Steve Shultz on ElijahStreams
FROM STEVE'S DESK:
 Dear ElijahStreams Family,
Steve here... checking in with you all!
First, I wanted you to know how much we LOVE and appreciate each of you and your prayers... they've meant the world to me and Derene!
As I've been taking some time away from our regular shows to rest and recover... I've kept you in my thoughts and prayers... and along with you, I've been keeping on top of what's happening in America... there's so much going on!
AND... I wanted to share with you all an update: I plan on coming back to hosting sometime next week! I can't WAIT to be back with you all... and we can't THANK YOU enough for all of your prayers! God is so, so good!
I also wanted to check-in and share a few things that caught my eye this week on some recent ElijahStreams conversations you won't want to miss out on!
ON MY HEART THIS WEEK...
14 YEARS OF PRAYER... THEN GOD SUDDENLY SHOWED UP!
WOW, friends! If you've been praying for a prodigal son or daughter, your spouse, or friend, then you NEED to hear this AMAZING testimony from Kent and Candy Christmas!
For 14 YEARS... they prayed for their son, even as he drifted further and further from God. Then SUDDENLY, while he was getting ready to go PARTY, the Holy Spirit showed up in his apartment and told him... because of the prayers prayed over him, He was setting him FREE!
Their son's life was instantly and completely transformed! God sure loves doing those SUDDENLIES!
Friends, this should encourage us all with our loved ones... DON'T GIVE UP! Your child may be running from God, but they cannot outrun God's reach to them! Your prayers are never, NEVER wasted. Keep believing, keep praying, and NEVER underestimate what God can do... SUDDENLY!

STEVE'S TAKE: QUICK HITS
Five Stories That Caught My Attention This Week!
1. ILHAN OMAR'S HOME RAIDED! REMEMBER "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW"?
WOW! Federal agents searched Rep. Ilhan Omar's home over questions about her immigration records. Could she be deported? Remember what Omar said when the Biden-era FBI raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago home? She said, "No one is above the law!" Hmmm! Funny how those words come back around!
2. THE FBI TRACKED MELANIA AND TEENAGE BARRON TRUMP!
UNBELIEVABLE! Declassified documents reportedly show the Biden-era FBI tracked Melania and Barron's movements ahead of the Mar-a-Lago raid! Just think of the enormous price the ENTIRE Trump family has paid over the years. THANK YOU, Melania, Barron, and the Trump family, for your sacrifices to Make America Great Again!
3. JACK SMITH COLLECTED DATA ON 639,000 REPUBLICANS!
And it gets WORSE! Senator Chuck Grassley says Biden-era investigators collected personal information on at least 639,000 Republican supporters, reportedly including MAGA hat buyers! Since WHEN does buying a hat justify collecting someone's personal information? OUTRAGEOUS!
4. CHICK-FIL-A CEO STANDS BY BIBLICAL PRINCIPLE!
NOW THIS IS WHAT I LIKE TO SEE! NBC's Craig Melvin pressed Chick-fil-A CEO Andrew Cathy THREE TIMES about the company's Christian beliefs on Biblical marriage, that marriage is between a man and a woman. Cathy didn't take the bait! He stood firm, emphasizing Chick-fil-A's mission to GLORIFY GOD and serve customers. GOOD FOR HIM! Friends, let's never be ashamed of our faith!
5. HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS REFUSE TO BACK DOWN!
I LOVE THIS! About a dozen Washington high school girls WALKED AWAY from a cross-country race, protesting a biological male competing against them! Get this... the male athlete finished 76th in a boys' JV race, then switched to the girls' division, and finished FIRST in a varsity race! How is that FAIR? It's LUDICROUS! GOOD FOR these brave girls for standing up!

ONE LAST THING, FRIENDS...
I believe we're living in a PIVOTAL time in our nation's history! Don't be discouraged because... God is STILL moving, even when we can't see it! In fact, that's when He does His BEST work! I believe His plans for our nation are far from finished! Keep praying, keep believing, and NEVER give up! Our God is the God of SUDDENLIES!
Have a GREAT weekend! God bless you all!

P.S. – I want to make a special request to you that you remember ElijahStreams in your year-end giving. Remember the amazing prophets we are bringing to you, as well as the orphans we are helping and the fresh water wells we are drilling.
Look at this scripture Derene and I came across this morning: "God always blesses those who are kind to the poor and helpless. They're the first ones God helps when they find themselves in any trouble. The Lord will preserve and protect them. They'll be honored and esteemed while their enemies are defeated. When they are sick, lying upon their bed of suffering, God will restore them. He will raise them up again and restore them back to health. So in my sickness I say to you, 'Lord, be my kind healer. Heal my body and soul; heal me, God! For I have confessed my sins to You.'" (Psalm 41:1–4, TPT)
God BLESS YOU in your giving!
