Revival is truly in the air. We've been hearing about it, and I myself have been writing about it for several years now. We've been praying for revival in our nation and receiving prophetic words saying that the Holy Spirit is about to move in a mighty way.
President Trump's Connection to Prophecy and Revival
On March 9, 2026, President Trump shared Kim Clement's prophecy on his Truth Social network. The prophecy was about President Trump becoming a trumpet. Kim prophesied several things about him and our nation before he passed in 2016.
Just last year on September 21, 2025, President Trump also shared the video from Dr. Clarence Sexton about President Trump's Bible which belonged to his mother, Mary Anne MacLeod, and how he had a profound connection to the Hebrides revival. God moved in a mighty way in this revival, which was in Scotland between 1949 and 1952. It began with his mother's praying aunts, Peggy and Christine Smith. President Trump now has that very Bible in the Oval Office. This is historical.
A Vision of a Dam Breaking
Some time ago, the Holy Spirit gave me an awesome vision. He showed me a dam breaking, with a raging torrent of water gushing through it. I knew instantly what this spiritual metaphor represented.
A dam is a barrier designed to obstruct and restrict the flow of water and is usually built across a stream or a river. For too long, the river of God has been similarly restrained. But now that dam has been broken, and we are beginning to see the river of God flowing freely once again.
How God Breaks Through Our Enemies "Like a Breakthrough of Water"
There is a story in 1 Samuel 22 when the Lord sent King David to the cave of Adullam when he was running from Saul. There were four hundred men in this cave who were in distress, in debt, and discontented. David taught them how to be invincible warriors, raised them up, and trained them as a mighty army.
David Defeats the Amalekites:
In 1 Samuel 30, when David and his men returned home from war, they reached Ziklag and found it destroyed by fire. Their wives, sons, and daughters had been taken captive by the Amalekites. David and his men wept aloud until they had no strength left to weep. They had reached their breaking point, and the men turned against David, wanting to stone him. But then something rose up in David. He strengthened himself in the Lord, and he asked the Lord, "'Shall I pursue this troop? Will I overtake them?' And He answered him, 'Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all'" (v. 8 NKJV). God broke through for them, and they recovered all.
David Defeats the Philistines:
Some time later, David went to war after inquiring of the Lord and defeated the Philistines. He then said, "'The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.' Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim" (2 Samuel 5:20), which means "Lord of the Breakthroughs."
In another verse, David said it like this: "'God has broken through my enemies by my hand like a breakthrough of water.' Therefore they called the name of that place Baal Perazim [God of the Breakthrough]" (1 Chronicles 14:11 NKJV, brackets mine). (Photo via Pexels)
The phrase "broken through" in this verse is the Hebrew word "parats," meaning "to break through or down or over, burst, breach" (Strong's H6555).
Rivers of Living Water Are Flowing to Dry Places, Bringing Life!
The Lord is sending a breakthrough to the Believers who have persevered through tests and trials and stood their ground through it all. Rivers of living water are about to flow in your lives and ministries once again. The Holy Spirit is beginning to move in the dry places. It's the driest wood that ignites first. Jesus is about to open rivers in desolate heights and fountains in the midst of valleys. He will turn the desert into pools of water and the dry land into streams (Psalm 107:35).
There is a breakthrough also coming to the five-fold ministers. The Lord says, "I am sending a fire to ministers who have laid down their lives and surrendered all for the Kingdom. Through difficult times, they've continued to count the cost and pay the price. They are those who will be set ablaze to go forth to fan the flames and stoke the fire in others. They won't allow anything to annihilate their zeal, because they are strong in Me and will do exploits.
"The walls are breaking down, and the rivers are being released into the churches. There is a move of the Holy Spirit that won't be quenched in the days ahead. They will no longer be stagnant and dry but will experience a flow that they've never known before. Angelic activity is being released from the third heaven that no man or demon can quench. Do not fear the days ahead, but know that I AM releasing My glory in a magnitude which no human or devil can stop," says the Lord of the Breakthrough.
"But He also can turn a barren wilderness into an oasis with water! He can make springs flow into desert lands and turn them into fertile valleys so that cities spring up, and He gives it all to those who are hungry." (Psalm 107:35–36 TPT)
