Clement: "UNUSUAL BREAKTHROUGHS IN OCTOBER--AND POLITICAL UPHEAVAL IN THE
GOVERNMENT"
 I
now know three or four prophets that speak at a very high government level.
Sometimes, it's directly TO the government and sometimes, it's simply decreed
concerning government. These are only the ones I KNOW about. Consider the fact
that there are probably MANY more than the ones I'm aware of who speak to the
government.
If the OLD TESTAMENT had prophets who prophesied to governments, how much MORE
might we expect to see that increase at an even-higher level in today's NEW
TESTAMENT era--of prophets speaking to governments.
God always grows in what He does, says, and decrees through His people. Except
for short periods, He never decreases what He speaks. God is ever-expanding what
HE DOES.
He is always looking for someone to stand in the gap, or for someone through
whom He can speak regarding His Secrets.
Put succinctly, God LOVES to tell His Own Secrets!

 "The
month of October has been set aside for various unusual miracles. The month of
October has been set aside for unusual manifestations of the Spirit." God
says, "If you are prepared for it, you better start doing
something unusual, so that I can do something unusual. You better do something
crazy, so that I can do something crazy because you're going to command My
blessing."
I Will Fully Release the New Source of Energy
God said to me, "The
big 'E," and I said to the Lord, "What about it?" He said,
"I'm going to show you more, and in this year, there are
going to be Christian businessmen that are going to prosper because of it."
I would go to God and He'd say, "I'm not going to tell you
everything yet. I'm going to give you piece by piece." And He said to me,
"I'm going to reveal to you and only to My warriors
because they are the few that listen."
Then God said to me, "I'm going to take you to a source,
and I'm going to place you in front of him." I never realized that it
would be Vice President Dick Cheney. I had no clue that he had anything to do
with energy. God said, "I will place you before him, and
when the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom steps down, I will fully release
the new source of energy to the United States of America."
You may say, "What does Prime Minister Tony
Blair have to do with the release?" God says, "It will be
a sign that this will happen first. You will meet someone and give him a word
regarding betrayal amongst politicians." The enemy wants to stop that man
from touching me even if it's only for two minutes. God said to me,
"As I released you when you met the President into a new
level of political expression, so when you meet the Vice President not only will
he be blessed by what you tell him about one of his grandchildren," but
He said, "there will be something that you will receive in
your spirit."
There's Going
to be a Political Upheaval
God did say to me,
"Kim get ready, there's going to be a political upheaval, there's going to be a
betrayal amongst politicians. There will be a betrayal which will involve the
Vice President of this nation." God said, "Do not
fear, because where ever truth resides, you will be there" (speaking of
Dick Cheney).
God says, "Because of truth, it will come forth and there
will be victory. Then the new source of energy will rapidly unfold and whoever
has tried to stop it will be found out." There is something that somebody
knows that must be stopped immediately. God told me to prophesy it because He is
about to tell you--fossil fuels we've wasted our time, we've wasted our money,
too much energy. God says, "It's going to be taken away
with this new thing that is coming."
This nation will not be brought to nothing,
but will be in its greatest place, it will prosper and be abundant, and the
church will flourish, and once again they will send the missionaries and
prophets throughout the earth so that God will prove Himself again for the
people and for this nation.
The Sword of the Lord and of Gideon
The Spirit of God says,
"Listen to Me, and listen to the Word of the Lord. The
sword of Gideon became the sword of the Lord and of Gideon. It was not just the
sword of Gideon." God says, "When Gideon held the
sword, it was the sword of Gideon. Men began to understand that Gideon had no
power by himself. Therefore, the declaration was made, the sword of the Lord and
of Gideon."
God says, "I have a
sword in the eternal place which could be yours as well. Gideon did not believe
Me. I sent an angel. I sent the sign of the fire. I sent the sign of the fleece.
I sent the sign of him tearing down the gods' in his father's house, but he did
not believe until I took him to those he was going to destroy. He heard the
words, 'This is none other than the sword of Gideon.'"
God said, "I took
that sword, My sword, and partook with Gideon only when Gideon refused to fear;
when fear had left him he lived. When fear left him he was free. The sword of
the Lord and the sword of Gideon. The sword of the Lord and the sword of
Detroit. The sword of the Lord and the sword of Michigan. The sword of the Lord
and the sword of America."
Such Victories
for the Month of October
God says, "Take it,
do not fear, rise up, for even as you do something unusual and do something out
of the ordinary, I will come forth and do something out of the ordinary. I have
commanded a blessing of multiplication through the summer months, and it has
already begun. Your moment is now gaining momentum, it can not be stopped.
Nothing can stop the momentum now. It is increasing, it is growing."
"Rejoice," says the Lord,
"for it shall surely be yours to enjoy." The spirit of God says,
"I declare that the month of October be another unusual
month. There will be many things, for I opened up the Heavens, for my prophet
saw it. He sang it, 'Open up the Heavens.'" The Heavens were opened, and
God says, "There were keys that were released. For the
month of October such victories, victories that are sweet, sweet to the taste."

There Are Walls
Coming Down
The Spirit of God says,
"Your shout is no longer yours, it is the shout of the
Lord most High." The Spirit of God says, "Walls are
coming down, spiritual forces in high places are coming down. A strong
controlling spirit has entered into many kings, and it is being brought to
nothing," says the Spirit of God. "There are three
walls that are coming down." The Spirit of God says,
"There are walls coming down, there are spiritual forces
being destroyed. There are walls coming down that will give you victory and give
you breakthrough."
"Enough of yesterday's control." The Spirit of God
says, "There are three major walls and forces in high
places that are desperately seeking for a place of habitation. You are not
welcome here," says the Spirit of God. "These
forces that have looked upon you with hatred are now looking upon you with
terror. These forces that have looked upon you with control are now looking upon
you with subduing hearts of fear and trembling."
What Has Been
Taken Away From You, I Will Multiply It
"Your
children must step into this next sphere and level, and your grandchildren must
step into it for the salvation of this nation," says the Spirit of God.
God says, "I am raising up a brand new generation of
prophets, apostles, teachers, evangelists, pastors, businessmen, exhorters, and
miracle workers."
"New realms of miracle power are being released upon the
United States of America." I'm standing on this chair because the Spirit
of God says, "Look at the tops of the people."
There are sparks, there are fires, there are little flames above each person
that I clearly see. There is a fresh baptism going to take place.
The Spirit of God says,
"What has been taken away from you, I will multiply it.
The summer has come to an end, but the heat will continue, why?, because there
is a baptism of fire. Do not speak to Me of global warming, I am the Lord God.
Please do not attempt to teach Me. There is a fire in the spirit realm that will
keep it warm."
 Rejoice
for the Anointings Coming Upon You
"The month of October
will be a month of unusual breakthroughs. What you are not able to touch and
take, will be taken easily. Spoil has been set before you. Your enemies have run
in seven different directions. Now the weak shall be strong. Now the poor shall
be rich. The sick shall be healed. The time of death is over," now God
says, "It's time for life to take over. There are four
major anointings that are being released upon the earth and in this nation."
The Spirit of God says,
"I'm giving back to you the Spirit of Daniel. I'm giving
back to you the Spirit of Joseph. I'm giving back to you the Spirit of Enoch and
Elijah. I'm giving you back the Spirit of Isaiah. Prepare yourself for the
market place, for the day has come for a fresh baptism of the Spirit."
The Spirit of God says, "I'm consuming the enemies of the
people of God. The tumors, the growths, the things that doctors cannot heal; I
am giving you the power to come through this and not lay your head to rest."
The Spirit of the Lord says, "Rejoice greatly for these
anointings that are coming upon you and your house, and your children shall
drive you to a higher place," says the Lord.
A Host of Angels Are Coming to This Nation
God says, "Let the
trumpet sound. I will make a way for you. There's an angel I have sent to listen
to you. There's an angel I have sent to listen to your prayers. There is a Host
I have sent to this nation. They are listening to you. There's a host of angels
that I have commanded that are coming into this nation at this time. There's an
angel assigned to you and is listening to you. They have heard the sound of
life. They have heard the sound of love."
"There's an angel I
have sent to you tonight with a call. It's the call of Isaiah. It's the call
that Isaiah felt on his lips. There's a fire of the Holy Ghost I have sent to
you. The nation of America will rejoice as the victory is near, not far, but
it's near. There's an angel sent just for you. There's another I have sent,
something is in his hands for every one of you," says the Lord.ÂÂ
The Best Years
of Our Life Are Upon Us
The mantle of Elijah
has come. It has come for your children to hear, for your children to know that
something unusual is about to happen. For your children to know that the best
years of their life are upon them. There's a Holy, Holy shaking. Your children's
children, they will know that the best years of their life is upon them."
God says, "The mantle of Elijah has been released. The
portion has come upon this generation. The best years of our life are upon us. I
want every one of you to know that I will keep My Word. Tonight as you stand
before Me, as you take the call of fire. I will make you aware of My Presence
today. I am touching your soul, your hearts, and your families."

Open Up Your
Mouth and Command the Blessing
God says, "Command My
blessing. As I have commanded it into the atmosphere, so must you command it in
this place, in this house, in your family. I want you to command Me." God
said, "I will do exactly what I have commanded the
Heavens. Open your mouth and command the blessing upon your children, command
the blessing upon your families, command the blessing upon your bodies, and
surely, it will come to pass," says the Spirit of the Living God.
The day of bramble bush preachers and leaders is coming to an end. God's
raising up a special kind of woman in this day and age that is going to use the
Rock, Christ Jesus, to destroy the principalities and the powers that have taken
advantage of them in religion.
There is a Word in the atmosphere from God. There is a very unusual prosperity
that is coming to the body of Christ, not to the earth, to the body of Christ.
God says, "In this next great move of the Spirit, the
blessing of finances and material things are going to be captured by the Church
first." God is raising up and preparing people for a tremendous harvest.
The season of multiplication has definitely come upon us. Your life will
never be the same. Changes are going to take place in the month of October.
You will see things happen that you did
not believe would happen and they are going to begin to take place in October.
