I shared this prophetic word at our local church, and have felt that it's for the larger Body of Christ as well.
Is this for you? Praying you are ministered to today!
The Scene Is Changing
I have sensed that the Lord is bringing clarity in this time to what has been for many a misinterpreted season. For there are those who have recently lost relationships, jobs, housing, finances, and have sensed a warfare target upon their backs.
You've been fighting, you've been engaging, and you have tried with all of your might to regain what was, as you've helplessly watched it all continue to fall apart.
Today, I hear the Lord saying over you, "In the same way that the brook brought provision to Elijah for a season and then dried up, so it has been in this season of your life.
"I have seen the steadfastness of your willingness to stand and to go to battle, yet I am clearing the confusion that has tried to enter in. For it is not a battleground that you are finding yourself standing on at this time but rather dry ground provided for you to cross over... Instead of a place that you are called to stay and fight, it is the very place that you are meant to move on."
That relationship, that job, that city, that blueprint... it was only meant to serve you but for a season, and now its end is an indicator that God is transitioning you on to what and to who you need in this new hour of your destiny unfolding.
It doesn't mean that you failed; it doesn't mean that you're under attack. It means that the scene is changing to support where you're being called. It's because there are bigger, better, and greater things ahead. (Photo via Unsplash)
A Window of Opportunity and Your Next Level of Provision
I believe there is a time-sensitive window of opportunity right now that has opened in the spirit to those whom God is calling forward.
The job opening is surfacing. The house that you need is being listed. The funding is being made available. The partnership is being created. The right relationships are being aligned. Your next level of provision is being prepared.
When Elijah was called to leave the dried brook (1 Kings 17), it was because God had appointed a widow to provide for him next—a widow who only had one meal remaining and was preparing to eat it that very day.
Had Elijah remained for weeks or even days, asking for signs, wonders, and miracles to resurrect that which He had been called to leave behind, he would've missed the next opportunity of provision that God had in store.
In this window of time, you must not pitch your tent and continue to tarry around what has fallen apart; you must advance to receive what has been SET APART.
You've seen the brook dry up; you've felt the weariness of trying to revive it, and now it's time to move on.
It didn't all happen for nothing. There's inheritance on the other side... Upward and onward. It's time.
