As the battle of prayer and perseverance rages in the heavens over the destiny of souls and nations, the Spirit of God utters timely prophecies which, when perceived by our own spirit, will guide and guard us in the coming days. The prophetic word quoted below was received by Pastor John Mulinde, a national spiritual leader from Nigeria, in March of 1996, and was shared since then.

PASTOR MULINDE PROPHESIES

When John was with us in Jerusalem last year and shared the word, the clarity, resoluteness, and compassion which emanated from his spirit bore witness to our hearts and drew the local saints higher in the intercessory call. I trust this word will help shape and sharpen your intercession as well, though its style is somewhat abrupt, as it was transcribed from a spoken message.

PASTOR JOHN MULINDE PROPHESIES

"I saw a land and knew this to be Israel. I saw the structures, the buildings, the cities etc. Above this all were rain clouds, heavy rain clouds, and there was a windstorm in the land, it was blowing across it like a whirlwind. In some areas it was breaking rocks from off the mountains which came tumbling down, with stones and huge trees being carried in the air by the power of this storm.

JEWS AND ARABS ALIKE

The storm was breaking some of the buildings, and as I was watching, the rain was coming down and it was heavy. Buildings and bridges were breaking up and I saw people running for shelter whom I recognized to be Jews and Arabs. I also saw small houses, and I understood these to belong to believers in the land as they were standing outside, beckoning the others to come inside. They, in turn, were running in; Jews and Arabs alike.

There were no separate houses for Arabs and for Jews. They were all running into the same places. And I was wondering in this vision why the houses are not getting full. The people were pushing themselves into the houses, yet they were not getting full.

HE WILL SHEPHERD HIS FLOCK

Then the vision disappeared and I saw a scripture: "Therefore, He will give them up until the time when she who is in labor has borne a child. Then the remainder of His brethren will return to the sons of Israel. And He will arise and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will remain, because at that time He will be great to the ends of the earth." (Micah 5:3,4)

I understood from this when I was in prayer, that the storm and the rain were different. The wind/storm was the power of darkness that was moving from the nations of the world to Israel, and there was going to be a time of great turmoil in Israel. And I understood the rain to be God's outpouring of His Spirit, Who is about to be poured out upon the land.

MISCONCEPTIONS OF GOD TO FALL

The Spirit of God will cause many misconceptions about God to fall away, and God will cause the people of the land, Jews and Arabs alike, to see the Messiah as He truly is, and many shall give their lives to the Almighty God. He is also going to release a new understanding, a new revelation of Yeshua (His face) to the nations of the world. It's going to cause us to drop various theologies, etc., that we have held and which hindered us from moving into the fullness of God and His purposes. As we behold Him, we should drop all things and commit ourselves to Him.

There is going to be a seeing of who Christ is, so powerfully and vivid. It is going to cause a one hundred percent commitment to Jesus by believers in the nations. And because the enemy understands that a breakthrough in Israel is going to cause a breakthrough in the nations, resistance is going to come in from the nations; powers of darkness from every nation of the world.

WHAT "SHE" TRUSTS IN WILL LET HER DOWN

Israel is heading toward a time of great isolation. Everything she trusts in: military power, economic power, and political power, all are going to let her down as she is going to try it but it is not going to work. The time is coming that the inhabitants of the land will cry out to God and say: You are our only hope, will you come and help us? Whatever the cost, we need the Messiah. (Matthew 23:37 - 39)

BREAKING THE BONDAGE OF ISLAM AND JUDAISM

And, as the cry goes out in travail (Micah's prophecy), Israel shall be abandoned until she who travails gives birth. As the travail shall go out of the nation of Israel, God shall cause His Spirit to begin to come down upon the land. As this happens, the people shall find peace and rest in the Lord. There is going to be a breaking of the bondage of Islam and of the bondage of Judaism; they will begin to give their lives to the Lord, and to discover their inheritance in the Lord.

The new revelation will be revealed, but how does this relate to us as the nations? There is going to be a shaking because of the bondages that have accumulated over the last 2000 years; a shaking in order to break those bondages. In their desperation, people will start to discover God, and there will be a great harvest of souls.

THE CHURCH AS WE KNOW IT TO BE TORN APART

There will be a suffering of judgment because of the way the nations related to the Jewish people. Many nations will turn away. God calls us to be a holy priesthood in our lands for the preservation of our nations. The Church itself is going to be shaken drastically, and the understanding of the church as we know it, is going to be torn apart as it has been a hindrance to receive the fullness of God.

The things we held dear are going to let us down. We are going to find a desperate voice crying out: Lord, we only want you. We will see Jesus in a new way, a new revelation. As Israel suffers isolation and rejection by the nations, the church is going to suffer intense persecution, and there is going to be a rejection of people who are standing in the Word of God. Many believers will choose compromise to escape persecution, but those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits.

FOR THOSE WHO STAND WITH ISRAEL

The destiny of our nations lies in the hands of those who are standing as priests (watchmen) before God. To live in the full counsel of God is essential (Him being the first love of our heart), otherwise we will not be preserved. We are going to provide for the redemption of our lands by making a stand for Israel. Judgment is coming over the nations on the issue of Israel, but when we stand with Israel it will release GRACE. End quote.

I pray that this prophetic witness arms and equips you, dear soldiers of prayer, as you watch over your own nation, and mine, from this priestly intercessory position. For thus the Lord, the God of Israel, says to me, "Take this cup of the wine of wrath from My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it And you shall say to them, 'thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, 'drink, be drunk, vomit, fall, and rise no more because of the sword which I will send among you ' A clamor has come to the end of the earth, because the Lord has a controversy with the nations. He is entering into judgment with all flesh; as for the wicked, He has given them to the sword, declares the Lord "Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'behold, evil is going forth from nation to nation, and a great storm is being stirred up from the remotest parts of the earth.'" (Jeremiah 25:15-32 NASB)

May the Lord help you to be steadfast, holding the line with us, till all these things are fulfilled.

A WITNESS OF AMAZING GRACE TO THOSE WHO STAND WITH JERUSALEM

The following letter arrived into my mailbox just a few days ago, and I share it in this forum for God's glory only. The sender is a faithful and reliable pastor from Southern England who STOOD WITH US in past gatherings and breakthroughs, and his short testimony is a genuine faith builder. His reference to the Cranborne Conference is to an open-air electrifying gathering of thousands of British intercessors and worshipers in the fields of Dorset County nearly three years ago.

His letter says:

"Dear Reuven. I thought you would like to know this. One of my Church members watched the Cranborne Conference on the "God channel" (Christian TV station) where you spoke God's blessing over the fields of Dorset. It has been brought to our attention that Dorset County is the only county in the UK where the dreadful foot-and-mouth disease is non-existent. Everywhere else there is the mass slaughter of over half a million infected animals taking place. Praise the Lord!"

We do not praise the Lord for the suffering and horror associated with this near biblical plague, though some would argue that He is to be praised for that as well, rather we thank God for confirming the word of His servants who spoke under the anointing and by faith. Let your own faith arise, reach for the same anointing which is able to break every yoke, and let your mouth declare what your spirit hears.
