It was from the fruit of that very training that I had the confidence and the "tools" to pioneer the ministry of THE ELIJAH LIST, and then, as a direct result of that, ELIJAHSTREAMS itself. Now that Tom Hamon (Bishop's son) and Jane Hamon (Tom's wife) have taken the reins of Christian International, I know things are in good hands. I've already done a number of conferences with Tom and Jane! We wish them many years of fruitful prophetic ministry!

A Historic Apostolic Moment at Christian International
There are moments in history when Heaven marks the earth in unmistakable ways. For Christian International, that happened again on October 20, 2025, during the 39th Annual International Gathering of Apostles and Prophets (IGAP), a conference long known for birthing moves of God. It was at IGAP in the 1980s that the prophetic movement first took root. In the 1990s, the apostolic movement was birthed. And now, in 2025, another defining moment unfolded as generations stood side by side to witness the continuing story of God's prophetic legacy.
For decades, Bishop Bill Hamon, widely regarded as the father of the modern prophetic movement, has devoted his life to restoring prophetic and apostolic ministry to the global Church. His message has shaped leaders on every continent: God is still speaking, and His people are still called to listen. That night, the message he has lived for more than seventy years came full circle.
When Generations Stand Shoulder to Shoulder
As worship filled the sanctuary and the CI family gathered from around the world, Bishop Hamon laid hands on Drs. Tom and Jane Hamon, commissioning them as Bishops within Christian International. What took place wasn't simply an ordination; it was a visible expression of blessing, legacy, and generational multiplication.
With a steady voice and deep emotion, Bishop Hamon declared, "Son and daughter, you've lived all your life with the beginning of this. You're going to do more in the rest of your life than you have previously. I charge you now in the Holy Ghost for the supernatural power of God—signs, wonders, and miracles. Demonstrate His glory and His power."
As those words echoed, the atmosphere shifted. Others stepped forward to release prophetic declarations, words of awakening, fresh favor, and generational synergy. Mantles were placed, tears flowed freely, and faith filled the room.
What began decades ago as a pioneering movement in the prophetic was being renewed and re-commissioned for a new generation. The same flame that once sparked revival in the 1980s now burned brighter than ever.
The Legacy Still Speaks
This sacred moment also marked the continued strength of Christian International's leadership. Moving forward, the ministry will be guided by the Bishopric Executive Team, which includes Sherilyn Hamon Miller (CEO), Dr. Tim Hamon (President), and Bishops Tom and Jane Hamon. Together, they carry the shared heart of CI's founding vision, leaders united across generations, stewarding the prophetic mandate with humility, honor, and integrity. Though Bishop Hamon has slowed down and no longer travels, he remains strong through the lives and ministries of those he has raised. His spiritual imprint continues to shape every part of Christian International's mission. His teachings, impartations, and prophetic DNA live on through the thousands he's trained, the leaders he's raised, and the family that continues his work. His voice still speaks through those who now carry the vision he began.
Expanding the Vision
For over four decades, Bishops Tom and Jane Hamon have expressed that same prophetic DNA through Vision Church at Christian International and through ministry across more than sixty nations. Standing on the shoulders of Bishop Hamon's pioneering vision, they have also forged their own paths of influence, expanding prophetic ministry into new dimensions while remaining deeply rooted in the DNA he imparted. Their calling is not to replace what has been built, but to expand it, to carry forward Bishop Hamon's message with new revelation, new strength, and new reach.
"We are deeply honored to carry forward the legacy Bishop Hamon has built," Bishop Tom shared. "Our passion is to see the Church walk in power, purity, and prophetic accuracy, to reform culture and awaken hearts to the voice of God."
Bishop Jane added, "We believe this is a defining moment for the Church. God is raising up a new company of prophetic reformers and revivalists who will walk in humility, integrity, and supernatural grace. We are simply saying yes to His call to continue what has been entrusted to us."
Together, their ministry stands as both fruit and fulfillment of what Bishop Hamon sowed for decades, a living testimony that legacy, when multiplied, always increases.
Together, the Legacy Lives On
As Christian International steps into this next chapter, the mission remains clear—to train, equip, and send Believers with prophetic integrity, apostolic strength, and unwavering faithfulness to Christ.
The Bishopric Executive Team continues to build upon the foundation laid through decades of obedience, raising up leaders, strengthening the apostolic network, and expanding prophetic training across the nations.
Across more than seventy nations, the global CI family celebrates this historic ordination as a living picture of what healthy leadership looks like—legacy that empowers, faith that multiplies, and generations that move forward together.
The story of Christian International is still being written. Its voice remains strong, its mission clear, and its heart anchored in the unshakable truth that God is still speaking and His people are still listening.
