Cross Pollination for Kingdom Synergy
I heard the Lord say, "Cross pollination for multiplication, reformation, and transformation." I knew He was speaking about Kingdom synergy.
We stand at the threshold of a "Kingdom tipping point" in the nations. This is a time for righteous leaders to rise and stand, legislating in their jurisdiction on earth according to Heaven's decrees. This is the time for apostolic builders, prophetic voices, five-fold leaders, governmental and market-place leaders, watchmen, and intercessors across generations to arise, align, and advance the Kingdom of God together in the power of Kingdom synergy. The Godhead is the ultimate example: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three in one, united as one—working in perfect Kingdom synergy.
At that moment, John 17:21–23 resonated in me: "that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. I have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and You in Me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that You sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me" (NIV).
A Multi-Dimensional Movement
This is more than a move; it is a multi-dimensional movement—a convergence of Kingdom leaders cross-pollinating gifts and callings through Kingdom collaboration. Its purpose is to unlock greater dimensions of generational legacy, multiplied Kingdom impact; cultivate maturity, reform the Body of Christ, transform society, and establish the government and Kingdom of God in the earth. This is not a time for isolation but a kairos time for convergence and collaboration. "Enlarge the place of your tent... do not hold back" (Isaiah 54:2 NIV). Generational Cross Pollination
In Genesis we see that the account of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob reveals a three-tiered generational legacy—grandfather, father, and son—rising as reformers and united as one intergenerational force in faith and obedience. We see many other examples of generational legacy in the Bible. In this hour, I see Kingdom teams forming—strategic combinations of leaders investing into the next generations, multiplying impact across regions and nations.
I see spiritual fathers and mothers across many nations engaging in strategic dialogue, building together in unique alignments. God is also calling fathers and mothers to nurture and raise up sons and daughters into maturity, who will in turn become the mothers and fathers of generational Kingdom builders, reformers, and transformers.
I heard the Lord say, "Transformed to transform."
"'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts." (Zechariah 4:6 NKJV)
Cross-Functional Kingdom Teams: The Sound of Synergy and Mantles Merging
A sudden surge of divine collaboration is emerging, marked by unusual alignments and cross pollination. The Lord is assembling cross-functional Kingdom teams across nations, denominations, generations, five-fold leaders, the seven spheres of influence, worshipers, watchmen, and prayer movements. Be ready to "unite and ignite" like never before. It will cost you something. Be prepared to die to self to make room for Kingdom synergy and the sound of mantles merging.
An "Iron Sharpens Iron" Kingdom Synergy
We stand at a "Kingdom tipping point." Do not shrink back; lean into Jesus through the shift and new alignments. As you unite with cross-functional Kingdom teams, prepare for an "iron sharpens iron" transformational season designed to prepare you to merge mantles and unlock new levels of Kingdom inheritance, generational legacy, and establishing the Kingdom of God. We, the army of the Lord, will advance as one in Kingdom synergy.
I see myriads of angels stationed over nations, positioned to partner with Heaven's decrees.

We declare no more small thinking; let convergence override isolation, synergy replace solo assignments, and mantles merge for multiplication, reformation, and transformation.
We Call Forth...
• Fathers and mothers to take your posts as seasoned leaders. Nurture, raise, and equip next generation Kingdom leaders to become mature mothers and fathers of generations to come.
• The activation of cross-collaboration within the seven mountains: government, family, education, business, media arts/entertainment, health, and the Church.
• Synergistic alignment among five-fold leaders: apostolic builders, prophetic pioneers, revelatory teachers, pastors, and evangelists.
• Watchmen hubs to arise and advance, empowered to co-labor with five-fold and seven-mountain leaders.
• Kingdom synergy and strategic cross-pollination across generations, denominations, watchmen hubs, worship gatherings, prayer movements, five-fold leaders, and all spheres of influence to partner with angel armies to accomplish God's word, will, and ways.
A Charge to Leaders
Cross-functional Kingdom teams: Arise, align, and advance in Kingdom synergy! This is an ambassadorial movement of cross-pollination within the Ekklesia. It's reformation not by reaction, but it's reformation by design, "transformed to transform."
It's time to legislate Heaven in your God-given jurisdiction on earth! Take dominion, occupy, and reign in Jesus' name!
