The Vision of the Golden Scales
At approximately 3:00 a.m., on November 27, 2023, I was awakened to a vision of an unusual image that I have never seen before. In the vision, I saw it coming out of Heaven and beginning to descend onto the earth. As it descended, I could see it more clearly, and in more detail. It was a set of huge golden scales of judgment and justice being released from Heaven.
The words "judgment" or "justice" often have a negative connotation. However, there are two sides to justice and judgment. The positive side is when we conform to God's heart and purposes and receive reward and favor from the Lord. Justice and judgment don't always carry a connotation of negativity, punishment or woe. It is our desire that the gavel of Heaven falls in the favor of the Body of Christ and of America.
Weighing scales and balances have been used since ancient times to conduct business transactions, especially for currency exchanges. Also, since ancient times, they have been used to symbolize justice. The Jerusalem Institute of Justice's website says:
"Historically speaking, going back as far as ancient Egypt, Justice has been symbolized by a set of scales. The reason for this is the widely held recognition of the fact there are always two sides to every dispute and that for justice to be done, a judge must consider both sides." (Jerusalem Institute of Justice: The Scales of Justice)
"The LORD hates false scales, but He delights in accurate weights." (Proverbs 11:1)
The scale in the vision was peculiar, as it had four scales instead of two, arrayed in two tiers. There was an upper level of the image that had two large scales. In the middle of the image was a second set of scales that were slightly smaller. The upper row and lower row of scales were connected by a thin golden chain link. As the upper scales would sway in one direction so would the lower scales move slightly in the same direction. As the lower scales would sway in one direction so would the upper scales slightly move in the same direction.
I asked the Lord in my heart what the golden scales in the vision represented. Immediately, the Lord downloaded to me that the top tier of scales represented the United States of America. The lower tier represented the individual states within the Union. The voice of the Lord spoke to me: "THE NATION'S FUTURE HANGS IN THE BALANCES!" The United States of America
The larger scales on the upper tier represented the United States of America as a whole, and the federal government. The scales were larger in size. When the vision's vantage point zoomed in on these scales, the Lord said, "The enemy would desire to pull the nation into a major war out of season." The elections and decisions made at the federal level will play a major role in avoiding this. We must seek the Lord, more than ever before, for the will of God to be accomplished in our nation at the federal level in this hour.
The Lord said to me, "Contend for the hearts of men and the seats of men!" We contend for the hearts of men with the glorious Gospel message of the love, power, and redemption of the Cross and person of Jesus Christ. We contend for the seats of men (positions of cultural and governmental influence and authority) through the wisdom and leading of the Holy Spirit.
"Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence." (1 Timothy 2:1-3)
The States and COALITIONS
As the vision zoomed downward toward the two scales on the lower tier, the vision quickly shifted. I saw a map of the United States of America, and certain states began to light up, almost like a board game. The Lord impressed upon me that the states which were brightly lit up were the ones that the Body of Christ had helped shift away from the plans and will of the enemy.
The vision of the golden double scales of justice returned to my view, as a vision of a large wood and gold trimmed treasure chest was superimposed in front of the scales. The treasure chest instantly opened, and I saw angelic winds grab the scrolls and fly off. These angelic winds began to place the scrolls into the hands of individuals whom I perceived to be ministry leaders in different states.
"...He makes His angels like winds..." (Hebrews 1:7)
The vision ended with the word "COALITIONS" spelled in all capital letters.
An hour later, when I arose from my bed, I inquired of the Lord concerning the end of the vision. The Holy Spirit told me that the angels from Heaven are being sent in this season with commissioning scrolls that will be the invitation and instructions for spiritual leaders to start to head up spiritual coalitions in each state. These coalitions will not be new denominations or organizational fellowships built around personal agendas, but rather functional groups of churches and para-church ministries loosely connected for the sole purpose of shifting the double scales of judgment toward the will of God in each respective state.
The Lord said that some leaders who will receive this mandate and burden from the Lord will feel unqualified or inexperienced to build such a coalition. Even as God was with Gideon to overthrow the idolatry of Baal and build God an army, so He will be with those that receive the divine commissioning scrolls. Encouragement for Those Called to Such...
In late 2017, I was speaking at a church in Pennsylvania. When I had finished ministering, I felt there was more that God wanted to do through me in that territory. I heard the Lord say to me, "Call a regional gathering!" I was unsure how this was going to take place, as I only knew two leaders in that region. As I exited the pulpit, a local leader, Apostle Cherry, who had come to support the meeting, gave me a word of the Lord: "God is going to call you back to this area to do a regional meeting."
Later, I was greeting the crowd and I recognized another leader that I knew from social media, but had only met once in person. This leader gave me the same exact word: "I see God calling you back here to do something bigger for the region."
There were several obstacles to overcome with gathering leaders in the region. Firstly, I only knew two leaders in the region. Secondly, I had only been to this city once. Also, hardly anyone knew of me in that territory. However, from my experience traveling the nations of the world, I knew that when God gives an instruction there is a divine capability that comes from God to complete the task.
I reached out to a fellow apostle and friend, Apostle Dawson, and shared my vision for the region. We both covenanted together to apostolically plow into the territory and convene a regional meeting. The Holy Spirit had us pioneer a gathering of pastors, those with ministry gifts, and intercessors within the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
region. Nearly one hundred leaders gathered for two days to seek and work together for the will of God over the capital of Harrisburg and the state of Pennsylvania. On the first day of the gathering, the Holy Spirit fell upon the leaders as a spirit of unity and reconciliation was poured out. Many of them publicly apologized to one another for past petty offenses, divisions they'd allowed the enemy to stir up, and fervently embraced one another with hugs. On the second day of the gathering, six teams were created for the leaders to collaborate with to tackle regional and state-wide issues.
I would like to encourage those who feel called to help tilt the double scales of judgment and justice in favor of the Lord's side and raise up statewide coalitions. The hand of God will be with you (some will be individuals and some will be groups) to formulate, convene, and launch these initiatives for the glory of God and for the destiny of America.
What God Said to Me About Abortions
On November 30, 2023, after a time of prayer and worship, I quieted myself before the Lord. I almost drifted off to sleep when I heard the voice of the Holy Spirit say to me, "When people commit abortions, they are not just killing a life, but destroying the divine potential of My purpose for that life!" I was NOT expecting God to speak to me on this matter, as I had been praying about things that were totally unrelated. Also, I had not heard any messages recently on abortion, and this announcement from the Lord came out of left field. I didn't sense from His voice that the Lord was angry as much as I sensed a grave tone of concern and lamentation that individuals didn't understand the gravity of their actions when they commit an abortion.
The words of the Lord caused me to sit up in my chair, and now I was at full attention. The Lord said to me, "I will still forgive those who repent (that have committed abortion)."
Proverbs 6:17 says that one of the things that God hates is "...hands that shed innocent blood."
God gave me a vision of a real service that I was the speaker at several years ago, where I was completely shocked by how many individuals came to the altar. Teenage girls approached the altar weeping. The mother of the church [the pastor's mother] and several women above the age of seventy approached the altar. The pastor's wife even came weeping at the Lord's feet over her past actions. Even two or three men littered the altar had they had participated somehow in this activity. For most of them, the abortions were from decades ago, but the guilt, shame and condemnation still hung over their heads.
God graciously released the power of forgiveness by the Word of God and the Blood of Jesus. Many repented right there on the spot. Others had already repented but hadn't fully dealt with the shame. The Lord used this moment to share with me that there are many individuals, even Believers and leaders within the Body of Christ, that need to confess this sin, repent and RECEIVE FORGIVENESS for themselves.
"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." (Romans 8:1)
God said, "I'm redeeming some of the divine potential of those aborted." He instructed me to tell the Body of Christ, and especially those Believers who have committed abortions, to pray that individuals who are in the earth right now, and those who will be born into the earth, will pick up the purposes of those aborted. Some will have their own purpose, callings and destinies; but God, through divine invitation, will allow some to pick up assignments and graces that were once lost with those who were aborted. God wants to redeem divine potential for His glory!
