Lost in the Glory
Recently, I had a dream where I was invited to speak at a meeting. In the meeting, as I ministered, I saw two well-known leaders in the Body of Christ. Led by the Spirit, I began to prophesy a time of great increase over their lives in areas I was directed to speak into.
As I prophesied, I felt God's glory being released through the breaker anointing that fell on my words. Such was the weight of the glory of the prophetic words I released that it brought me to my knees and then face down before the King of glory, who gave me the words to speak. I began to worship Jesus with songs I had never heard before on this earth. As I worshiped, I became lost in the glory and forgot everything. I could hardly describe with words what happened, but from the moment I fell face down before Jesus, I became unaware of anything else.
The Enemy's Plan Revealed
In the second scene of my dream, I was sitting in the speaker's chair at the meeting. I don't even know how I got there. I could not remember what happened between the moment of worship and me sitting in the chair.
In my dream, however, a lady in the church gave me information I was unaware of. She told me that as I began to prophesy, an evil entity stood in the meeting, ready to attack me. Some of those in the meeting who saw it were concerned that it would attempt to harm me as I prophesied, but glory to God, the glory of the Lord was released as I ministered, and it became a protective barrier that made it impossible for the entity to touch or harm me.
In the dream, the church continued to ponder on the weighty words and the glory released as the Lord led me to speak. I woke up from the dream still singing the song I had been singing in my heart.
Dreams usually have several layers of interpretation. Apart from the personal revelation in the dream, I believe this is what the Lord would have me release to encourage the Body of Christ:
Church, Speak His Words of Destiny!
The glory that rested on the creative words of God at the beginning of creation is within us, as God, the carrier of this glory, abides within us. In this season, unique and powerful atmospheres of God's glory will rest upon words released through what the Lord gives us to speak. Ministers, Sync Your Divine Assignment with Your Lifestyle of Worship!
For ministers and ministry leaders in diverse assignments, this is a word for you: Let the timing of your divine assignment and lifestyle of worship be in sync. As His glory rests on your God-given assignment, allow that glory to take you into the deepest place of intimacy: the heart of Jesus.
God is looking for glory carriers who will know the importance of their assignments and worship being synced together. In the Bible, Jesus would retreat to be with the Father after times of ministry.
A Glory Covering from Demonic Attacks
Remaining in the glory realm is the key to being protected from demonic attacks that seek to harm the ministers of God after a time of assignment. In my dream, such was the depth of the glory that the enemy who lingered around could not enter in.
In the dream, covered in the glory, I forgot about myself and was only conscious of God.
I pray today that the Scripture from Acts 17:28, "IN HIM we live and move and have our being" (emphasis mine), would become our reality.
I pray that the leaders whom I prophesied over in my dream would enter into the season of release that the Lord has for them right now. I pray for the Body of Christ to enter into Heaven's release over their lives.
