time with the world economy appearing as it is. Otherwise we might tend to see anything BUT grace as we watch, read, or listen to the news. But grace often comes disguised as something that would appear as opposite of grace - until we look back and see the good things the Lord has done.
Be encouraged. Kim is a prophet who has come to America (and the earth) to speak kindly in this age of grace that is coming upon the land. In fact, we are to pray that GOD'S Kingdom will COME ON THE WHOLE EARTH and we are to pray it daily.

"Restoration is Going to Take Place Quickly!"
Prophesied on January 17, 2009 - Albany, Oregon at Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church:
I Hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, "Restoration"
I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, "Restoration." Many have heard the words that restoration shall come but, "Albany, I have looked upon this house and on the people that have gone away discouraged, but," God said, "I can find worth in you and value to bring you and shine you and take you as a crown of victory and show it to angelic hosts."
God is doing something called restoration. A prophet is not to come necessarily to preach. But a prophet comes with a word of the Lord to tell us what God has in store for us. And if it didn't happen before, perhaps it was because of the hardness of men's hearts, because the Bible says in Hebrews, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4: "I promised them that they would enter My rest if they would not harden their hearts, but they hardened their hearts and they did not enter My rest" (paraphrased).
And so the promise remained for some other person, some other generation. Maybe He has said to us before He would bring great restoration, and maybe because of the hardness of our heart it didn't happen, not because of the inaccuracy of the prophet or prophetic word.
People are watching right now by Internet by the thousands, and you are feeling, literally, a feeling in your room wherever you are sitting: "If that miracle is available to me, if..." God is saying tonight, "And if I could find some value in the earth, if I could take some dust and find some value in it and create a human being, then I can find some value in the one you're praying for right now, or the thing you're praying for."
I don't care if it seems like it's dead; I don't care if your business seems to be falling to pieces. I personally believe tonight that God is breathing upon whatever at this moment looks as if it is dead; looks as if it has no life. I want you to raise your hands, for those of you watching on the Internet, I want you to get the power for the prophetic word is coming to you.
Restoration Shall Take Place Quickly!
Just as that plane took off at Long Island, as that plane took off in New York, turned around, and everybody thought, "It's over," but God said, "Everyone was alive." So it shall be with the United States of America and the economy of this nation! Do not laugh when the prophet tells you there is no recession. For the Kingdom of God has no recession!
And I was standing prophesying to you, because it seems like churches are taking off and suddenly they are coming down, and everybody's saying, "It's all over for America, our business was taking off and suddenly it took a dive."
But God said, "That plane represents the United States of America; that plane represents churches; that plane represents moves of God that took off rapidly, and suddenly it stalled. But," God said, "they turned around and landed in the river to be a testimony that, within seconds, 150 people were out." So what's that got to do with us? I'm telling you tonight that there is a restoration that is going to take place so quickly!
I was speaking to the stewardess, and she says it takes 45 minutes to board that plane, but it took 30 seconds for them to get 150 people off! This is what the Spirit of God says to you and says to many of you: "It took off, it seemed good, everybody was praising, everybody was rejoicing...then you heard the bad news, 'It's stalling, it's going down, it's going to go under, nobody's going to survive.'" God says, "The word that I give to you is that every single one that has called upon My name will survive and they will survive quickly, and it shall be raised up as a testimony of My glory in 2009," says the Lord!
I don't think you realize what God is saying. The move of God that fell and crashed - nothing falls and crashes without God bringing survivors. You know what He said to me? 2009 is a year of very highly unusual miracles (it started last year). Things that have never ever happened before will begin to happen and we began to sing this song:
"This has never ever happened before, this has never ever happened before. It's a miracle, a supernatural miracle!"
Your economy will recover, but it shall recover rapidly. "God, that is completely ridiculous." Oh, yes? So is a plane that takes off and 45 seconds later is landing on water and everybody survived! That's also strange, isn't it?
This night the Lord says, "If you receive My word, if you receive My prophetic word, if you receive the prophet and you say 'yes,'" - I believe that this word of restoration means a quick recovery - "then it shall happen. For there shall be a death in 2010 and they shall say, 'What is this death?' It is the death of debt! They shall say, 'There has been a death and it is the death of debt!' There is going to be a funeral before the early part of 2010 and you will bury debt in this nation. You will bury debt in your own lives." God's going to bring about a death of debt!
Non-Visual Perception - What Is It?
You are facing a great adversary. In our lives when we are facing a great adversary, we think in terms of "something's wrong, we've done something wrong." But not the apostle Paul. The apostle Paul had non-visual perception. What is non-visual perception? It's perception that goes beyond the measurement of your five senses. And he received his information from a light that blinded his eyes but fed him information. "This is where I want you to go next, I want you to go into the city, go into a street called Straight Street and go into a house that is owned by Judas and wait there, for it shall be told to you." He had confusion. He had nothing but suddenly non-visual light, invisible light.
You may think this is crazy, but there is invisible motion and there in an invisible light that exists right next to you, all around your house, in your business. The fact is we are not perceiving this. Paul, the apostle, who was not Paul at the time, was struck down by a shining light, blinded his eyes, and suddenly he had non-visual perception. He heard information that led him to become the greatest apostle who wrote three quarters of the New Testament. That's the kind of information that you and I need. That's the kind of information that God's releasing in this day and in this age. We are prophets of the new age. We are not prophets of the old age, we are prophets of the new age. (Note: Kim is not referring to the New Age Movement. He's referring to a new age in time and an Age of Grace).
"I Want You to Spread Throughout the Earth, I Want You to Multiply!"
Every move of God that seemed to collapse...no, God takes what was valuable and places it all over and disperses it so that others can get it as well. All the disciples were stuck in Jerusalem. Jesus said, "I want you to go to Judea and to the uttermost parts of the earth," but no, not them, they wanted to stay there. And those that stayed were torn down and destroyed.
I want you to know they were building a tower. God said to the people, "I want you to spread throughout the earth, I want you to multiply. I want you to have dominion. I want you to subdue the earth. I want you to spread abroad." But no, not them, they decided to build a tower which top would reach into Heaven, and they were stuck in one place. And what happened was that God came and confused their language; He caused confusion so that they would move out.
God does not want us stuck in one place. He doesn't want a move of God stuck in one place. He doesn't want the ark of the covenant in somebody's house. He wants the ark of the covenant to be available to the nations of the world, and He doesn't necessarily need the nations to come to us, it must go to the nations. That's what's happening.
No limits anymore. God is going to do one miracle after the other - unusual, unknown miracles for you and your house! This has never ever happened before! Now is the time, now is the season!
"Bad Reports are Being Turned Around"
I was coming to the meeting tonight and God spoke to me, and I said these words to my team; I said, "You know, if there was no such thing as the Kingdom of God then I would have absolutely no pleasure in what I'm doing because it would be a church or society that is an organization for a cause."
We are not an organization for a cause. What is happening in this building is being written on the stones of this nation, on the hearts of men to be reproduced and it is going out into the spirit world and being released throughout the nations of the earth. It's not only happening because of the light of the Gospel of Christ or the glory of God, but because God's given us technology to be able to do it and now, right now all over the world, in all parts of the earth!
I hear God saying, "Bad reports are being turned around; reports that are negative about your body, about your health are being turned around right now." What has been reported negatively is going to be turned around for many of you and many of the millions of people that are trusting God!
