FROM STEVE'S DESK:
 Dear ElijahStreams Family,
It's Steve here!
First, I want to THANK YOU again for all your prayers, love, and encouragement as I've been recovering from my surgery! Derene and I are SO grateful for each and every one of you!
And I've got GOOD NEWS... I'm feeling better and BETTER each day! God has been incredibly faithful through this journey, and I'm so grateful for all He has done!
I'm excited to share a few things that have been on my heart, some news that really caught my attention, and a few AMAZING ElijahStreams interviews you won't want to miss out on!
ON MY HEART THIS WEEK...
IT'S TIME FOR CHRISTIANS TO BE THE VOICE OF TRUTH!
I was really inspired by something Hank Kunneman shared on ElijahStreams this week! It REALLY stirred my heart... and I believe it's something we ALL need to hear!
Hank made a POWERFUL point... we've placed a responsibility on politicians that actually belongs to US as Christians! He said, "We are the voice of truth. We are the moral standard."
Think about that! Why are we looking to Washington to define what's right and wrong? God's Word has ALREADY given us the standard... on marriage, gender, family, and how we're to live!
I believe God is calling His people to rise up with NEW boldness! It's time to stand firm, speak the TRUTH in love, and let our LIGHT shine!

STEVE'S TAKE: QUICK HITS
Five Stories That Caught My Attention This Week!
1. TWO DAN SULLIVANS ON ALASKA'S BALLOT? WHAT?!
The New York Times reports operatives tied to Democrat Mary Peltola tried recruiting another random Dan Sullivan to run against Republican Senator Dan Sullivan! TWELVE sources, the former campaign manager, and internal texts provided proof! You know it must be bad when the liberal New York Times reports it. And Democrats have the nerve to accuse Trump of election interference??? Hmmm!
2. THE ALASKA STORY GETS EVEN STRANGER!
Get this... a random insurance manager in Alaska says a man with a spoofed phone number tried recruiting HIM to run for the Senate, promising wealthy donors, but refusing to reveal who was paying! Turns out, the mystery man who approached the insurance manager was a Democratic operative and Peltola campaign consultant! Friends, this is gutter politics! Americans deserve answers!
3. OBAMA CAMPAIGNS WITH A MAN WHO REVERES THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD!
Former President Obama appeared alongside Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, whose past statements of support concerning the Muslim Brotherhood are jarring, including "purging the police and purging the media." If he recommended it before, will El-Sayed do that again here in America?
4. EL-SAYED'S FAMILY HISTORY RAISES MORE QUESTIONS!
His sister posted about their mother's Muslim Brotherhood activism. His mother also worked for an Islamic charity that the FBI shut down over terrorism-financing. He's getting campaign donations from Muslim Brotherhood leaders. Should this guy be anywhere near matters of national security???
5. AMERICA'S ECONOMY GROWS 3.4%!
NOW THAT'S GOOD NEWS! America's economy grew at a rate that exceeded expectations. Consumer spending and investment helped drive growth. That means consumers are confident about America's economic outlook. A positive headline worth celebrating... yet why is mainstream media not celebrating?? I agree with Elon Musk when he posted, "Some fools still think the legacy news media is real."
