There is an intensity in the spirit...from the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD. No one knows for sure what we will see, or witness, or experience on 08-08-08 or on 08-16-08 when THE CALL DC will be held. But we know that whether we see something in the natural or not, God is taking our prayers and fasting and mixing them together, and we will see the results, if not immediately, VERY SOON.

"A MAJOR SHIFT HAS BEGUN! Plus a word for TEXAS"
The following words were given by both Bobby Conner and John Mark Pool at Eastgate Ministries in Houston, Texas, on August 3, 2008.
A MAJOR NATIONAL SHIFT HAS BEGUN...and it will continue and crescendo on 08-16-08 as this shift moves onward in 2008 like never experienced before!
John Mark Pool: As I (John Mark Pool) am on my way at this moment to Washington, D.C., a brief report came that a "Major Shift" has occurred in the Heavenlies, as Bobby Conner and I released this same prophetic Word of God over our country?from East Gate Ministries at?the ranch in Texas that sustained the Longhorn Breed! Both of us decreed the same word for the shift that has now taken place in our year, yet has even occurred more in this time of 08-08 (August 2008). Bobby arrived in Houston from Austin, the capital of Texas, and I had just arrived from Baton Rouge, the capital of Louisiana. We are on the road to many people decreeing this major shift into destiny, especially from THE CALL DC that will occur on 08-16-08 in Washington, D.C.
Living as God's Children and Heirs
Bobby Conner: "For in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power..." Colossians 2:9-10 KJV
We in Christ should be lacking absolutely nothing. According to Colossians 2:9, Jesus possesses all the unbounded powers and attributes of God. That means it is now time for us to move into the lifestyle of living as His children and His heirs. We are the ones who must now take the land and advance the Kingdom of God on Earth as it is in Heaven. This is the time for Kingdom Citizens to live in the "completeness" of Christ, lacking in nothing!
Gideon was threshing wheat down in a winepress. The angel of the Lord did not announce Gideon as a "wimp!" No, he was addressed as "a mighty man of valor," or as a "valiant warrior." God sees us as His own, and we must now view ourselves as God has already made us!
Today God has called His people as valiant warriors to possess the Kingdom of God. He has prepared every gift and implement necessary for us to take dominion and multiply. We are not waiting on God; He has already equipped us with every tool and implement necessary.
God has given us implements to accomplish this process today. This is a season to go in and take what is ours. We must use the instruments of the Lord and not man. The Lord has given us the 1) torch, 2) scepter, and 3) sword.
The Instruments of the Lord
Bobby Conner: First, the torch of the Lord is being transferred to us with the Fire of God. His fire is burning out the impurities and burning us up for the Love of the Father. The world is ready for this new wave of God's burning passion of the love of God. They want to have us demonstrate the Father's love to them.
Second, the scepter has God's favor on the end of it and for those who want it, this is an extreme season of the favor of the Lord. Just as Esther risked her life giving her all for her people to go before the king and receive his "scepter of favor," so are we to give our all and go before the King to get all the favor we need to further His Kingdom.
And, third, is the sword of the Lord. We have seen the sword wielded incorrectly at times and it has left much carnage behind in the Church. Today, we must have the love and the alignments with God's Word on handling His sword correctly, to divide asunder the joint from the marrow and even go in and discern the very intents of the heart. The sword of the Lord will always cut away the carnal to reveal the heart of the Father's will and ways by His Word.
If we embrace the sword now with the maturity of the Lord's Word and wisdom of our leaders, we will get the Kingdom advanced wherever we send the sword of God's Word. Remember, God's Word will go in and accomplish what it is sent to do and will not return unto us void.
God is a very lavish God and there is nothing He will withhold from those who walk uprightly with Him. We must embrace Psalm 119:30 for this season: "I have chosen the way of truth: Thy judgments have I laid before me" (KJV).
How to Go Forth and Prosper as His People
Bobby Conner: We have seen enough of the examples of Laodicea found in Revelation 3:14. The word Laodicea really means "governed by the group." We must now begin to understand and live according to the sovereign rule of God, who controls the kingdoms of all the world.
The Kingdom of God is not ruled by the opinions of the masses. Our assignment is to bring the heart and will of the Father to the Earth - to fulfill the Kingdom mandates of His Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven.
God is now wanting a people to be the overcomers that carry the character and integrity of the Father's heart. We must now possess the passion of the Father's heart of love for His creation. There is a new wave of love being released this season as never before. We must have the love of God to touch a desperate world. They will know us by His love!
We are to now take dominion and multiply God's will and not the ways of man that are governed by the groups. We must rely upon the Holy Spirit to give us the anointing to accomplish God's plan, not continue to be "governed by the groups."
God is a good God and He wants to always restore. We are now in a time of shifting into receiving the "prophet's reward." That is a restoration of the original intent or better than before. God is telling us today we must, "Believe in the LORD your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper" (2 Chronicles 20:20 NKJV).
This is a season to go forth and prosper as His people. We are in a shift to get all that God wants - if we will believe His Word and act upon this time of favor and alignments of His destiny for His Kingdom advancement. We can rely upon Isaiah 49:9 as a good source to live by:
"That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places." Isaiah 49:9
A Season of Favor and Anointing to Accomplish Much for the Nation and the World
John Mark Pool: God is now imparting a "Kingdom Seed Impartation" to go into His land and get the Bride that He wants. Since Abraham was given the Covenant from God to be a Father of many nations, he did not doubt that his servant, Eliezer, would bring a perfect bride - Rebekah - for his son, Isaac. Today, we must allow the elder leaders to lay their hands on our hips and release a Kingdom Seed Impartation that will indeed cause us to get the "Bride that God wants" (see Genesis 24).
We are now in a season of God's extreme favor and anointing to accomplish much for the nation and the world. Our nation has given up too much ground for the enemy, and God has prepared us by His voices, the prophets, to be able to go in and indeed make ready the Bride of Christ. Decree that your atmosphere is aligned with the Heart of the Father's!
Bobby Conner: God is rewarding the ones who overcome. We are returning to the passion of the love of the Father's heart for His own people. Most have never really received a genuine revelation of the Father of God for their own intimate walk with Him. We must now move from glory to glory.
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." 2 Corinthians 3:18
John Mark Pool: This is now occurring as the story of Abraham was displayed in Genesis 24 in acquiring a bride for Isaac. All the parties had to have a deep, proven track record of service that developed trust. The Father trusts us and loves us, yet the longer and more we serve Him, the sweeter we grow. Abraham was a trusted "father" that Isaac had grown to know by Abraham's love for God and for himself. "Eliezers" are also to be raised up today by the leaders to be trusted to go and get the Bride.
Remember that Eliezer did not start with Abraham last week. We are now being shifted into training centers that will train and align the "servants of the Lord" as really-trusted mantle-carriers, demonstrated by Eliezer's heart to pray and obey the instructions of his leader, Abraham.
We are in a very intense time of Kingdom Shift that will move all the Apostolic and Prophetic mandates and words for seasons into the order God has desired to see His Kingdom increased. The enemy has been really stirred up in all this, but greater is He that is within you than he that is within the world! God is bigger, better and stronger than any devil that will want to intimidate you during this time of shift for Possessing our Gates. We must not give in to our soul's desire to rest at a time of intense breakthrough that has taken decades to get us here!
THE CALL DC IS NOT A CASUAL AFFAIR!
John Mark Pool: This is not a time to be casual about the next couple of weeks ahead. Much is occurring now in the spirit realm and the dates of August 8, 9, and 16 are of paramount importance in the Kingdom of God.
Other prophets are confirming these dates, and today is the day to be vigilant, be sober, be ready, and in much intercession for completion of God's destiny for our nation, our capital and the election year for God's choice to govern the United States of America. This is the time that can cause all the enemy's plans to be destroyed and God's Kingdom advanced - to shift our nation into the "one nation under God" that it was established upon.
An Open Heaven Over Texas
Bobby Conner & John Mark Pool: We are seeing an open Heaven today as we decree this Kingdom authority from Texas. Yes, there is an open Heaven in Texas - even at the location of the little church (Eastgate Ministries) out in a cow pasture on a historical Houston, Texas ranch. It is by signs and wonders. God is displaying this move through many miracles, signs and wonders in this season.
John Mark Pool: Just as many of the recent leaders across Texas have prophesied, that includes the I-35 corridor, God is indeed bringing them to pass. There have been many meetings in Dallas, Denton, Amarillo and Houston, Texas which highlight that God is up to something "as big as Texas" for the nation! I see a "drive" up from the "salt grass" of the Houston coastal regions, up through the I-35 corridor, up through the nation, straight up to Canada.
The eyes of Texas are upon the nation, and God is about to take all the Texas Apostles and Prophets to complete a destiny that God has preserved for such a time as this! They are leading a major spiritual "cattle drive" up to the Midwest! Kansas, you may be famous for revival, but you will be on fire again in this drive!
The nations will get this word! Just receive it and decree it now over you and your family! As I write this, I am seeing Prophetic Training Centers rising up across the nation to fulfill the demand to get the young company of Prophets correctly trained and aligned! This is what God has prophesied through many of the prophets this past year! Training is about to be unleashed in the U.S. and the Nations in a most accountable and unprecedented format! Get in, get trained, get out and go "get 'em!" Amen!
Bobby Conner: I am about to open up one of my first prophetic training courses soon, beginning right here in Houston, Texas! We must take this training to the hungry across our land.
Get In Your Armor of God and Possess Your Gates, Land and Kingdom Inheritance
John Mark Pool: This is the time to be in your Armor of God, suited up to go in and possess your Gates, your Land and your Kingdom Inheritance! This is your time of getting what God said you are supposed to have! I see the leaders of the voices of God riding horses and leading an army of God to bring in a huge "roundup" for God's Kingdom. Cowboy boots are going to be in high fashion and you need to get you some spurs, too!
It has been a long journey on this Apostolic/Prophetic trail drive, and the elders are ready to stoke the fires and pass out scrolls and mantles that will be orders and saddle blankets. We are to circle the wagons in the power of agreement in prayer in Washington, D.C. God wants us to be desperate for Him.
The nation is ready to see a major shift that no group has yet been able to complete. God is calling us to join together in the power of the Unity of the Body of Christ to break all the walls and barriers down. Walls of any form of prejudice, walls of selfishness, walls of gender prejudices in Kingdom leadership - walls of any form that allow a "competitive spirit" and a spirit of exclusivity to grow in the Churches.
We are ready to seek God and complete a major day of destiny in Washington, D.C., so that the world will know that we are Christians by our love. Love does not seek its own way above others. Love will turn the hearts of this nation's children back to the Father, and for sure the Father is turning His heart towards us in this major season of shifting for 2008. It is now here!

Prophetic Word for the Nation
John Mark Pool: "This is a major shifting time for the Kingdom Possessors! It is no time to hold back! This is our time; come on and intercede, come into the unity of the Lord in the Love of Jesus, show the Nation there is now a fabric of God's Coat of Many Colors that will adorn our country in the Love of Jesus.
And it will be a wave of His Love and Power that is about to shift us into a destiny that will turn not only the face of the Nation's Capital, but this year's elections will be established in the next couple of weeks! Do NOT relent! Do NOT give up ground to the enemy! This is the shift we have been decreeing, and it is at our Gates in 2008!"
PROPHETIC DESTINY IS ABOUT TO BE FULFILLED!
John Mark Pool: As a "native Texan," God gave me a prophecy nearly 30 years ago from East Texas, that when I stand on the Nation's Capital and release the words of Freedom, it will be a timing to fulfill a New Day in the Kingdom of God! That is about to happen! Destiny is in the process of time and obedience this week. You will have many words come to pass as God's promised; He will complete it! Get ready, get ready, and stay ready!
I will decree this and blow the shofar on the Nation's Capital on 08-08-08 and be attending and supporting The Call on 08-16-08! Thanks for your prayers and support!
