She was from the Philippines. Just a young child. Found in a cage. Her innocence stolen. Her tiny body discarded like she didn't matter.
But she does matter. And I need you to hear this, because YOU were part of her rescue.
You've been with us as we've drilled clean water wells across Uganda. You've helped us take the Gospel to villages that had never heard the name of Jesus.
Just recently, Lori Salley shared about a well dedication where a witch doctor gave his life to Jesus. That's spiritual warfare at its finest. Pure Living Water overtaking the spiritual darkness in the villages of Uganda.
I mean, come on. That's the stuff that makes demons nervous.
And listen, we're not stopping. We're pressing deeper. We're still going after the lost, the thirsty, the forgotten. But today, I wanted to tell you about another part of what you're doing. Something most people don't talk about. Honestly, most don't even want to talk about it.
But we don't look away. We're not wired like that.
You've been helping us quietly fund undercover rescue work... real boots-on-the-ground ministries in places like the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, and even right here in the US. Ministries that walk straight into the dark to pull babies and children into the light.
Ministries that don't flinch when it gets ugly.
They just go. And when they go, we're helping send them.
That little girl? She was being kept in a cage. Used. Then thrown from a car like she was nothing. It's sick. It's evil. It turns my stomach.
But what the enemy didn't see coming? She survived. She was found. She was rescued. And now she's safe...being rocked to sleep by caregivers who speak hope over her. She's receiving medical care. Love. Safety. And healing. And I want you to know... it's because people like YOU didn't turn away.
From Darkness to Living Water
I know what it's like to have the enemy try to take you out early. Some of you may remember the story I shared about how I was handed a cup of bleach when I was four. I asked for water. I got bleach. I drank it. Most die from doing that, yet I survived, by the Grace of God. That moment could've been the end.
But God had other plans.
Now we're delivering clean, life-giving water to kids in Uganda. That's redemption. That's how God works.
But that wasn't the only thing I had to survive. There were things
I carried deep inside. Things I didn't know how to talk about for a long time. So, when I hear these stories of children being pulled out of trauma... it hits close. Real close.
"Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked." -Psalm 82: 3-4
They are not products—they are sons and daughters. One teenage girl thought she was going to a pool party. But what waited wasn't fun. It was a setup. A trap. She was groomed, abused, and manipulated. Given gifts to keep quiet. But deep in her spirit, she cried out,
"God, if You're real, help me."
And He did. Through YOU! She was rescued. Given a safe place to heal. Supported through recovery. And now? She's the one delivering food to other families whose daughters are still walking out their healing. That's the Kingdom, folks.
At ElijahStreams, we've stepped into the global fight against one of the darkest evils of our time...human trafficking.
This isn't just a social issue. It's full-on no-holds-barred spiritual warfare. The modern-day slave trade is now more profitable for the devil than drugs. Yes, unlike drugs, which are used once, these victims are exploited over and over again.
Cartels, terrorist groups, and traffickers are profiting by selling what they see as products, but we see them as sons and daughters.
That's why we're fighting this battle on every front: through media, education, safe houses, rescue missions, and Holy Spirit-led healing.
Some of us go. Some of us send. Some plant, some water. But guess what? We all share in the reward.
You may not be the one knocking on a locked door or pulling a child from a cage, but when you give, when you pray, when you say yes...you're there too. You're part of the rescue. You're part of the miracle.
