Shells Displaying 8647
Until recently, the number 8647 just seemed like a random number. That all changed when James Comey, former director of the FBI, posted a seemingly innocuous photo on Instagram. It was a simple photo—shells on a beach. But the shells were arranged to display the number 8647.
In a political context, "86" means to assassinate or remove a person from a position or office, and "47" refers to Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States. Comey denied such a hidden message, but it does seem unusual that a former FBI director wouldn't instantly recognize coding in this sequence of numbers. Let's not forget that President Trump recently survived two assassination attempts, and it is well known that serious forces, and serious players, still want to remove him from office.
Although there is a sinister meaning to the number 8647, God showed me His prophetic meaning. It involves two psalms: Psalm 86 and Psalm 47.
Psalm 86 and Psalm 47
Psalm 86 is a cry to God for deliverance. There is absolutely no doubt that God delivered President Trump during the two assassination attempts on his life (July 13 and September 15, 2024). Consider the significance of these words:
"O God, arrogant men attack me; a gang of ruthless men, who do not respect You, seek my life. But You, O Lord, are a compassionate and merciful God. You are patient and demonstrate great loyal love and faithfulness. Turn toward me and have mercy on me! Give Your servant Your strength! Deliver your slave! Show me evidence of Your favor! Then those who hate me will see it and be ashamed, for You, O LORD, will help me and comfort me." (Psalm 86:14–17 NET)

Psalm 86 is about deliverance on a personal level, but Psalm 47 is about God's rulership of the whole earth. In the time of Israel's exodus from Egypt, God subdued nations who resisted His purposes and despised His rule.
"For the sovereign Lord is awe-inspiring; He is the great king who rules the whole earth! He subdued nations beneath us and countries under our feet." (Psalm 47:2–3 NET)
God's Deliverance and Divine Rulership
Many forces are trying to checkmate the influence of the United States on the world stage. Just as God's deliverance was necessary to protect President Trump's life, God's deliverance will be necessary to disengage him from these geopolitical checkmates.
On July 13, 2024, God's deliverance from flying bullets was clearly displayed at Butler, Pennsylvania. But this event was also prophetic. God's deliverance from geopolitical entanglements and geopolitical entrapments is about to be clearly displayed before the nations. What happened at Butler, Pennsylvania shocked the world, but through it, God received glory. The events of that day brought forth humility, courage, and renewed purpose. The coming geopolitical showdowns will likewise bring glory to God and bring forth humility, courage, and renewed purpose.
The number 8647 speaks of deliverance and rulership on a personal, national, and international level. God impressed this message on my heart: "Decree Psalm 86 and Psalm 47. They are like the two sides of a double-edged sword."
"May they praise God while they hold a two-edged sword in their hand, in order to take revenge on the nations, and punish foreigners. They bind their kings in chains, and their nobles in iron shackles, and execute the judgment to which their enemies have been sentenced. All His loyal followers will be vindicated. Praise the Lord!" (Psalm 149:6–9 NET)
It is time for Psalm 86 deliverance and Psalm 47 rulership.
