Hi Elijah List Family,
The Feast of Shavuot is here! It begins on Thursday, May 25, and ends on May 27th.
But what is Shavuot?
Shavuot is the second of three Pilgrimage Festivals in God's Word and is still celebrated today. Many Christians celebrate Pentecost, which is the birth of the Church when the Holy Spirit was poured out. Pentecost has its roots in Shavuot!
The two are connected and each has a beautiful message for God's people. During this time, Believers take a moment to examine their hearts and ask the Holy Spirit to renew their minds and focus on the meaning of their covenant relationship with the Lord.
