The Importance of Having the Mind of Christ

When our hearts have not matured into the reality of what they have been designed to be, the enemy will continue to use us against our own selves. The accuser will never have to lift a finger to touch us. He will merely create a picture that causes our own immaturity to interpret it.

Once immaturity has interpreted what it thinks it sees, our emotions will run rampant. As a result of this false interpretation, we react or respond falsely. And, usually, the after effects of false responses or reactions will leave a trail of misery, aborted relationships, and a field of unfulfilled dreams.

The accuser of the brethren has no desire to get his hands dirty, by any means. He is a perverted angel of light that simply uses the human senses against itself. When the immature heart, no matter how gifted or aged, attempts to interpret what it sees, usually the wrong response will manifest.

We were designed to walk by faith, and not by sight! We were not created to "react and build" while being empowered with the energy of lies! When we walk and interpret life by what we see, feel, hear, and touch, and not by the Mind of God that we were created from, we will paint the wrong picture of life.

The Wisdom of God Will Rightly Discern "In the Dark," While the Wisdom of the Flesh "Reacts to the Dark"

Trust in God is usually destroyed when the wrong picture has been portrayed. When immaturity wrongly discerns Truth and Correction, fear is produced. When the fear of being misunderstood has been embraced, it is usually hidden by a spirit called "protecting one's self." When one has responded to Life from an immature heart, one will get hurt and seek to protect their feelings from the Life that hurt them.

The wisdom of the accuser is very cunning. He will not allow himself to get his hands dirty. But he will make sure we are filthy consistently. Our own interpretations of things will create the destructions we live in. What we perceive from an immature heart will usually create false pictures, feelings, and discernment toward a God, a culture, and a nation.

Destruction is created from the interpretation of the immature. Even "the wise" can be immature. Immaturity has nothing to do with age or depths of knowledge. Immaturity is the result of discernment from the wrong nature. When one discerns from the "flesh," the wrong movement will follow. When one discerns from the Nature of the Spirit, destiny will be revealed, even though it may lead through uncomfortable circumstances.

The Wisdom of God will rightly discern "in the dark," while the wisdom of the flesh "reacts to the dark." God sees darkness and speaks Light into it. Flesh sees darkness and creates fears of the unknown.

Global Awakening in the Renewing of the Mind

Truth will not be revealed to the mind that falsely interprets it. There must be a global awakening in the renewing of the mind. When one is in the atmosphere of the kingdom, there will be an intense breaking of the will, as well as the immature mind that produces false pictures. The word of the kingdom, simply by being itself, will dismember the "walls of protection" that the old mind has created to defend itself.

Even certain acts of the devil are created from the fallen mind. When your mind has yet to manifest the "maturity of reconciliation," you will see what is not there, hear what was not said, and do what no one said to do! The unreconciled mind will usually pervert the dynamics of the faithful mind. You see, in faith, we will see what is not there. We will discern the invisible. We will do what we see the Father doing in the realms of the unseen.

But when the mind is yet immature it will also do these same things, but in another spirit. The unreconciled mind will not see God. It can only see the darkness and respond to that darkness the only way it knows how.

Immaturity, which comes as a result of discernment and perceiving from the wrong nature, will even misinterpret prophetic and apostolic seasons of change in one's life. It is the Father's desire to bring lives into a place of renewal of mindsets, which in turn, will produce righteous discernment.

There is Excellence in You that This World Did Not Give to You

The Holy Spirit's ability to renew the mind from the clutches of immaturity, as well as immature discernment, will produce the glorious deliverance from evil that Jesus spoke of in His prayer with the disciples.

You are a power that is waiting to happen. There is an excellence in you that this world did not give to you. We were made excellent. We were made and designed in the Nature of the Father. We are His seed . . . walking. We were not created to establish a vision that is birthed from false discernment. We were created as a New Creature. And as sons of God, we have been given the mind to rightly discern. When we rightly discern, we will rightly do.
